Awesome tire shop! Great friendly service and was really quick in and out service. The crew was really efficient and they really look out for the customers best interest. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs tire repair, or new or lightly used tires. We were traveling from out of state and had a flat tire they helped get us back on the road within 30 minutes.

The crew at Empire are great, have been going there for well over 20yrs even though the name has changed a couple times. New or used tires along with quick and honest service. So much better then Town Fair Tire. I've sent so many people to Empire and have never heard of any of them being unsatisfied

I have bought new and used tires here for the last 12 years and the prices were reasonable. This is the first time I brought my own new tires and just wanted them mounted and balance and it was outrageous. $170 this is easily the most expensive place in a 20 mi radius to have your own tires mounted and balanced.

Absolutely love this place, the guys are always friendly and helpful. I never feel ripped off, and usually get great deals. Highly recommend coming here for your tire needs!!

Called yesterday looking for two used tires they said yeah no problem 50 bucks each $10 each to balance or 65 each for used never driven on went up there pulled the classic bait and switch trying to sell me new ones. I used to get my tires from these guys every year when they were Oxford tread don't recommend this place

They were able to get my four new tires on in twenty minutes. I had ordered them ahead of time. Reasonable price. The waiting area is cold and drab but who cares? You're not there very long. You also have the option of dropping the vehicle off and coming back when they're finished.

Fabulous karma. Thank you Empire tire. My mom just lost her husband who always took care of the car things. She had a leaky tire and was having issues getting someone to fix it for her. I suggested Empire Tire based on their reviews. She went today and had a nail in her tire and a rusty something. They fixed both issues for her without a charge. She was trying to pay and they wouldn t let her. The kindness they showed her today made a HUGE difference. I hope everyone reads this review and supports this business. Kindness matters. I know where my entire family will be getting their tires. Thank you for making a wonderful difference in the world.

Called yesterday afternoon to see about two used tires. Was told they had older new for 65 and used for 50. Several of both types and would hold two for us. Drove 40 minutes up just to be told they "only have new and its $238 for two". Just 100 more... when rent and food are super high? Classic bait and switch. Either they lied when we called or lied just now but I do not recommend this place.

They were great! I ordered two brand new tires that can only be ready Monday but they let me use a used tire of theirs so I didn't have to drive around with my donut tire all weekend. I think that says great things about their compassion for their customers. Thank you so much! It meant a lot to me!

Excellent service! Called to see if they had my tire in stock because I was riding on a donut. The had my tire in stock and took me in right away! Very professional and great customer service! Would recommend to anyone!

Not a bad place to go if you need a tire in a jam. Guys behind counter is cool, mechanic with bald head not so much. He likes to tell people things that he shouldn't.

These guys are great. Good guys. Know what they're doing and will give you the best price you'll find. As someone who's worked with cars all my life I highly recommend Empire.

good people that actually get to take care of you and give you a good deal. I went to Firestone since it was in the area when I had a flat tire. They wanted $100 for a cheap end replacement. I held out and was glad I did when I stopped in. They tried their best to repair the tire but couldn't. A comparable replacement was had for a great price.

I walked in and told the gentleman behind the counter I needed 2 rear 225/50r17 tires. He walked in the back and came out with some decent Goodyear used tires a minute later. I said I'll take them, he then stopped and asked if I cared if they matched because he might have mismatches with more tread. He came back with two totally different brand mismatches with more tread. About that time they turned the shop radio on and Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd was playing, I kid you not after I paid and was backing my car out that song was still playing. 2 guys jacked my car up and took off the tires and went to lunch and 2 other guys fit, balance and installed them in 5 mins. I got two good used tires installed for $130 out the door. This is the best tire shop in the area.

Great staff. Great prices. Extremely friendly and explained things to me as they did them. Went out of their way to do extra work for me free of charge just because they noticed it needed to be done. Highly recommend!

Quick, concise, and professional. I don't go anywhere else for my tires even though they are far from where I live. The prices are more then reasonable, and the service I receive is fantastic. Spent a little over $200 for a full tire set and rotation, and having to switch one out only cost a little under $60.

Excellent service, prices and options on tires are excellent as well. Employees are knowledgeable and honest about what you are getting. They don't pressure sales and just want to provide you with what you are looking for. I drive from Marlborough, Ct to get my tires here.

These guys know what they're doing and have great prices on used tires. Was a 40 minute drive from New London but it's worth it. They even hammered out the bend in my steelies for free. I even think they didn't charge me to balance the tires either. Was only there for 15 minutes. Anyway jolly good service. Praise the sun. These guys rule. 11/10

Ordered a set of new tires, called the day before I was coming to ensure they arrived. They were unable to locate after vendor stated tires were delivered at shop. Reorder my tires and pretty much lost my day off waiting for tires to come in and I could get put on. Inconvenience but they removed the cost to balance tires, did it on the house. Didn't matter though, bad vibration on highway. Had a tech check it out, ALL 4 new tires were out of balance, threw on new weights, but didn't take any old ones off. Also scrapes on brand new rims. Just go to a dealership and get it done right.

This is my 2nd time at Empire tire, and I honestly have to say they are honest and the prices for 2 used tires ($112) out the door for my Mazda helped my budget. Really good tread and customer service. A pleasure to be around..

They charged me $70 for a used tire what a rip off. Balance and mounting was fair but 70 for a used tire that's almost a brand new tire. Will take advantage of you if you look like you dont know anything not impressed

Walked in without a call or appointment, the staff was cool and they had me out the door with a tire on my rim in 20 minutes, start to finish.I got a used tire, a big one for a full sized truck. Total cost? $10.64Yeah.DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Had a tire that was flat from sitting needed to assess if just needed air or if there was a leak. Had a leaky air valve, it was replaced and we were out the door in no time cheaper than any tire place I've been. Thank you! We will use for future tire needs.
