I highly recommend Auto House of Luxury This is my 2nd car that I purchased from Will. He s always a pleasure to work with. He's honest and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Both cars he sold me, was a stress-free experience!Phil in finance, was able to get my payments to where I needed them be. Overall, another great buying experience from them!

Moe, Armand & Phil we re all great to work with. Very friendly & helpful. They have a nice selection of cars to choose from. Love my Range Rover. They definitely go above & beyond to make sure you re a happy & satisfied customer. Definitely recommend this dealer.

Purchased a BMW from these guys and they did not disappoint! I ve had the car for a few months now and it s been running extremely well, no issues. They made the whole buying process as quick and seamless as possible. They really are honest businessmen and it s good to know when you re making a big commitment. I always look into their inventory because you never know what they bring in next! Would recommend to anyone

This auto shop was amazing! William and Phil worked so very hard to make sure that I left with something. They found a beautiful car that fits my needs. They were both knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with this big purchase. I highly recommend this auto shop for their quality cars, excellent customer service and dedication to their customers.

My experience with Auto house luxury has truly been amazing, I had brought my 2014 SUV 21/2 years ago 2021, and never had any major problems thank God, any little issues that had occurred they took care of me, and not to mention investing in the extended warranty also helps a lot just because one may never know with your normal wear and tear that may happen . If any one may be interested in buying a vehicle please check them out and ask for this Handsome Latin gentleman by the name William he will for sure take care of you..

My experience was great at auto house all staff was very helpful and encouraging while I was looking for a car . All their cars are high quality and maintained very nicely while on the lot. I worked with Phil in the beginning I had a hard time but I was a first time car buyer but I called with my issues after 5 months they still tried help and the car it self runs smooth so far. I think this company truly tries their hardest. And again 5 months later I was still able to get their assistance with figuring out the car. Not bad at all

I DROVE my SUV to the Auto House of Luxury and had to TOW it out of there two days later. They made an electric problem worse and charged me $300. I DO NOT recommend this place at all! Not only House of Luxury made my car worse, but continues to blame my husband for ONE missing fuse, NOT "fuses". I only spoke to ONE employee over the phone and I was not "inappropriate" to their "employees". I guess they also LIE on their reviews. My husband was NOT "understanding", he only wanted my SUV out of there. He feels exactly how I feel and he won't be going back there either. What a joke this place is! Too bad I am not able to remove my one star and give them a big 0.

I had to search far and wide (well over an hour) to find a very nice low mileage minivan, and I think it was fate that led me to Auto House of Luxury. When you are looking for your next car, don't pay the outrageous prices of a new car, give Auto House a look first. You can save thousands on a sharp looking pre-owned low mileage vehicle, and still go on vacations with the money you saved. I was going to get my own financing but definitely give them a shot first, glad I did and found me a spectacular rate. The staff will handle everything from A-Z, which made my experience enjoyable.

Best dealer I ve been to and it was the quickest and easiest process I ever been through compared to all the others, I can t complain. Even got some adjustments to payments for me as well. I m surprised they don t have 5 stars honestly. You get your plates and all that same day and you re all set to go! Will definitely come back and/or recommend!!

Overall experience was fantastic. From selection of inventory to customer service they really have it all.My experience trying to finance a vehicle for the first time on my own was no easy task but with the help of an exceptional few, Will, Phil and Mo, they made the process very clear and very simple. This very patient group allowed me to take my time and decide the best option for my circumstance and was able to walk away a very happy customer with my new to me 2018 Dodge Charger GT!!!Happy car hunting! And don't forget to support your local business.

I flew from Maryland to Connecticut to look at a vehicle that they had that was hard to find. When I arrived, they were still servicing the car I wanted to look at but once finished they let me take the car out on my own to test drive. There was no pressure while looking over the entire staff was helpful answering questions.After some negotiating and discussions, we came to an agreement. I drove the car home that night and it has been great ever since January. I did have a long wait time for my plates but that was mainly due to the DMV process.I will say if you ever need to contact anyone (pre or post purchase) it is more effective to call rather than email. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this dealership and would gladly make the trip again if they had another hard-to-find vehicle of interest.

Recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and my overall experience was great! They addressed all minor issues found on the vehicle prior to purchase. They offered me a fair price for my trade-in and made the trading process extremely quick and smooth. I drove away with my new Jeep same day! Both William and Phil were wonderful and patient. Would highly recommend!

i just want to share my experience and service is just like alot of dealers outthere just talk to you friendly and promise a good service but once they have you signed and leave the sales room if you have any problems with the vehicle they turn their back like you're not a customer anymore and treat you different than when you first walk in very disappointed.

I went in trying to find my grandson his first car. The manager was extremely friendly, knowledgeable on his inventory. Listened and made good car suggestions. Good variety of cars.I will present my thoughts on inventory to my grandson.

