My Jeep went here after an accident. Carl G, from the collision center was amazing. Had an itemized report, personally communicated with my insurance to make sure damages were repaired. Fixed my car in no time at all! Looks better than the day I bought it! Very professional and amazing work. Bring your car to them you will not regret it.

Cargill is absolutely outstanding they kept me informed throughout the whole process. Extremely friendly and a pleasure to speak with.They went above and beyond what I expected.The respect and understanding was incredible.My truck was like new in and out . I hope I never get in another accident but if I do my vehicle will go back there with no question .I couldn't ask for a better experience....THANK YOU CARGILL !!!!!!!!!!

Cargill Collision went above and beyond what was expected of them in my recent visit when I had a little mishap with my car..They are customer service oriented. From the first cheerful voice I heard to the last, I was treated with respect and care. When got my car home after repairs, it wouldn t start. I called Cargill and Carl took care of it, even though it was not part of the repairs. I was given a ride home and they kept my car overnight. I was picked up the next morning, they fixed my problem All at no charge to me. That is customer service to the MAX. Thank you Cargill Collision.Services: Body & Trim, Battery

Every time I've been here, everyone has been super helpful. Planned something a couple days out and they kept their promise, even going as far as giving me a ride to work due to conflicting schedules. Thanks to all the people that work here.

Amazing work and customer service was the best i have ever had. Well informed the staff walked me through the process and answered all questions . The work was better than i could have imagined. The truck came out better then new . Inwould highly recommend Cargill collision center !!!!!! Thank you

I had such a great experience. Brought my vehicle in after a minor collision. They were so easy to work with and very helpful. Originally said 5 days but had my car back in 2 1/2. Looks brand spanking new, and smells like new too! 5 stars.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Everytime I ve ever gotten work done here (sadly twice this year due to being backed up into, then hitting debris on the highway that fell off a truck ruining part of my front end) they have done an absolutely fantastic job. Carl is very skilled and I really appreciate his hard work. Michelle at the desk is also super pleasant and accommodating. I wont go anywhere else for my car to get work done on it. Highly recommend. My car looks brand new!

I had my Toyota Camry repaired after an accident by a client and despite the headaches from the insurance company and the delays for payment, Michelle, and Carl where so patient, understanding and provided me with a great customer service. The repair was done very well and by the estimated time promised. I recommend their services to everyone and I will continue to bring my cars to them if any future repairs are needed.Service: Body & Trim

For better or worse; our family has had to take multiple cars there multiple times over the last 7 or 8 years. Karl, Michelle, Crystal and the team are friendly, professional, and do great work. They go above and beyond in doing body work on everything from an ancient Toyota Corolla, to Audis and brand new Acuras. We always get multiple bids on body work and they ve had the lowest price every time.They re also great on regular repair/maintenance. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they always thoroughly explain what work needs to be done and why. I d give them 6 stars if I could.

Crystal urged me to come in for some work and I was blown away about the deal they gave me. Not only did they do an amazing job, but were so helpful in diagnosing what needs to get done. Crystal and the staff were incredible. I'll definitely be bringing my car back and definitely encourage others to.

i just want to thank crystal and the team for being so great on getting the mouse out of my car. one of the employees drove me all the way to canterbury and picked me up so they can do some work on my car after the mouse had some fun. you guys are the best thank you so much !!

I was in a minor accident in November, and although it took until two days ago to get an appointment in, my car was ready to go, looking brand new again, in just over 24 hours! I was very impressed.

If there's a line for emissions on Saturday morning go to King Cadillac GMC... saying.I'd rather push my Subaru than ride in a GM product. So,don't ask me, to me all Chevy dealers are the same. If you like to overpay for an inferior product then this is thebestplaceintown

Very awful experience with this shop. Very unprofessional and rude. Took a very long time to fix car. Took over 3 week and every time we called to check in they were rude. Will never return or recommend the shop! Stead clear!
