I was looking for a car with a B58 platform for about 6 months before I bought this in January.Many of the cars I looked at, I did not have a This is it, feeling until I found Lawrence s listing.I was all the way in PA, about 4 hours from the dealership. I had a good amount of cars near me but I could not take their word nor their lack of expertise. To them, they were just simply selling a car and couldn t care less about what they sold.It has been about 4 months now since I ve owned the car and it s held up great.I tuned it a month later to stage 1 by MP, threw on a catback exhaust, intake, and I will put on a AA downpipe and a Dorch Stage 2 pump to really get the power out of this motor. All in time though.When I was talking to Lawrence about the car, I knew this was somebody who was an expert when it came to BMWs and Porsches. It s nice knowing that compared to buying a car from a non BMW related dealership. It s especially better when you re talking to the owner who actually explains everything and knows what s going on.I drove 4 hours and on the way there, I was having some doubts. On the way back, I was glad I came through.Lawrence and his team helped get the car delivered as well.Next time I m in the market for a BMW, I ll know exactly where I ll be going.

From first contact over 3 months ago Lawrance was just amazing to work with. He never put any pressure on me and he made the transaction simple and easy. I bought an F90 M5 competition from him. I called pretty late at night the poor guy was already at home probably getting ready for bed but he still took my call and was on the phone with me for quite some time. We spoke about the vehicle and arranging shipping since the car was going to be shipped out to California where I live. The car was very well taken care of, had super low miles and Lawrance promised me it was immaculate. We agreed upon everything on the phone and we continued to stay in touch thru text as well. A big concern for me was making sure the vehicle would get shipped enclosed so Lawrance went out of his way to make sure that happened. He mailed me all the paperwork I signed it and sent it back with the cashiers check to pay for the vehicle. Sadly when the car arrived the carbon fiber splitter did have a scratch probably from loading it into the truck but Lawrance took care of me and sent me a check so I could buy a new one and he even sent me a second key brand new from BMW because the one that arrived was from a different car. I understand mistakes happen but the way Lawrance handled everything just told me that I was dealing with the right guy. I will definitely buy another car from him in the future since I ve been having an itch for a Porsche but for now I m loving my M5. Doing business with Lawrence was a 5 star experience even when things went south a little he handled the situation and made it right. The reason why I took this long to post my review is because I promised him I would do it and upload some pictures once the car is done I ve done some modifications to it and now here she is! Thank you Lawrance for being amazing and staying in touch with me even after business was done. You truly are a great car guy and that is hard to find nowadays. Most dealers are just looking to swindle you and make profit but Lawrance is not like this he truly is a car guy and he knows cars he doesn t stock garbage if you look at his inventory and you re a car enthusiast you ll know what I m talking about. Do not hesitate to do business with M Sport Motorwerx I promise you you won t regret it it s ran by amazing ownership and they will take care of you! Thank you Lawrance!

Lawrence and his crew are the definition of customer service. Before, during and after the purchase of my beautiful Carerra s, they were responsive, honest and accurate. The car was every thing they said it was and more. No pressure, no nonsense and no B S. It was well worth the drive from Albany to his beautiful facility to get this ride. Five stars all day!

I purposely waited 4 months and several thousand miles to submit a review, so it would not be just a first impression review. What can one say, except the mountain roads in New Hampshire are a little steeper and the curves are a little sharper, and the scenery along the Maine coastline is a lot more beautiful, especially with the top down.We had looked for a mid-2000 Z4 around the Boston area and there was nothing but junk. High mileage, leaking oil, soft tops that wouldn t open or close properly, steering and suspension that was loose and sloppy, just awful stuff. But then I came upon an 07 Z4 at MSport Motorwerx. The listing looked too good to be true, but the free car fax verified it - low mileage, no accidents, etc. I wasn t sure that I wanted to drive 2.5 hours one way to look at it, but after talking with Lawrence on the phone for 30 minutes, I was convinced this would be well worth the drive down.And worth it, it was. Lawrence didn t want to just sell me a car, he wanted to sell me a BMW, and everything it stood for. His team prepped the car like I had never seen. All the fluids were flushed and replaced, the battery was starting to show it s age so a new one was put in, new brakes all around, a new valve cover gasket as PM (see leaking oil above), the list goes on. I was still a bit nervous about buying a car over 200 miles away in a different state, but that anxiety went away as soon as my local mechanic gave it an extremely thorough inspection. And his words to me were, Not only is that a beautiful car, but it is in great shape. Thanks Lawrence and Natalie for the professionalism during the buying process, for prepping a beautiful car, and for a fun-filled summer in the Z!

