Mike is kind and fair goes above and beyond for his customers. He is honest and has integrity. If you want to go someplace where you won t be ripped off and you ll be treated with high standards fairly and with the truth take your vehicle to mikes !

First time at Mike's, I brought my son in law's car for brakes. He called to tell me what needed to be done, how much it would cost and when it would be ready. He delivered on all three. Mike's is the best for your car's service. Thorough and reasonable and also helpful, friendly and clean. Mike's team of mechanics are great. I've had all my oil changes and brakes done here and recently he did my oil change for free. What a really nice surprise. They're outstanding and I highly recommend them. I have used car dealerships for my repair/maintenance work over the years, always promising myself that I would find a local mechanic who I trust. When the dealer suggested repairs that seemed bogus, I sought out Mike and finally fulfilled my promise. Mike literally saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you, Mike!

10/10 Recommend! I had been having horrible service from Firestone down the street so I called Mikes Auto and Mike took me in the very next day. He diagnosed the issue, found new parts and fixed it all in one morning. The building and parking lot is clean and welcoming and the staff is helpful and polite. My shocks in the rear had rusted and one broke. Had tried to remove but did not have the right tools to get it done. Had it towed for them to get the installation done and an alignment after that. Great job! They had no trouble getting it done. I should have taken a picture as the rear passenger side tire was no longer connected. It was towed there and they got the job done. They had previously done other work for me in the past. I recommend their service.

Our family have used Mike's service multiple times. His location is one of the place that I will be back for most repair in future. They honestly and kind. my car had a oil leak and i knew it was not the valve cover gasket and a friend who is a mechanic said it wasn't BUT did tell me it could be the rear gasket but told me not to say anything to wherever i bring it and see if they are honest. after a few days the mechanic at mike's called me and said he thought it was the valve cover gasket and i said it had already been changed and he said it could be that the person who put the valve cover gasket on might have not noticed it might have had a crink on the gasket when he put the cover back on and i will be honest, because i knew the cost to replace the value cover gasket and the cost to replace the rear main seal had a HUGE difference in cost to fix. so he said he would clean all the oil off the bottom of the engine and would put a dye in the oil and would be able to tell then where it was leaking from after driving it for a hour. i was so hoping it was the value cover gasket. but he called me two days later and asked it i was sitting down and i told him just give me the bad news. it was a rear main seal and that involved a lot of work like removing the transmission. so i told him to go a head and fix it. i have had the car back for about a week now and will bring it back in to have it checked like he asked me too, but first i have to get over my nasty cold. overall very happy with the work they did.

I ve been going to Mike s Auto for years. He s professional, timely, always calls first w my estimate and always fixes exactly what needs to be done. Recently I had a rear light out. Within 1/2 hr of my call to Mikes Auto, I was able to bring my car in, have it replaced & I was back on the road. I SO appreciate his Service and that of his great staff. Wouldn t take my car to anyone else. Thank you Mikes Auto.

I just moved to Plainville in November and was nervous about finding a trustworthy car mechanic, but when I bring my car to this place I feel safe as if I m taking my car to my dad (if he knew anything about cars). I ve had quite a bit of work done on my car in the past few months and I feel comfortable saying that not only is the service great, but the pricing is extremely fair (which can be a struggle as a woman who knows nothing about cars). If you want fair prices and good friendly service, I highly recommend this place. Mike and his staff seem like genuinely good people and are my top choice for the area.

Mike's Auto & Body Shop is the best hands down! Both my exhaust manifold gaskets were in bad shape and were causing me some real issues, and the bolts were rusted and some broke. My friend referred me to Mike's and said they were the best, so I took my F-350 Super Duty V10 to him and just as my friend suggested the crew did wonders. Very very professional and the best and cleanest shop I have ever been to. Dropped it off Monday and by Tuesday afternoon I was cruising down the road with all my power back in the 350. I am one 100% satisfied customer. Mike's has a customer for life and I will be referring all my friends and clients to mike's Auto & Body shop. As a small business owner having your work truck is so so important and these guys got it in and finished with quality work and in a timely manner. All I can say is Mikes is a God sent. Thank God for a shop that will do you right and treat you with respect and great customer service! Thanks Guys!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Mike s Auto body! The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I called to have a broken window replaced and they were able to get a replacement super fast. When I arrived they took my car in right away. Not only did they fix my window but they vacuumed the entire interior and plugged a hole in my front tire that apparently had a large screw in it! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great, timely service!

I stopped by with a need for a quick repair with my license plates. Was immediately helped and the problem was solved for me effectively. Felt the staff (owner?) went out of his way for a small problem and that was greatly appreciated. I can t say enough about the quality and integrity of the service I received at Mike s Auto & Body Shop! When my Subaru started having trouble, a shop in the area diagnosed a litany of issues and quoted me $2500-$3000 for repairs. The issues they reported didn t make much sense though. As a result, based on the many impressively positive reviews for Mike s, I figured I would get a second opinion before I gave up on the car .and boy, I am SO glad that I did!Not only did Mike and his team confirm that the repairs cited by the other shop were complete hogwash, they were able to get my car back up and running at a *very* reasonable price for the work that was done (and also at a fraction of the price quoted by the other shop). What s more, although I had absolutely no expectation of this happening, they were able to get the car back to me over the course of just one day?!?Needless to say, the team at Mike s has made a life-long customer out of me, and I look forward to bringing my cars here for any/all future service needs! Thanks so much!

Great experience at Mike's! Had front end damage on my Jetta and he was able to hook me up and also save me $400. I will definitely go there in the future for any body work.

I had my mothers car repaired for a broken sensor in the engine and they were able to get out of the block. The bill was fine for my repair. I reccomend anyone too this garage. Their mechanics are good. I am also an auto technician but I just had surgery so I couldn't repair this on my own and it was a difficult repair. I was charged a good price that I was pleased with.

Shout out to Sean and his team. My car had slightly bumper damage and they fixed it same day at a very reasonable price. Honest, professional, and timely. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone in need of repairs.

It took me over a year to write up a review but in a way it is a good thing as my wife and I have gone there a few times for different things (brakes, oil changes, etc.). All I can say is, if you are looking for an honest, fair, extremely nice mechanic with great customer service, then do yourself a favor and go here. I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Go to Mike! He ll treat you right. Cuts the BS (like most auto shops like to sell you up on)... he s a trustworthy guy and that seems to be harder and harder to come by nowadays.Great guys, great service. At the end of the day, that s what you want in a shop. Thanks Mike.
