The customer service for servicing your vehicle are pleasant, however, the prices are too high. I do not believe I will be taken my car back there. Also we purchased a extended warranty which was the best package and they don't cover nuts and bolts to the parts that need to be fixed. How do you do that?

Komi Barrow was our sales associate, and he took the time to show my wife all the features of the car. He was very thorough and patient. The dealership negotiated the price without wasting time and overall the experience was excellent.Improvement - we should not have been surprised by all the aftermarket car insurance at signing. We felt that the quality of the car was being downgraded just to sell us on the insurance.

My car was ready a day later than expected and when I got there, my gas cap was open for an unknown reason and it had a big new scratch on the side that I caught before leaving that they had to fix. I was advised that my brakes were rotting and that I had to get new ones. Thankfully I did not get them there because I got a second opinion since I haven t experienced any problems, and my brakes were perfectly fine. I was told they also ordered me a paint pen free of charge, but have yet to hear back about it being ready for pick up. I plan to never come back to this dealer.

From the very first inquiry, the follow up was excellent. When we came In to test drive the Atlas, Rafal asked us questions to get to know what we were looking for. He chose the exact fit! There was zero haggling on price and in fact, it was the best price we had been offered. They gave us an excellent trade in value as well! More than 2 other dealerships offered. The pick up was easy, Rafal made sure to give a full tutorial of the car. This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Top notch service from beginning to end!

Im a Gengras shopper for many cars. My VOLVO S60, Traded in for a used MONTEGO AWD, now upgraded to a 2011 Q5 2.0T . I'm very happy with the people at Gengras VW. Learned to driive on a red 1963 VW beetle. Brother in law had Karman Ghias.Komi was a pleasant sales guy, Jim Mathias helped me with stuck registration error so I then completed my DMV registration .

Komi was great. We came from another state to look at a used car. Ended up driving it home. No hidden fees- straight to the point. Everyone made the process nice and straightforward. Had a great experience figuring out a new lease here this week! Aaron was our salesman and he was so awesome. No pressure, very informative, super helpful and kind. Everything was explained thoroughly with no sneaky hidden fees or anything weird. Overall just a great vibe from everyone we interacted with and the Tiguan we got is perfect. Definitely would recommend this dealership and Aaron especially for anyone looking at VW!

I never leave dealership reviews, but I felt morally obligated to leave one for Gengras VW Plainville.The moment I walked inside, I was greeted by Komi. Komi, a true down to earth type person that rarely find nowadays. Komi and sales manager Dave made it happen quickly and we got out of the dealership within 2 hrs with a deal.It s not just about the value I got in the car but what matters the most is the treatment from Komi and Dave.I will 100% be back in next couple of years for my next car.

Great experience- they answered all my questions, didn t pressure me at all, and were very fair with my trade in. Dave was ready to greet me when I arrived and Komi went the extra mile - he was very patient with me and never rushed the process.

There was confusion with making the service appointment. I was prompted to make one online and then when I called to confirm, was told that the service cannot be made online and had to reschedule. I was very happy with the fact that I was able to drop my car off and pick it up at my convenience. I was appreciative of the fact that the carpet got vacuumed in the front and back. I was a little surprised that the carpet in the trunk didn t get vacuumed. I was also a little surprised that the Seats were not vacuumed or cleaned. I m not sure how much/to what extent I should expect the car to get cleaned when in for service. Two out of three times the people I spoke with on the phone were helpful/seemed informed.

From first inquiry about a vehicle listed online, through the trade-in process, to the moment I walked out the door with the keys, I felt comfortable in the knowledge that I was handled fairly at Gengras VW. From Brooke to David then Komi, interactions were low-pressure and forthright, with them accommodating my timelines and my requests. I am hopeful this respect translates to the service department, and any other needs I may have!

Just picked up a new Atlas and couldn t have been more pleased with the vehicle and sales department! Gianni took great care of us, and communicated well through the whole process. The pickup was easy - in and out in less than an hour! They took all the painful aspects of buying a car out of the equation. Thank you Gianni and Gengras VW!