Lawrence and Natalie are absolutely AMAZING! I had been shopping for a lightly used Porsche for months. I saw Msport had one for sale and sent a quick email. Lawrence responded immediately and provided me with the info I asked for and even provided his cell number for me to call with questions. A few weeks later I went in to look at the vehicle and was instantly in love with the inventory here. Each vehicle truly is hand picked by the owner and presented for sale with care. Natalie helped me with financing and delivery, she is the kindest and most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. Before I left with my new car they both made it very clear that I was welcome to reach out to them for absolutely anything and they d be happy to help, I really felt they were sincere about that. Please do not for a moment hesitate to buy an amazing vehicle from these great people!

I ve been looking for BMW Z for M Coupe for quite some time. Given the fact that there aren t many Low mileage examples out there it was unlikely I would find something in Texas. So when I found this option in Connecticut I needed to be sure I was making the right choice.From the first phone call all to the purchase date Lawrence was extremely helpful. One thing I really appreciated is that he is truly a car guy and was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He represented the car very well, provided detailed pictures and video upon request and worked with me over some minimal issues.My wife and I flew to meet Lawrence and pick up the car. Needless to say I was not disappointed one bit. Car was exactly as he described and in very good mechanical condition. We drove the 1800 miles back to Texas without a single hiccup. Along the drive Lawrence reached out to make sure everything was going well. Excellent experience and couldn t recommend him and his team more.

Recently bought a 2015 BMW 328xi from these guys. They did an extensive service along with a ton of preventative maintenance/repairs before even putting the vehicle up for sale. The entire buying experience was incredibly simple from Natalie up front handling the financing and paperwork to Lawrence the owner texting me pics of the work done to their techs taking me for a test drive and going over the car with me. They are an excellent and trustworthy shop/dealer in a time where that is far more uncommon than it should be. Fair price, really thorough staff, and overall one of the best car buying experiences I ve had (20+ cars). Can t recommend them enough.

Easily the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Dealing with Lawrence and his assistant Natalie was such a treat. It only took a couple days from start to finish when I first saw my vehicle posted online. I ended up being convinced and made the drive up to Connecticut after basically one conversation on the phone with Lawrence. In a car selling industry that is filled with many people that truly do not care about their customers/clients, and some that even try to screw over their customer, MSport is so unique. I ve never dealt with someone who honest, transparent, and kind as Lawrence and I ve had MANY interactions with car dealers, salesmen, auto shops, etc. He truly cares about the customer being happy and making a fair deal that will make both sides more than satisfied. Besides making a fair deal with me and treating me like a gentleman and close friend the whole way (when I did not know him prior), he spent a lot of time with me at his shop when I went to pick up the vehicle. He stayed at the shop well past normal hours of operation because I was coming from far away (1.5-2 hrs) and he showed me around his office and his entire fleet of incredible vehicles. Lawrence is such a genuinely good man that I would recommend anyone across the country to have the pleasure of doing business with MSport Motorwerx. Looking forward to future transactions. I purchased a Mercedes CLA45 AMG through Lawrence for my husband's birthday and Christmas present from Wisconsin. I was very hesitant on buying a car sight unseen, but I am extremely glad I did. I was a challenging customer to say the least with a lot of "extra" requests (ex: overnight shipping of keys for my husband to unwrap, a huge car bow, among many other things). Lawrence took time out of his schedule to call me when I was having problems with the shipping company I coordinated and made this process as simple as possible. He would quickly respond to all my questions during the evenings, weekends, Christmas Eve/Day AND New Year's Eve/Day. Let's be honest, you would never get that service from a typical car dealer. Besides all of that, he generously put new tires on the car without being asked AFTER I had already paid for it!! I sincerely understand how he stays in business; he is an owner who truly cares about his customers, stands by his word until the very end, and is also very personable. I am extremely fortunate to have found M Sport Motorwerx when trying to find my husband's dream car (and he is too)!