My girlfriend and I just purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia from here and we couldn't be more satisfied with the SUV and service. The salesman, Armend, was friendly and very helpful while also getting me a great interest rate through the credit union. Our Acadia is in perfect condition in/out and mechanically flawless, yet it was priced lower than the majority of model/year Acadias we looked at, and a great deal according to Kelly Blue Book. I Highly recommend anyone looking for a mid - high end used car check this place out.

I felt like they didn't want my business and just kept adding absurd $$ to prices to just get me to go away. Wouldn't even give me a quote and their addition was typically cost plus random large unexplained adder.

We bought a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado in January 2023 from this Dealer and would like to rate and report the poor experience in purchasing this vehicle.When we returned home we detected that the driver's seat was not moving and adjusting as needed.When I got home I saw that a gear was missing from the seat's motor (defect/problem impossible to have checked by the dealer when selling the car). We immediately informed the dealer of the problem and took the car to check and change the part. We were promised that they would buy the part and schedule a day to replace the faulty part.After 15 days and after many calls from us the part was available to replace.Again I drove to the dealer to replace the part.When we bought the car, we were promised help programming a second keyfob even though I had to buy the keyfob and pay for the programming service.After many calls and insistence after 90 days of waiting they managed to get someone to do the programming at a cost of $125.00.Again I drove to the dealer (30 miles one way) to have the keyfob programmed. When the locksmith was programming the keyfob I asked if he could make a copy of the key so that I had a complete set (keyfob+key) and he said yes. I asked the cost and he didn't say. As I had already checked the cost in other places (between $35.00 and $50.00) I believed that what would be charged at these prices.When I went to pay, the locksmith told me that I should pay the dealer directly and to my surprise I was charged $250.00, $125.00 of which was for programming the keyfob that I had bought 90 days ago and a copy of a key $125.00 (this copy in any seat costs no more than $50.00)When I made the deposit, I just asked the cost to carry out Undercoating Rust Prevention and to my surprise when I went to sign the contract and make the payment I was informed that the service had been done. As I wanted to discuss the matter, I paid and did not complain.The problem is that the service was terrible and after 30 days the car's chassis was already completely rusted and the supposed protection had already disappeared.Therefore, if you come to buy a car from this dealer, be careful not to be deceived with false promises from the seller together with the person responsible for services.The service department is horrible, unprofessional, without any respect for the customer.In summary, what still deserves respect in this dealer is the financial department, as the others have nothing to add.

Extremely disappointed in my experience with this dealership. We were assured that every car is inspected for potential issues, that they have an on-site mechanic who goes through each vehicle prior to transferring ownership to a new buyer - a pretty standard practice at most dealerships. The car was meticulously maintained inside and out; we expected that would also be the case with the internal components. However, the first day I picked up my new car, there was an issue with the thermostat. From their reaction, it sounded like they knew it was an issue as they diagnosed it over the phone without even looking at it - red flag #1; clearly they knew this was an existing problem with this vehicle that they hadn't bothered to fix. They basically said "don't worry about it" - unless it starts overheating. Very reassuring. We did bring it back there within the first few days to have them fix it, which they did. But upon getting our first oil change, we also learned that the oil had not been changed in quite some time - which came as quite a surprise considering we were assured that all their vehicles are maintained. In addition, the air cabin filter was so old that it was actually moldy! That's not only disgusting, but incredibly unsafe and leads me to believe that they did absolutely no maintenance on this vehicle before selling it to me. If they missed something as simple as an oil change and cabin filter, what else did they miss? Now, just 2 months after purchase, the car in the shop needing a $1000 repair - which isn't covered by the warranty I was forced to buy. Do NOT buy a car here; been nothing but headaches and additional expenses!

My wife and I purchased three cars here with warranties on all three vehicles. After a week one car had an issue brought it to them they said the part wasn t covered under warranty. Then we had an issue with the second car they took it in messed up the car more and then said they fixed it. The car still has the original issue plus more issues with what they did to it. The third vehicle has had issue from 2 weeks after we purchased it they said the part was back on ordered. They told me don t worry about the check engine light so I didn t. They told us the got the part and bring in the vehicle. When we brought in the vehicle they tried to get us to trade in the vehicle and only give us 9000 for it. We told them to fix the vehicle. Two years later they finally fixed the three Catalytic-converters and now a crank case code comes up and they are not doing a thing about it. Snotty service and people skills. Never taking blame and alway diverting blame to others. Would rank them negative 5 stars

Just purchased a 2017 Jetta from Auto House of Luxury. Couldn t have been more pleased with my experience as a whole. Felt no pressure to buy, found a great car for a great price and truly had a stress free buying experience. Will definitely be going back when looking to replace the wife s car.

Just recently bought a beautiful 2016 audi a5 from this dealership and cannot say enough great things! The staff was extremely helpful, trustworthy, honest, and the whole process was a great experience. I would absolutely buy from them again! It was very important for me to find a dealer that was trustworthy because there are a lot of shady dealers out there. I'm from MA, so they were able to get everything done in one visit, and quickly mailed all the paperwork/title that I needed to register here in MA. I have nothing negative to say about Auto Luxury, and highly recommend them!
