I was quite nervous purchasing a vintage Jaguar as I am not a mechanic. I was so impressed speaking with Joe and Dean Cusano. Once I spoke with them I decided to take the chance on a 54 year old car. I had only seen pictures of it online. Dean prepared the car for me so that I could drive 400 miles from their business to my home in VA. They treated me like I was family. They immediately got back to me with the answers to all of my questions. Never ever have I had such an amazing experience with a car dealership. I would not hesitate to buy one of the quality cars from Motorcars Incorporated! They were honest and it was offered at a fair price.

Very impressive! Had an older XJ6 FULLY SERVICED, Mike and Dean were very thorough and called every few days to update status estimated costs.They discussed every detail, even small leaks and AC belts to make the car 100% dependable as a daily driver.They installed new tires at a huge discount, they are part of the Town Fair Tire franchise, so the tires are warranted all over CTEverything was explained again at payment time, it was nice to review the repairs and how each small repair restored the Jag to it's full glory!!

Joe helped me from start to finish on purchasing an XJS convertible I had my eye on that they were selling, all done remotely and out of state. As both my first classic car and out of state purchase he patiently answered all my questions and was professional in every part of the process. I really appreciated the experience and ended up getting a fantastic vehicle. Their reputation for their expertise in classic Jaguars is known throughout the region and I can see why. Thanks Joe!

Dean and his brother Joe restored my 1966 E-Type back in 2000. Since then, this classic has been following me as I moved to Europe, California and now back to the East Coast. The car has seen numerous technicians over the 22 years I've had it, however, no one can match the level of professionalism, competence and genuine care that Dean's team exhibits. This team is second to none and are benchmark from my experiences.

The BEST. You will not find a better Jaguar specialist, nor a dealer with this level of care. I recently purchased a Jaguar from Joe and Dean without test driving as their reputation and attention to detail is well known. Their inventory, quality of cars and knowledge of Jaguar and other makes is incredible... I have used them for repairs/service in the past and was beyond impressed by the insight into the overall health of my vehicle and its needs I was provided by Mike the service manager. With Motorcars you are working with experts in their field across the board, It is an understatement to say that you are in good hands.

Took my s430 in due to a suspension fault and air suspension not working. Motorcars took a day or so to get back to me. Told me the problem was the control board (100$ on ebay)and i needed a new one. Advised me to take it to Mercedes for further diagnostic once I got a new board. 320$. Took the car to Mercedes who promptly told me, within an hour, i had a bad fuse. 213$ at Mercedes (200$ diag with 13$ for fuse). I would have expected motorcars to pick this up themselves since they tested all the connections. Will not return as this was just wasted money for them not to correctly diagnose the problem. They were courteous and had decent communication throughout that's why I gave them 2 stars. Never again.

I got my 1st Jaguar last summer. It's an older XJ-S, and Dean took great care of me and my car. The car appeared to be in very good condition, but I wanted someone who was familiar with XJ-S's to go through, inspect it and make certain it was reliable. Dean went through it and called when something came up that wasn't discussed previously. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I spent the rest of the summer enjoying my car. I'll be back for regular maintenance and advice.I highly recommend Dean and Motorcars for your older Jaguar.

I have been buying cars for nearly 50 years and my recent purchase of a '67 E Type from Motorcars Incorporated was the best car buying experience of them all. The car was restored a few years ago but had not been properly maintained and Dean pointed out the items needing attention before I even saw the car. I brought in an E Type specialist to do a PPI and after about 4 hours we only found a couple of very minor items in addition. That type of honesty is very rare in the used car business! Dean is a practical, hard working, straightforward (and fun!) guy to deal with and the work that he did on the car was done to a very high standard.

He has gone above and beyond to help me, a 17 year old first-time buyer, find his dream car. He more than exceeded my expectations of a dealership, and made my first-time car buying experience one to remember. Ever since Freshman year of High School, I have dreamed of one day owning a w204 Mercedes-Benz c300. Joe made that dream come true, without forcing me to break the bank. Not only are his vehicles well built and maintained, he hand picks each and every car he puts up for sale, ensuring they are of the highest quality and EXACTLY what a customer would want. They are truly worth every penny and more. I purchased a 2013 Mercedes c300 from him, and let me tell you, I have never seen a cleaner used car. The vehicle is in pristine condition, and the care Joe and his staff show towards their vehicles and customers is unparalleled. I can not begin to explain how satisfied I am with my experience here. Joe was extremely flexible with pricing, was honest and up front about everything regarding the vehicle and dealership policies, and truly wanted nothing more than to see me drive away with a smile on my face. He even offered to drive the vehicle over an hour and a half to my house at NO COST after we ran into some complications regarding insurance. He is truly in this business for the customer satisfaction, not just the money. I received my car from MotorCars Inc today and I am very pleased!The vehicle is exactly as described with no surprises. I worked with Dean for this transaction, and he was very helpful & accommodating by taking any pictures and/or videos I required.He also overnighted all the documents and clearly outlined each page for a smooth sight unseen out of state transaction.An absolute pleasure. Thanks to the brothers Cusano!! Dean and Joe were very helpful as I worked through the execution of my Father's estate. Joe went above and beyond. He even mailed family items from the glove box to me. Great people. If you are a Jaguar fan (especially E types) you owe it to yourself to visit this place, AMAZING.

Took my S-type for air conditioner repair, $1,160 they didn't do anything to my car talking about they changed my auxiliary water pump they didn't do anything, I looked down to see has any parts been replaced they didn't, never again! My car will always go to a Jaguar dealership cause they will fix it , even though my car is under so called warranty, I want be taking it back cause they will say something else is wrong and try to charge me, ok I need it fixed, so why isn't it working properly , doesn't matter it's not working, yeah and yall still didn't fix it I can look and see if my parts were replaced, never again lol

Im disgusted with the actions of the owner of this business. As a customer I feel as though I ve been forced to stop coming here even though my car was damaged by their workers and i was assured that the next time i made an appointment they would fix it. Ive seen no effort made by the owner to in any way right this wrong and infact my reviews havent been posting. Utterly disgusting.

If you have a Jaguar, have the good taste to want a Jaguar and either want to buy, restore or have your Jaguar repaired this is the only place to consider. Dean and his team are the best in the business for these cars.
