I d give them six stars if I could, even 10. Honest, good work, care about my family s cars being done right. Bought two cars from them. Looked at a chevy 2500. When I was looking at vehicle the man at the desk stated that he would take $5500. I returned 2 weeks later asked the man if he remembered me and he stated he did. I ask a few questions and than the woman comes out of the office and states the price went up to $6500 and they dont need the money lmao I thought it was a used car place where you buy car i guess I was wrong. Not a good way to conduct business

2/10/22. I had a new Jasper engine installed in my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Great price, service, precision and detail during my entire experience.I want to thank Gary, Penny and special shout out to my mechanic George- wealth of knowledge and experience.

I have been getting our autos repaired at Country Auto for many years. I have always received outstanding service at a fair price. Penny and Gary treat their customers with honesty, which is a rare quality in today's world of auto care. Country Auto is a great place to do business!

Honesty, Honesty, Honesty. The most rare and valued trait of all auto services. I am more then happy to continue coming here for my automotive needs, not to mention so is my mother and my brother. I have had my cars taken cared for many years (+), including junkers, a brand new Ford Escape, and anywhere in between. If I had questions or problems, they were there for me. Also advised me if something really needed work and an estimate for it. God bless them. The last few vestiges of truth & honor!!

Very pleased with their customer service. We bought a used truck here, and even my own mechanic told me that they'd put in a lot of time and effort to get the vehicle even better. The price was fair, especially with the work they did to it. And what was most impressive was that when we had a (very odd) problem after the sale, they took care of us and went above and beyond in trying to diagnose and fix. While doing so, they found an unrelated problem and fixed it. No charge, no drama, just did the right thing. Rare to find, and I'd definitely recommend them.

A few days after buying a $12,000 car there was a loud noise when distance driving. Penny was contacted and she said to bring it in as it was still under warrantee. Bob would put it on the lift. When it was brought over Bob denied he heard any noise and refused to put it on the list and said not to come back. I wanted to break the contract in the legal limits and was told by both of them to get a lawyer. I brought it to my own mechanic and the problem was found to be the transmission. Being a single senior I was completely taken advantage of and lied to , laughed at bullied and threatened. As I have health problems,I never was able to follow up with these horrible people. They will be very accommodating and helpful, until the money is exchanged. My opinion is they are " highway bandits". Run away!!!

Penny and Gary are always reliable and are wonderful to their customers. I had nothing but great service When they worked on my car . I plan to return for any future maintenance needed. Thank you so much for all you do and please stay healthy during these rough times
