They were very friendly and accommodating. I had to reschedule because the other insurance could not get the responsible person on the phone. They held the parts until we could take care of it. My car looks brand new inside and out. They did such a wonderful job detailing it too. Thank you so much.

Website listed a certified RAV4 with around 150k miles. CPO was mentioned twice. On arrival I was told you can't certify a car that old with that many miles. Okay. Frustrating since that means there's no guarantee. I asked to have it looked at by a local shop and told no. Other places have allowed it so I found this strange to expect me to just take their word for it.Asked about the history of the vehicle. Asked about the serious accident in the report. Told me he'd look into it and how great the car looks. Did not receive information about the accident on a second request again told me he'd have to go into the office and find that. He didn't. Asked why it changed hands thrice and went through a long period of inactivity. Again, he has to look for it. Doesn't.He (Moses) didn't know anything about the performance of the vehicle. Did not know how the tire cover worked. Did not know how much it could tow. Couldn't answer why there were welding marks on the hood and front. Told me I wouldn't find a car this nice with this few miles and I better get it quick. Called me the same week to talk over me with a raised voice that he was a Toyota employee for x years and you can't certify this car (why list it on the website that way?) and just trust him. The Same car was later seen at a different used dealership in Brooklyn for failure to sell.Not sure why the reply states I was contacted about my rating. They must not have the right number because I have no further calls than that same week I visited. This is frustrating, and dishonest practice at best. Disappointed in a dealership that has otherwise treated my family well through multiple purchases. The relative I was with was super confused why he acted that way. I was hoping I could enjoy that same service she has had in the past.

Karl, Meg and everyone else at Cargill made me feel welcomed, wanted, and appreciated. I had no intention of buying a new vehicle, yet after getting no pressure advice, looking at what was available, and working with Karl, my wife and I are the new owners of a 2024 Traverse.The process was quick, easy, and after just a bit of negotiating I was ok with the deal.I had been with another Chevy dealer for 27 years, but we moved 1.5 hours away and Cargill is 10 minutes from home now. Convenient and "nice" is the best way to describe my experience.

My husband and I were very satisfied and well taken care of when we met with Moises to get a 2021 Chevy trailblazer! He is super knowledge and makes the time go by quick! He definitely made the process so much easier!!! We also spoke with Anthony about some other different options for a different vehicle and he was very knowledgeable as well! Went in for an oil change which went well. Always friendly service. The tech did discover my rear brakes were in need of being changed asap. Because all the parts were in house and the tech had time I was able to get it done very quickly. Great job!

Carl and his staff are wonderful people and their pride shows in their work. Our car was done in the specified timeframe and it looks brand new again. We were pleasantly surprised to find that not only had the car been fixed, but it had been washed & detailed as well. I would highly recommend Cargill Collision Center.

Bought a new truck and had a great small town experience. Our salesman Karl Trudeau took his time with us explaining all of the specifics and the operations of the truck which was a lot. No pressure just a great experience. I highly recommend!

I had thought my warranty was over. However, they informed me that my drive train warranty was still in effect. To me, they were very honest to tell me this.From beginning to end the process went very smooth. The people i worked with were very pleasant and helpful.Thank you all.

Had a quarter panel, rear bumper, and a rim replaced on my truck and they did an AMAZING job!!! Like AMAZING!!! I was shocked when I picked it up to see they even washed and detailed it inside and out!! Thank you so much for the awesome work and excellent customer service!!

We stopped at the dealership to test drive the Traverse and Karl Trudeau assisted us. We were undecided between that vehicle and a Ford Explorer at a different dealership. After speaking with Karl and his professional mnner and knowledge of the vehicle we were impressed. I got the earliest possible appointment in order to complete a recall and fix the windshield washer pump. I sat in the waiting room for two hours, only to find out that there was no work needed on the recall, and they could not diagnose the pump because their systems were down. There was a plastic clip that had to be replaced and to shove one 15 cent plastic clip between two pieces of plastic they charged me $71.

Had a fantastic experience buy a lovely Audi A3 from the Putnam store. My salesman Andrey was fantastic. Was very pleasant, didn t try to over sell me and kept in touch about registration and when I could expect to get it. This was by far my best buying experience and I almost can t wait to pay off my Audi to buy another car from them. I am very satisfied with their service and attention to detail. I liked the small town atmosphere they have as well. The fancy high tech dealerships like to woo you with latte machines while they try to rope you into something you don t really want. Cargill in Putnam does not do that at all. Loved the experience and will be buying all my future cars from them.

Excellent work; finished 2 days ahead of schedule; my vehicle looks like new after hitting an animal severely damaged the front end. Carl & Michelle were both amazing throughout the experience, and made sure I left happy. While I hope I don't need more work done in the future, if I do, I'll be coming back here. Highly, highly recommended!

At first like anyone I was scared of a new place. I brought my Forester down to have the scratches fixed in my hood and also have it get painted. I am so happy with the service and job. I recommend Cargill Chevy Collision center to anyone that needs honest and reliable service. Carl was a great help and I ll be back.

Moises was my car salesman and I had nothing but the best experience. Moises was friendly, professional, personable, and overall a great person to work with. The whole team did their best to get me in the car I wanted while making it also work for me financially. This is the second vehicle I have financed through Cargill and both times we re a great experience. I continue to point friends, colleagues, and family members towards this dealership.Be sure to ask for Moises if you stop by!

Got a recall, made an appointment. When I got there they said I never made an appointment. Made another appointment 8am next day. After I leave the car they don't call for 5hrs. I finally called them and was told they can't get to my recall that day and asked if I'd like to leave my car overnight.

My wife and I just purchased a 2024 trailblazer rs. Salesman did not care about customer satisfaction only cared about his number. We have purchased many vehicles in the past and experience was great. This time around was not acceptable. We will not be referring anyone there anymore. Unfortunately they were the only dealer close to us with exact trim and color she wanted. We did not appreciated being talked down to and made to feel like we were just a number. The trailblazer will go to another dealership for any necessary service and warranty work. We will also purchase any accessories from other dealerships. Cargill got what they wanted, a sale to meet end of the month quota.

they are always very nice, and usually wash my car when they change my oil. this time, they did not, and also the mileage for the new change was only 2500 miles as opposed to 5000 which is appropriate for full synthetic oil. per manufacturer

This is the 2nd vehicle in the last few months I ve had body work done at Cargill Collision; both came out great. Not a trace of work having been done. I would not hesitate to come back if I need body work in the future.

The only reason I bought my car at Cargill is they are the only dealership that had the exact car that I wanted. I was not happy with their lack of customer service. During the initial visit to look at the car, I was talked down to and anything i asked, the answer was "no". No discussion, just no. I was repeatedly told I was wrong and that I didn't understand how things work. This will be the last vehicle I buy from Cargill. The only person at Cargill that was pleasant and helpful was the finance person. He answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. The only other positive thing I can say is the transaction was fast.
