I purchased a dump truck from them and Anthony has been very helpful and understanding. They do it all there from electronics, mechanical, snow plow setups, and much more. They are very responsive and reasonable. I would highly recommend.

This is an edit from my original review but it remains a one star review. So my story starts with the Wiltse Bros back in 2019 in which I bought a 1995 Honda Civic from them. From day one the Honda Civic gave me overheating issues in which they did fix the first time free of charge. But the problem persisted so I didn t ask questions and I paid them for a new radiator. Also a new water pump. Finally, they tell me they have to do the head gasket. Mind you I have never done anything to overheat this car since I purchased it from them. Anyways, I pay them 1350 for the head gasket repair. They repaired the head gasket during the more cooler months I m pretty sure it was April. I received my car back. So when I got the car, it was not overheating. Everything seemed fine. Literally the first week of heat and which I required the air conditioner as soon as I began to use the air conditioner, the overheating persisted . So yes, a couple months had gone by but I had never had to use the AC and I m very disappointed because they must not have checked to make sure that the head gasket was done properly because if they did, I wouldn t be writing this terrible review parable anyways , I called them and tell them about the overheating and tell them how I hadn t had to use the AC and I believe the head gasket isn t done proper in which I m told to bring the car to be checked so I do I actually drove it down there and it did not overheat while I drove it down there because I didn t use the AC and I would turn on the heat to make sure the car does not overheat. I get a phone call later that day saying the car is fine that I am crazy. So I wrote my original review at that point. And started to save up money to try to take it to another shop. So I take it to another shop and the guy does a bunch of work on it and $645 later he calls me with bad news Mind you this is from the new shop. He tells me that the head gasket is bad. In which I was pretty sure that I tried to tell the Wiltse Bros that their work was not done properly but they wouldn t listen. Now I m calling the Wiltse Bros again to try to see if they are willing to do anything for me because I have confirmation from another mechanic that their work was done improper. They basically tell me to kick rocks because too much time has gone by. Mind you I have been telling them every single time that the problem has come up but they tell me to go away. I don t have the funds or the means to argue and fight with a mechanic, so I had to just take my list and go. Anyways, I m just writing this review now to try to prevent any other people from experiencing what I went through with this establishment

Daughter goes to daycare next door and saw a sign outside this place asking if I have exhaust problems? I def had those so stopped in. Needed some welding and they took care of it the same day! Even gave me a ride home. Very reasonable pricing and professionally done. Never thought my exhaust could be quiet again!

I stumbled upon the Wiltse Brothers Garage from their Facebook ad. I live more than an hour away. I had a used plow installed on my Silverado. They were fantastic. Excellent work, very neat, and very fair pricing. They explained everything to me as this is my first truck with a plow. They are an authorized Boss dealer. The whole business has a small hometown personal feel. I highly recommend them. Excellent work, men!

Brought my antique Chevy truck here for a front end alignment. Adam was extremely meticulous and knowledgeable. He was very attentive to getting the alignment dialed in. He made sure everything was perfect before letting me leave. The old fashioned style gear box on my truck isn't easy to adjust but Adam's expertise impressed me. He was able to dial it in perfectly! My 1987 truck runs straight and true. Thanks again Adam keep up the good work.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

They checked out my car and gave me an honest assessment and only performed any work they saw that was necessary.Honest, family run business. I believe that they do a lot of fleet work, so you need to make an appointment, but it's worth it.I highly recommend if your car needs service, or even if you're buying/just purchased a car and want to make sure it's ok, bring it to Adam and Anthony - you'll be glad that you did.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I am so happy I found Wiltse Brothers! They came recommended from a friend of a friend when I moved to town over a year ago. I have been using them for oil changes/brakes for the past year and have always found them to be very timely and kind/professional. Last summer they helped me discover why my AC wasn't working and gave a me a quote that I checked against two other mechanics to get it fixed. It was a very honest price, just more than I could afford at the time to fix. When I decided to fix the problem, they were very cooperative working around my schedule, keeping me informed during the lengthy process and very receptive to all my questions. These guys are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Southington/Plainville area!Services: A/C installation & repair, Oil change
