Bought a used 2022 KTM 250 XC-F from these guys. I was super skeptical because of all of the other dealers that I ve dealt with in the past. These guys were amazing! Cy in sales was awesome and genuinely cared. Super honest guys. The price we discussed was exactly what I paid, to the penny. No hidden fees. 100% buying my next bike from these guys!

Great to do business with. Honest and helpful people in sales, service and parts. Huge inventory. Justin and Logan in sales are excellent to work with. Knowledgeable and low pressure sales people. I have had a few questions well after I made my purchase and they were just as willing to help after the sale as they were before I purchased. I highly recommend Motorsports Nation in Plainfield.

Went there this weekend and I met with a young gentlemen Logan he was very patient and polite. He got me approved for a 2024 yfz450r SE with no money down knocked some money off the price than he gave me two free helmets one for me and one for my girlfriend. Also decided to get a pw50 for my girlfriends son paid cash for that Logan also saved us some money on that. Got discounted on all the gear I bought that day as well. And the cherry on top was Logan helped me get delivery on both machines all the way to Massachusetts and they were ready to go before we were done with the paper work. Overall great experience.

Highly recommend Paul & service team did a great job servicing my jet ski (as always). I bought the Jet Ski from them and the service has been great ever since. Affordable, timely and customer friendly!

I just picked up my brand new Honda XR650l from MSN!! My first time doing business and fist time buying a brand new bike!! I just want to say how awesome this place is! I dealt with Bandon, Justin( who I dealt mostly with) Tyler, and Cory in sales, they were very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn t be happier with the way they took care of business!! They gave me a great deal and got through all of the paperwork in under 30 minutes!!! I also took the time to meet the staff in the service department and parts department!! They were all very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions I had. Shane in parts was very helpful and knowledgeable about XRs!! I will be totally using them to maintain and to get parts for my new XR! If you need anything related to Motorsports you definitely have to check out MOTORSPORTS Nation in Plainfield!!!!

Talked to Jack on the phone about a bike I was looking for, he was awesome and had exactly what I was looking for and had it ready to go when I got there. If your looking for a simple car or SUV & don't want to spend every penny in your pocket, this is the place to go to get a decent car. Jay(Service Rep/Manager), will work with/help you to get you financed. Even if it takes him all day. This is the 3rd car we bought from him. So see Jay, it's worth it.

I sent two tires down, that held air, to have them mounted on brand new rims. Rims that had chrome stems in them. One came back with a regular rubber stem. My gf picked them up and said that they "gave you a deal". A deal? The never give me a deal. I go to mount the tires on my quad and they are both flat! . So i pump them up to figure out wth is going on. One tire has gashes in it that werent there before. . And the other tire is pissing out everywhere around the bead. With all the bead sealer that they put on it, it should never leak!

I had a very pleasant experience from my first call into MSN. I called 4 places before choosing MSN to shop for my new quad. 1 place did not answer, two were less than friendly and despite this location not stocking the brand that I wanted, I remeberd Cy and how friendly and helpful he was. I stopped in and he immediately helped me find the perfect quad. The service was top notch and I felt like I was treated very fairly. The entire staff was happy, friendly and helpful. This is a solid operation and I have already referred my good friend and will continue to do so.Thank you MSN!!

Sent my talon 1000x4 in for a full service new technician hooks his cell phone to audio system blowing 2 of 6 speakers. My wife sees him doing it he's bragging to her that this isn't even as loud as it Goes. He's then dumb founded when she says I know it's mine. Call the store they tell me I don't know what you are talking about. Once informed that I have video of them doing it they wanna apologize. Now 6hrs on a 100 hr service and low side of gear box is blown from the technician being evidently unable to properly adjust trans shifter so yay for me so after this I would highly recommend any other shop as there performance has fallen off a cliff

Original inquiry had a very quick response, and months later called me when the product I wanted came in stock. Buying the bike, was simple, quick, and easy. Treated well all around by staff as well.

Fantastic experience with these guys. Pre approved and negotiated over the phone picked up a few days later. No issues no hassle. But what is good without the bad? Make sure you stay on top of obtaining registration if your bike requires. took a few days to send plates.

This is where I buy ALL of my races bikes and ATV's. I also buy all my fuel, parts, chemicals, and gear here as well. Love this dealership. I have been exclusively using them for about 15 years. Great people to work with for sales, parts, and service.

Bought my 2nd bike in a year from these guys. Brandon made it a no hassle, no BS event. Rode out same day! Service is huge with me and these guys are at the top of their game! But the best part of this purchase this year is that they hooked me up with an insurance guy who literally saved me thousands, I was dazed because Geico made me believe I was getting the best deal. Nothing negative I can say, they are the real deal!!!! SFW

Twice I ve dealt with these people, on the 1st visit, I was looking for a used jet ski, and they made it clear that they are only looking for high price sales! So I found a nice ski elsey, 8 yrs old, I asked them if they provide service, guy asked me the year of it, I told him, and he laughed at me, told me that it s time is done and it s pretty much junk, and they only service brand-new machines, unprofessional! Lost all my future business, my friends too! Learn how to act professionally!
