Gengras Ford Dealership is the place to go to for all repair services.The Quality of Management trickle s down to the highest expectations, standards of performance in each operational functioning e.g to Sales, Customers Service, Service Advisor, Mechanics and the entire team.I say this because, from past experiences to today s date 4/17/2024.This customer can factually share reviews about how well the company performs and treat customers with Respect , Loyalty and Commitment to vehicle maintenance repairs with a Satisfactory Guarantee Service rendered.I personally value this company with Trustworthy Service.Shel

BEWARE: Charged me $430 to diagnose my AC problem. Gave me a $4700 estimate to replace almost every component of the AC system. I took the car to another service station who told me it is almost impossible that every component they listed failed. The new service station diagnosed for free and fixed the AC for $1375.I returned to Gengras to talk to the Service Mgr who was out to lunch. I was told he would call me within the hour. Never called.

Worst place not to be trusted they messed up the alignment on my work truck could caused a big accident on the highway and they wouldn t take any responsibility. Stay away from Gengras ford

I was charged the maximum amount of money for the minimum amount of effort and service, i won t return and don t recommend this Ford service shop to anyone.
