Very helpful. Looking for something specific and the service personel were very helpful with finding it and always seem to have the product im looking for on hand. Also let me know how to install an item. I highly recommend NAPA auto parts store. Well stocked, personel helpful, and pleasant atmosphere. Thanks for all your help.

Everyone in there is knowledgeable or is willing to find out the right answer for you. Mark is by far the best guy there. He goes above and beyond. When u walk in he greets u by your name. If they don't have something they find it fast for you. If they don't have a fitting they work with u to make one or tell exactly where u can get one. I no longer live in Plainfeild but I travel there over my towns napa due to the respect and knowledge.

Very knowledgeable staff that are always willing to offer advise & help. I've never had to wait for parts to be ordered as they have quite an impressive stock. They now have an online reserve/in store pickup option that saves you 10% on your order! Highly recommend this store location!

I find the crew there in Moosup helpful, cheerful,and does the very best with what they have... and are willing to research and take the time to help you when you need something that they don't carry... every business should operate with those ethics.. kudos

The people that work there are wonderful!! They know what you are talking about, even when you are not sure sometimes what that thing is your husband sent you to get. Helpful, kind,smiling nice group they know thier stuff.

Mike Vandi and his crew are the best in the business. It s no wonder all the professional repair shops call them first and you see so many quality NAPA AutoCare centers around. The only one star review I see here comes from a self admitted employee of a direct competitor who shouldn t give derogatory opinions about something she clearly has conflict with. She definitely should back off the nasty rhetoric seeing as she very likely has never done business as a customer there and is therefore unqualified or capable of giving an unbiased opinion.

I've been dealing with Napa most of my life I'm 65 years old I've never had a complaint the service I got at the Plainfield store was excellent they had everything I needed

Extremely ignorant. They only help the people they know. As an employee for Advance Auto Parts, I know how you re supposed to treat people... and this is NOT HOW. Every single employee gave us attitude and didn t help us AT ALL. If they didn t mix paint, we wouldn t have came.