I want to give a shout out to Betty D. and the Service Dept at Gengras for the very large and difficult job that was "exceptionally well done" on my 2022 VW Tiguan, recently. From the moment I walked through the door of the Gengras VW Service Department, they guided me through the repair/warranty process; provided me with regular status updates; and were knowledgeable, professional and "on-point" all the way through to complete resolution of the problem. Simply put-I could not have asked for a better service experience!! "Thank you Betty" for your unmatched Customer Service, and to the shop Foreman who did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing my vehicle! Have been waiting on a part to come in for 4 months now. Can t get in touch with anyone. Leave VM and never get a call back. Was told the part came in and a text was sent out, and because we didn t respond the part was sent back. We never received the text. Why would you send a text and not call? It makes no sense. I can t believe the service and constant run around.

OMG!!! is all I can say about Komi, Dave, Hector and Paul! You guys are so amazing!!!! From the time Chris and I walked in the door to the time we left, it was such a great experience. Komi was so informative and so knowledgeable about the Atlas that it made it a no brainer to purchase the vehicle. The way we were greeted and thank you for answering all of our questions. I would recommend you to all of our friends and family. Best place to purchase a vehicle hands down and let me say, in our lives, between my husband and I, we have purchased at least 20 vehicles and this place was by far our best experience. I normally dont write reviews but in this case, I had to.

They have great customer service until after you buy the car. We test drove the suv, it was great. Headed down the road after purchasing the vehicle, check engine light came on. We drove back to the dealership and they told us about the code. They agreed to pay for the repairs to fix the problem. We got home and a steering knuckle was cracked and a wheel bearing was bad. A car can not pass inspection with a crack or play in a wheel. I messaged Sameer on November 8th with pictures and he told me on November 9th, he would get me a check for those repairs. No check! I have emailed and text him, no response! I emailed the manager no response! I tried to call Sameer today on the number I had been texting him on and it s a line for medical alert now, I guess. I was told by the sales manager and Sameer to text his phone and they would get me a check. Sameer also told me, when I asked, I would get a refund check for my registration cost. I was way overcharged for the DMV cost and I haven t seen that check either, like Sameer told me I would. I bought a car from this dealership with great reviews hoping for honesty, reliability, and integrity .I am so very disappointed and would not recommend them!!!!!!!

The lease on my Jetta was up and went to the dealer that I got it from but they were very arrogant and unwilling to budge on numbers even though I was returning to them. I called up Tom Backer, the GM here, and he was almost $5000 less than them. Very honest and straight forward. I worked with Sameer and he helped me get everything done before I arrived so I didn t have to be in the dealership all day with my 8 month old.Very easy process and happy with my new family car. Don t let dealerships trick you into over paying because the inventories are low. Will recommend to everyone in the market.

Purchasing your next car is usually such a stressful process but I was pleasantly surprised this time. On Saturday, after searching for months, I happened to be in the area and decided to finally stop by Gengras VW to check out this Audi I saw online. Gianni welcomed us and quickly assisted with getting me all the information I needed and off on a test drive. He was professional yet personable while being open and honest every step of the way which made us very comfortable throughout the process. By Monday night, I brought my trade in vehicle and paperwork over and was able to leave in my beautiful new car. Thank you Mr. Ibraimov and the Gengras family for going above and beyond to make my purchase such a positive experience!

Absolutely great experience! Could not be happier with the service we received the last couple days when purchasing my first brand new car! Von was amazing, and made sure I new every feature available in my car, answered all of my questions without hesitation or irritation. Was super friendly and had made my experience feel like I was making the best choice for me , and not pushing me in any direction but my own. Chrissy and Tom were very helpful and patient with all of my questions, and had my best interest in hand, and were very welcoming. I couldn t have asked for a better crew to experience this with for the very first time. I will always be a loyal customer to this Volkswagen dealer - HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

This the second time I've purchased a car from Gengras and I know why I went back!There were system issues that held up the process however that did not stop Sameer! He want above and beyond to make sure my family was able to get into a car sooner than later! He even came in on his day off to finalize everything. I'm very appreciative of his hard work and I'm sure we will be back! The finance managers were also exceptional! Despite the stress that my personal life put on the situation it was a great experience overall! Thank you again!

I purchased a 2024 Atlas from Gengras Monday. This was not only a spontaneous decision, but my first ever BRAND NEW vehicle purchase! I drove quite a distance to get to Gengras because they had a great price and also were extremely pleasant on the phone with me. At the dealership, Joe and Komi spent an abundant amount of time with me explaining the vehicle features and working with me on all of my other questions. Komi especially spent over an hour with me going through the car features and how to use them. After the purchase, I received an outreach to follow up, and then got extra help when I had questions. Overall an excellent experience and I am thrilled to be in my new car. Thanks to the team at Gengras!
