Tom was great quote came in and materials came in two weeks ahead of time and the hour and a half estimated install only took 30 minutes. Very friendly super knowledgeable guy. If my dog breaks another window I will be sure to head back to you guys. Clear view and beautiful Thank you so much!

AFTER 2 MONTHS OF TRYING TO GET THEM OUT TO MEASURE MY WINDOWS TO REPLACE THEM - I ACTUALLY GOT NOBODY TO SHOW UP NOR RESPOND WITH A VISIT... 9 PHONE CALLS AND SPOKE TO THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE BUT AFTER MANY PROMISES - NOTHING... WHEN A CUSTOMER IS WILLING TO SPEND CASH TO BUY - YOU RESPOND...MY GUESS IS THAT MY JOB IS TOO SMALL FOR THEIR NEEDS AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO RESPOND TO THE SMALL HOMEOWNER...

i had a crack in my double pain window and was waiting until it warmed up to bring it to the window shop because she told me it would take about ten days to have it fixed. but one night i was taking my dog for a walk and had my house key with me and i forgot to grab the flashlight and when i went to unlock the door i had grabbed the garage key instead of the house key. its 10 at night and no i did not have a key hidden outside. my phone was in the locked house so i could not call anyone so i got a ladder and broke the window so i could get in. i brought the window to the window shop and got it back quicker then i thought i would for a decent price. and yes I know have a spare key hidden so i will never lock myself out again.

Our small business relies on The Window Shop to cut dozens of small pieces of glass for us every few weeks. We had worked with three other glaziers in CT in the past, and The Window Shop is the most reliable and the most accurate by far. They are also kind and professional. We can't recommend them enough!

I am a commercial door installer so glass is often times required for my scope of work. We have been working with the window shop for 10 years now and they have excellent customer service and communication. Everyone is down to earth and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for your next project. Honest and Reliable.

Been here a few times to drop off measurements and to pick up my glass furniture protectors. Always pleased with the perfect cut. Recommended the Window Shop to my mother who was also very pleased with her job. Planning on returning in the summer with another job.

GREAT PLACE!!! They helped me rescreen my vintage Argosy RV trailer. Needless to say a pain in the but. They did it with out complaint and did a great job. I would use them again for any Window/Screen needs

Always use Jen for framing she does an outstanding job.We had them also put our shower doors in about 15 years ago and they still look and work great! We would reccomend these folks to our friends and family!

A family owned business that helped me every step of the way. I only had to repair a small window, but being as I am not handy they were extremely helpful in telling me what I needed to do and we're very patient with my rookie questions. I don't plan on breaking any glass any time soon, but if I do they'll be my first stop. Thanks for the A+ customer service.Plus they have a dog as a greeter. How can you NOT want that? Haha

I live in Rocky Hill, CT and was looking to have windows made for a porch on my daughter s home in Tolland, CT. After researching I picked The Window Shop, located in Plainville. I brought measurements for a number of large windows to be custom made to enclose her porchThis family was absolutely fabulous with taking care of my needs, very precise, excellent material quality. Called, spoke to a person right away, was even able to get some information about my situation. They were able to get someone to look at my issue quick, and the guys were very professional, and quick. Would highly recommend, I will def do business with in the future

Rude. I went in to ask about having a seal in my bay window repaired or if I had to buy a new one. I was trying to sell my house and needed to make these repairs. The woman at the desk was cold, rude and made me, a potential buying customer, feel unwelcome. It totally turned me off to wanting to do any business with this company. I couldn t imagine how I would be treated during services or if I had an issue! I hired Colony Glass and spent a nice bit of money on a new bay window. Customer relations needs an overhaul at this company.
