Wow! Huge thanks to John (and Karl) at NAPA in Portland. Our boat s alternator pulley got loose and buggered itself. We were stopped dead in the middle of the CT River! We came ashore to NAPA and John was able to come up with a creative pulley fix to get us moving again! Huge thank you for the amazing service !

My daughter ordered a c clamp online. When I got to the store, they said they had not received the order. One of the guys behind the counter helped us. He sold us a 4 inch c clamp. When asked what the difference in cost was for the different sizes was, he never answered. I did not look at my email to confirm the order and when I did, I realized I paid $10 more than the order. When I called to inquire about this, the guy said the order was for a 2 inch opening in the c clamp. When I asked what the size was for the actual c clamp, he said I could use it as an earring and hung up. I will never do business with this store again and told my daughter the same. There is no place in this world for that kind of arrogance or unprofessionalism. Highly disappointed in that store.