Let me start by saying, this review is way overdue BUT, I wanted to give a comprehensive review based on time and not on lust for this car I was in the market for another convertible roadster and my husband found one at Lawrence's place. IT WAS STUNNNG. I emailed Lawrence inquiring about the car and texts turned into phone calls and phone calls led me to CT to purchase the car. Lawrence's honesty was beyond apparent to me, so much so, that I purchased ONE WAY tickets from OK to CT to see/drive/inspect the car. She was everything I was looking for and then some. Lawrence's first response to me upon inquiring about the car was that he thought there must be a mistake because females normally don't inquire about an 'M' car. Well, little did he know he was dealing with an Okie who's NEVER played by the rules and that I would make this car work for me until I'm not able to drive it anymore. The car was in superior condition with very low miles for it's age (34,000 I think). There were only 379 of the 2000 BMW Z3 M's made in Alpine White, 309 of those with the red soft top and only 84 of those with the black and imola red nappa leather interior. She is SWEET!! Long story short, Lawrence had a driver pick us up at our hotel and drive us to his showroom. We were greeted with top notch hospitality (aka doughnuts and champagne) and exceptional staff and besides just doing business, we visited and had some laughs and all in all it was a great time. I finally drove the car and I must say, CT has some GREAT winding roads to get the most out of the driving experience. We returned from the test drive and purchased the car. We drove that baby home, leaving CT on a Saturday afternoon and pulling into our driveway in OK on Sunday night. She ran like a top all the way home. 1/2 way with the top down, the other 1/2 with it up and she never skipped a beat. I still love this car every time I get into her. She's never let me down or given me any indications that she will. I will drive that thing like I'm driving Nascar on any public city street without hesitation. SO MUCH FUN. That being said, Lawrence is the real deal. He is honest, knowledgeable and really cares about customer service. His whole showroom is a car lover's dream. I would not hesitate for one second in recommending his business to potential buyers. He's THAT good. Now that I've completed the inquire, purchase and now this stellar review, I think there's just 1 more thing I need from you Lawrence! Potato juice my friend. I'll be waiting . Get rid of all your doubts, suspicions and stigmas about a dealership!! Live hours and hours? MAKE THE DRIVE. M Sport Motorwex will exceed your expectations! Lawrence (owner) truly cares about you getting the car you want/love unlike the other dealerships that only want your money. The car listed on his website and all the details were precise when I actually got to see the car. To all my military brothers and sisters, Lawrence is a huge supporter and took care of me! If you're looking to buy yourself a BMW, wether its 21 years old or brand new, M sport Motowerx is the place to go. I never thought I'd have something this fun to drive and M Sport Motorwerx was the perfect place to buy it . . . they have extensive knowledge about - and passion for - German performance (in particular, all things BMW "M")! I bought my M5 a couple weeks ago and it just arrived this week. I honestly could not be happier. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and never left reviews, but this time the whole experience was a league above the rest.It's definitely a risk buying sight unseen across the country, but Lawrence walked me through every step of the process and was incredibly transparent with me regarding everything. A car guy at heart, which is what you want, and something thats becoming increasingly rare to find in this industry. Very knowledgable about these cars and an absolute pleasure to talk with. So thank you again Lawrence.Natalie took care of the paperwork and made that an absolute breeze. Same as Lawrence, she walked me through every step of the way and not once did I feel rushed. Thank you very much Natalie for your seamless delivery of the paperwork and overall process.The integrity and service this team displays is so refreshing in this day and age, it makes you really appreciate businesses like these. Traded in my Audi S4 for a BMW, and couldn t have had a better experience. They re not out to make every penny off of you, they re out to take care of you and make a satisfied customer. Lawrence agreed to take care of the timing chain guides on my 428i upon purchase of the vehicle. I gave him time and he took care of me with a loaner vehicle until my vehicle was ready. I was sent pictures throughout every step of the process and was very pleased with the result. They ll have my business for good! Highly recommend for sales and service.

