I recently went to United At to buy pallet forks for my 1025R and while there decided to take a look at the 3025 platform. Dean while helping me complete my purchase went over the 3025 and explained both the E and D models in detail. I told him I wanted to think about it and he fully respected that request and offered to write up quotes for both. Needless to say about 2 weeks later I took delivery of my 3025E and couldn t be happier. Dean gave me an incredibly fair trade value and Dave the GM even took time out of his Saturday morning to deliver it so I could use it over the weekend. If you re in the market for any JD equipment check them out first.

This place is great. From Dean in sales to service to delivery. Everyone made the purchase of a new John Deere Zero turn mower, absolutely seamless. Everyone I have dealt with at the company has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can t recommend them highly enough.The delivery of my new mower was exceptional. Every effort was made to protect the property and to make sure I was comfortable with the new mower. This is the kind of place that makes it a pleasure to do business with.THANK YOU!!!!

Customer service is alive and well with United Ag, Plainfield Ct... Quick turn around and friendly service. Trish did a fantastic job with getting me in and out quickly and communicating well what the issue was. Couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience.

I had a great experience working with Trisha from service on a new tractor recently purchased. I had a small leak that needed attention and she was very pleasant to talk to and the communication was excellent. I'm thrilled I bought my tractor from them. 5 Stars all day long.

They were great on pick up and delivery process and diagnosing the no start problem but had no answer for the rough running and miss firing that started before the no start. I replaced the coil/regular rectifier/and the stator and spark plug and air filter and change oil and filter and it still runs poorly.

Purchased a new JD tractor this spring from the Plainfield CT Ag & Turf. I was having issues with a couple things, and Trish from service had Jeff come out to my house to look it all over. Jeff spent a considerable amount of time going over everything and adjusting things, he also showed me how to take off the bottom of the chute for cleaning and easy way to close the leaf bag cover! Thank you for exceptional customer service.

United Ag & Turf s Plainfield, CT location is, in a word, Spectacular!Trish in the service department is kind, efficient and professional. She steered me through a couple of mechanical issues with prompt and effective service. I met two of their drivers, both of whom were on time with delivery, very polite and helpful in answering a few questions. This dealership is the only one l will take my mowers to for regular seasonal maintenance and repairs. If l buy a new tractor, it will be from them. Ted Parsons, Scotland, CT

I was excited to see the new store open and have need wanting to stop in. I finally had the chance today.This was my experience: I walked into the store around Midday today and there were no other customers in the store. There were several sales people at their desk and one person at the parts desk on the phone. I wanted to do two things 1) ask about whether United had a plug aerator and/ or a dethatcher for my Deere lawn tractor and 2) buy some Stihl supplies. After a few minutes wandering around I gave up on getting any assistance regarding tractor accessories. I picked up the Stihl supplies that I needed and then waited near the parts counter to pay for them for another 5 min without ever being approached or acknowledged by anyone. I put the supplies back and walked out of the store without ever being approached.I purchased my Stihl supplies elsewhere and will likely do the same for Deere accessories.

I had a great experience. Dave (GM), Joe from corporate and Jeff from service all took the time to answer every question I had. They gave me a good price on my trade and really listened to what I thought I needed and the guided me in the direction I ended up going.Highly recommend you give them a chance if you are in the market for a tractor. They say nothing runs like a Deere! Hope so.Just a follow up, exactly one week after my purchase I had an issue with my brushhog.Jeff and service came to my rescue. They squeezed me in and diagnosed the problem an hour after dropping my machine. Sale price is important but knowing service has your back is huge.Thank you Jeff and crew.

This place is awesome. We bought a tractor and a UTV and we could not be happier. The service is beyond excellent. We were in and out and had our new equipment within the hour. Dean is knowledgeable and super friendly, he took care of all the paperwork and made the process super convenient.Dave, who is the general manager was nice enough to stop what he was doing to deliver our UTV. Both Dean and Dave are professional and made this experience great! The whole process took less than hour. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for John Deere.Thanks so much for the 5 star service!!! We will be back.

I recently purchased a 3025e tractor from Dean and he went above and beyond for me. He was able to get me the bigger tractor in the price range I wanted and had it delved to my house the day after purchasing it. And he also made my daughters day with a small replica toy tractor if the one I purchased. I would definitely recommend buying from Dean at United Ag!

Bought a new lawn tractor and it was delivered the very next day. General Manager was very helpful and responsive. I had a warranty question and the Sales person called me right back. Delivery person was knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall positive experience

Salesman Dean Lajoie made the process of buying a new compact tractor smooth and uncomplicated. He took time to thoroughly explain the process. I didn t feel pressured or rushed. Would highly recommend.

Showed up to buy a mower, already knew what I wanted, and Dean made it quick and easy. No pressure to buy anything I didn't need, but made sure I was taken care of. 100% will send my friends and family his way, and will be a repeat customer.

Purchased our john deere riding lawn mower here nearly 2 years ago now. All my memories of the purchasing experience was pleasant. I did have to return soon after to have the lawn mower repaired from damage I caused. They were Jimmy on the spot and well knowledgeable on how to get it back up and running in such a short period of time. I wouldn't hesitate about going back there.

Great Customer service , I had a issue with my John Deere Mower I called the General Manager Dave and he actually came out to my house to check out the issues, I was having with the mower .Dave was in constant communication with me on the repairs and the warranty coverage . Great Place to Buy a mower and Great People !

I can t say enough good things about my experience at United Ag & Turf!! Showed up just to look at the 1 series tractors with my wife after looking we went inside to get some more info and we met Dean in charge of sales!! Dean did a over the top job with being relaxed not pushing us into a sale of feeding us a bunch of garbage.He went through and explained everything to a T and made it an enjoyable experience needless to say I took home a 2021 1025R and I couldn t be happier with it !! Just like to thank Dean and all the guys at United Ag &Turf for an enjoyable experience!!!

Buyer beware. New tractor got a flat tire they came, picked it up and fixed it under warranty. Second time this occurred they said $150 minimum for me to drop my tire off because there policy changed and times are tough good luck. Tractor is 3 months old still under warranty. Unacceptable.

Bought a JD Gator new back in 2012 when the place was known as Stanton Equipment. New name but same great service with United Ag. Dean Lajoie knocked it out of the park with the purchase of my new 2038R. If you re in the market for a John Deere product, he s the man to talk to. Courteous, professional and outstanding customer service. Every text and email were answered and done so in a timely manner. Couldn t be happier with the process and the tractor!!!

I just purchased a X354 lawn tractor with bagger and bumper. I was very please with Dean at United Ag & Turf. Dean knew the product line in depth and was able to address my questions. Dean quickly responded to phone calls and emails. He promised a delivery window and was spot on. Other dealers could not get the X354, but United Ag & Turf is large dealership which gives them both inventory and pull with the manufacturer.

Fantastic, the people there know exactly how to take care of a customer the right way. Chris who set up the appointment was amazing, Glen did all the paperwork on the repair was very quick, Matt who actually did the work on the tractor itself was very knowledgeable.
