Hannah at the main office was a pleasure and helpful to work with via phone, as she promptly set an appointment for a technician to come to my home.Kyle, the technician, took care of the problem. I found him to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He also gave me new helpful information should I have an issue with my stair- chair in the future.I d recommend National Seating & Mobility to anyone as I am very pleased with its service.

Sales experience was low key, friendly, no pressure, very informative. Installed a Bruno Elan straight lift for my 91 yr Mom. I selected this solution over 2 other well known brands that visited. I did my research. I have confidence in the quality of this lift, and the support that comes from National Seating and Mobility, if/when needed. The install was done within days after purchase, and only took a couple of hours. Installer was very friendly and professional.

I cannot say enough positive about this company. They Answer their phones, their prices are reasonable they give excellent and prompt service and just Do everything right. I would highly recommend them and their products. They are expert installation. They understand the situation when people need mobility a.m. and they are superb to work with. I give 5 stars And would give more if they were available

The stairlift works great, except for a slight bump partway up and down due to the rail being in two sections. Rating would be 5 stars, except for the rail. We were told during the sales pitch that it would be one rail, and not two rails connected together. To make matters worse, the two rail sections are different colors, making it look like a patch up job. The two sections should at least come from the same batch of aluminum to be the same color.

Orville and team are excellent to work with. I found Doug & Matt in the sales department compassionate and thorough. The technicians were knowledgeable, patient and professional. Would highly recommend doing business with them based on my personal experience with members at that location.

My experience with National Seating & Mobility Company was very positive. The Bruno Elite Indoor Stairlift product and NMSC s business manager and representative were exceptional in terms of the value and benefits they delivered. On top of solving every need, it was a delight for us to work with such intelligent, thoughtful, and caring professionals.

After calling three chairlift company's I decided to go with National Seating. The lift they offered was a good fit for me, and they're Rep was very knowledgeable. Mathew was very patient and answered every question I had. The tech that came out to install it did a great job as well, he made sure it was in perfect working order, and took the time to make sure I was able to operate it . I am very pleased that I made the decision to go with them.

We chose NSM from among three vendors, not for price alone, but because we have two friends who own the Bruno products NSM installs and supports, and the reviews on the stairlifts. The installation team was on time, neat, courteous, and pleasant to have in my home.

I had a wonderful experience buying the Molift .Doug Bergstrom did a great job demoing the Molift in my home & made me feel comfortable with the purchase. Many home care people that come to my house to care for my wife are also vary impressed with the Molift product. This was a game changer for me as the caregiver.Spud Whitney

Great company. Salesman was very informative. No pushing, right to the point with a great price. The man who came to install was just as nice. Showed us just how everything worked. Because we need to remove a door jam at the top to give us more room he installed the lift and will come back at no charge to move the lift closer to the wall for us because we are tall and it will give us more room for our legs. Couldn't ask for nicer people to deal with. Yes I would recommend this company and their employees to friends and family.

If you are looking to purchase a stair lift look no further!!!! Company rep was punctual courteous and informative. Installer Orville installed 2 stairlifts in one day ..did a beautiful job and answered all my questions. I would give this company 20 stars if I could !!! Fabulous

From start with Kim, next with Doug to finish with Chris's team our experience with NS&M was top notch. Every NS&M person at every junction of the Bruno stairlift transaction was knowledgeably experienced and courteous. After installation, my home was immaculately clean. And we are more than satisfied with the durability and quality of the Bruno product. I'll recommend NS&M to others. Thanks to all, Tom & Gina Kealy

We needed a stair lift for a straight set of stairs. The estimator worked with me over the phone / camera to give me a firm price. We accepted and they installed it two days later, after showing up on time and finishing on time. Their pricing was very fair too.

Installers of the ramp were went to work very efficiently, finished the job quickly, very clean, made sure we inspected ramp and that we were satisfied. I would very much recommend NSM to perform any work.

After leaving messages for over seven months to arrange for a re-installation, a person finally set up a date. Took only a few days from that point.Great installation by a capable technician.

Impossible to reach them. Called 5 or 6 times. Left voice mails and constantly ALL OUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE BUSY..constantly holding ..No return calls. . Finally when I talked to a human a day later to set up a time for a stair removal for the following week and to book a new installation in my new home no date available..they don't have enough employees is the takeaway here. I went with another company..got removal date and new installation date right away..and was able to talk to a human within seconds,