Just recently purchased a BMW M3 from here. This was by far the best experience when buying a car ive ever had. The whole process was so quick and easy. I was from out of state and through countless pictures and videos from Lawrence I was able to see every inch and angle on the car. So I decided to make the 8 hour trip and it was the best decision I couldve made! Natalie and Lawrence are the best in the business. Got a beautiful '16 X5 from Lawrence. He kept me in the loop with a couple things being repaired on the vehicle so it was in perfect shape when i picked it up. His inventory is all higher end cars and they're very fairly priced, which explains why they don't stay around too long! 10/10 would buy from them again. Thanks again Lawrence.

Last month I purchased a 2017 BMW 440i from Lawrence. I had the absolute BEST experience working with Lawrence and his team! Immediately, he made us feel comfortable and was extremely patient throughout the process. Also, he is relatable, down to earth, funny, and most importantly he didn t make us feel pressured to make a purchase. Walked in the office and they looked at me like "what are you doing here" It felt real uncomfortable like I was doing something wrong. There was a lady with a customer at her desk and a younger man that worked there eating a sandwich on the couch. No one asked if I needed help or even said they'll be right with me. So I basically had to interrupt and asked about a bmw I saw online then she said the bmw I saw on the website was around the corner to have the bumbers painted. I went and looked at it as she said I could then came back and asked the lady if the dents would be fixed also on the bumber and cracked side skirt? Her reply was "are you going to pay for it" that's when I turned around and walked out. This place is super unprofessional at least the lady in the office was but the one mechanic in the shop that you literally have to walk through to get to the office seemed to be a nice guy. They did not greet me they did not say things like let's see the car if you like it what can we do let's check it out nothing just a smart remark. Then you have a kid eating sandwiches in front of the customers. On top of all that their cars look great in pictures on the computer but as soon as you get there they're not in the best condition. Drove 40 minutes to get there and they treated me like they were upset that I was there. Will not recommend this place to anyone I will actually deter them. Stay away! This is exactly what happened on my visit so any response or excuse they may have if any to this review is not needed.

We just purchased our 2nd BMW from M Sport Motorwerx. This X5 was purchased without a test drive or even seeing the car in person. We were completely comfortable handling the sale in this manner. Lawrence and his team maintain a level of expertise, integrity and commitment to service after the sale that is unmatched. We picked up our X5 today and it is absolutely beautiful. For the last few years I ve wanted an E46 convertible. I spent a ton of time looking for the right one. Then I found a 2005 E46 on the MSport Motorwerx website and started communicating with Lawrence about it. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations. Lawrence was great. His staff was great. He actually did several additional pre-sale repairs that he wasn t required to do just to make sure that my E46 was driving as well as possible. Finding someone you can trust is very hard in this industry. Lawrence and his staff earned my trust. That s the highest compliment I can give.

If anyone is looking for a "family feel" car dealership, this is it! From the moment I walked in, Lawrence and Jacqui made me feel right at home. They did not try and "lock" me into a car or pressure me to make a purchase. Lawrence spent ample time with me trying to find "the perfect car" and when he did not have one in stock, he found one for me. Also, before I picked the car up, he detailed the whole entire car to a manner that even the best big brand car dealerships couldn't hold a candle too (even took the wheel off and polished the bearings!). He followed up with me for a few weeks even after I purchased the car to ensure I was still thrilled with it. Jacqui spent tons of time trying to help me get the best loan for the vehicle and was pleasant and easy to talk to. Looking for the best and easier car buying experience? HANDS DOWN GO TO M SPORT!
