I went to Jps to find a new and reliable car, I found one almost right away with the help from Paul! Everything was quick and easy, He registered my car and put the plates on for me too! Would 10/10 recommend coming here if you need a good priced reliable vehicle!

So far, so great. We visited JP Automotive today and put a deposit down for a car for our daughter. Paul has been prompt and courteous with all communications. We test drove the vehicle and everything was as was described on line. Paul has answered all our questions. So far it s been great for our daughter to see and have a nice experience buying her first car.

Recently purchased a used car from JP's Auto. I am very pleased with the service that Paul and Lara provided. No need to haggle over prices here, the prices are excellent and the cars are well equipped. Great communication throughout the deal. Paul addressed any concerns I had and got me into a great ride, also handled the vehicle registration which was a huge convenience. And they offer automotive services for any future preventative maintenance my car may need. Nice experience from start to finish. Check them out if you need a car, you won't be disappointed.

This past summer my husband and I spent endless hours searching for a used first car for my daughter that was in good condition and reasonably priced. We even drove to out of state dealerships and wasted countless hours, when all we needed to do was visit Paul over at JP s automotive in Plainfield. Our experience with Paul was amazing. He went out of his way to inform us of a car that he had coming in knowing that it fit our criteria. He did not pressure us in any way. There were a few things that needed some attention and he took care of it without question. I would certainly recommend JP s Automotive and will be back when it s time to purchase a car for our son!

JPs Automotive Whokesale & Repair on Rt 12, Plainfield is totally worth the look when searching for an affordable vehicle.Buying a car can be a daunting task & also a learning experience. Thinking about which vehicle is best suited for your needs, taste, and affordability all play key roles in deciding. After that, having a patient and knowledgeable person to guide you through the process can and will make the experience much easier and less stressful.Paul, out at JPs, showed us he knew what and which cars we should be looking at, and after much consideration, we found ourselves test driving the car we felt fit our wants and needs and an A+ vehicle.We thoroughly appreciate the way Paul worked out the details and communicated with us throughout the purchase. Excellent service from the minute I stepped foot on lot Paul stayed after time of closing to answer questions & let me test drive my New to me Honda Pilot stayed in contact with me for days after till I decided I wanted to go with this vehicle brought him deposit & started process very quick, everything went very smooth which was great I thank u for your time & working with me as well as my family that came as back up lol.

Paul was very helpful, honest and courteous. He was not pushy and he was very patient. I stopped in a couple of times and took a few test drives until I found one that I liked for a good price. Would highly recommend JP s automotive if you re in the market for a used vehicle.

Went to JP automotive. My BMW had a leak. No one in the surrounding area wanted to check it for me but JP automotive the owner itself took his time help me. Found the problem for me and recommend what I should do. He s awesome guy, but I always bring my cars there. Good person to do business with.

I recently purchased a 06 Jeep liberty at JP s automotive,I ve had it for a few weeks now and can t complain about anything as it runs perfect and priced very reasonable and he answered every question I had and can bring it there for oil changes etc..Very Nice experience buying the vehicle! I recommend going to this place if looking for great used cars, you will be glad you did!

Was told to come down and test drive wasn t planning on purchasing that day, sales rep there proceeded to ask me my credit score and how much down do I have before I even got a chance to see if I was fully interested

Called the dealer to ask about payment and other details about the car and rather than answering me; decided to secure my phone number and name and completely ignore my questions. I said, Well this isn t off to a good start if you won t answer questions about this car not sure I am interested enough to give you my details and said no longer interested. He proceeded to call me immediately after from a new phone number and I answered as I am car hunting. Once I recognized his voice I told him I don t recall giving you permission to call me, he said I don t need permission and I don t want to sell you the car and hung up on me. Why did he call then? To harass a woman?

We stopped here during our used car search recently. Paul was very helpful, courteous and professional. Although he did not have what we were looking for at the time, we would definitely stop back in if we were ever in the market for another vehicle

Best car dealership place I ve been to. The owners and staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. They were extremely truthful and I found no faults in the car that I bought from them. They also have a variety of vehicles for people with different tastes. Highly recommended!
