My engine light went on in my Honda Fit. Long story short, John went out of his way to try and help me determine the problem. The engine light is off, for now, and I saved over $160 by not taking it to the dealer. Thank you, John (and Eric, for his sense of humor and reassurance that a steady glow on engine light doesn t indicate the need for an emergency call to car dealer. Lol).

Mark, Ray and Jim know there stuff. If they don t have it they ll get it same day or next. Better than any autozone or advanced auto. Parts stores are only as good as the guys behind the counter and those guys are the best.

Small town feel big selection for all auto needs. Knowledgeable staff much simpler and more experienced than big box stores. This hometown NAPA is the place to go.

Very friendly and helpful sales guys. Place have most of the general auto items you need but if they don't have them in stock, whoever is helping you, can order them for you.

This place is awful, I tried to call on a question got put on hold and after waiting for a while I got hung up on, called up two more times the same thing happened, that's how you loose sales, I will never call again
