The lids don t fit right on the hot cups. It s been a problem on and off at this location for years. I m sick of spilling hot coffee on myself so I m not coming back. The staff is always very friendly.

An employee named Kathy was extremely rude and unprofessional! Firstly, she scanned my points, and if you re one to be on top of your points, it matters, she then told me after scanning my points that they never scanned, I lost almost 900 points. She stated I mean it s only 20 dollars anyway . Okay, well to me 20 dollars is 20 dollars and I was looking to save with my points. Mind you, BEFORE she scanned my points she made the remark of wow she s killing my drive through time . Which naturally made me start to rush with my points/scanning. Unbelievable. The person with me and I had to ask for the manager, the Manager had more class than that specific employee and tried to find the solution. To add, I ve been at this Dunkin an endless amount of times and hadn t run into this problem. I ll never return and keep your eyes peeled for that disrespectful employee.

Our family stopped at this D&D specifically because it is an easy on easy off to highway on our trip. This sign greeted us walking in - clearly old, worn and not true given there are employees working on the premises. At this point in the pandemic, the bathrooms should be open to patrons. I am posting the owners see and consider changing their policy. I asked the employees if the sign was still in effect as my son needed a bathroom and they appeared to hedge answering and finally agreed that no my son could not use the restroom. Will not put stop here again.

I don t understand why my Favorites refreshers are ALL coconut milk & a Few drops of the flavors so disgusted. These are $4 drinks for Crying out loud !

Friday February 24th I went to this dunkin at 1:20pm and received a room temperature coffee after asking for a small hot coffee. This place is a disappointment and needs better service. Happens way too often

Consistently bad service. Slow on getting orders out, often waiting 10+ minutes for individual drinks. Lack of communication between customers and staff, with customers often waiting close to five minutes just for someone behind the counter to acknowledge them in any way. Frequent mistakes, putting cream cheese on the side instead of on the bagels to "expedite" service. If people wanted to put cream cheese on their own bagels they would get them at the store not on their way to work from Dunkin. Go to Baker's Dozen around the corner instead.

Good ol' Dunkin. What else can you say? Donuts were better back when Fred made them but that was some 30 years ago or so. Still a coffee shop I prefer over Starbucks!

Honestly, completely disappointed that I have to write a review like this. This is my regular stop most days of the week for the last 2.5 years! Everywhere I have ever lived, I have always become friendly with the workers at my local DD. Not this location. I said good morning, thank (several times), I tip well, and always say have a great day. Responses are literally non existent. I should have chosen a different location a year and a half ago because on top of unfriendliness, they are consistently getting my order incorrect or giving me burnt coffee. This location also runs out of coffee flavors and foods more than any I have been to around the U.S. why? I've spoken to many neighbors and they said they stopped going and now go to Bakers Dozen because of this. PLEASE fix your store and help your employees smile or at least say "you're welcome".

Very slow, then didn't get order right and had to sit in slow line behind 5 cars to get it fixed. Hate the new lids on hot coffee, they leak and the stick that plugs up the drink hole is just asking for littering since people are going to throw them right out the window.

worst location i have been too. lobby closed so i walked to the drive through. made VISUAL CONTACT with the workers as i wanted to order. they motion me around to the window to order instead of using their headset. fine whatever. so i wait like 15 minutes to order. have my order taken only to move me back in line behind other people who they had taken their order at the drive through! Fine whatever. wait another 7-8 minutes. get back to the window only to fine out they were out of my drink. Their kitchen was a deshevaled mess and they werent that busy. the eployees i interacted with were beyond UNHELPFUL TO A PAYING CUSTOMER. Don't go here unless management steps up keeping their workers in line and improving customer expereinces.

Stop here every morning and they are great. Doesn't matter how many people are in line, they are always quick. I've never had an order messed up like at many other locations. I'll go out of my way to get to this location over others.

I feel like the employees always have attitudes and they don't listen when you place orders because they ALWAYS make coffees wrong. For getting paid to make coffee and sandwich's isnt a hard concept to follow unless they just don't care enough about customers spending there hard earned money there. Worst dunkin donuts I've ever been too

Absolutely the worst dunkin store I have ever been to. It was a 15 min wait for 3 cars at the drive thru for the girl taking my order to not get a single thing right. After repeating my 1st drink back for the 3rs time wrong she started laughing like it was all a prank. Absolutely disappointing at the ethic at that store. Do yourself the favor of going ANYWHERE else

Had a sausage cheese and egg croissant this morning. It was the best, we have been house bound the last couple of months because of the Corona virus and this was the first time out we enjoyed it terribly nice and hot think I could have had a second one the best.

They scooped the cup into the ice, never once used the ice scoop. Seemed very unhappy with their job. Didn't have what we paid for but I did appreciate them offering anything else we wanted with no upcharge..

Absolute worse DD I've ever been to! I unfortunately have to go there regularly because they're the only one near me but they can't get an order correct if their life depended on it!! For months they've been messing up orders!! Where the heck is the management? Then they give you attitude when they screw up and are asked to fix it! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a joke of a dunkin donuts! Waited in line for almost 20 mins at the drive through just to order. Get to the window to get my food and they don't have the type of bread for my sandwich.. okay fine use an English muffin. 5 mins later... they don't veggie egg whites either... okay use regular eggs.. get the order and we are asked to pay even though we already did. Check the bag and they DIDNT EVEN INCLUDE MY SANDWICH. Almost late to work and still didn't even get to eat, oh and I paid for it..

My HOT coffee was ICE cold as soon as I got it. Expresso should be fresh and piping hit. I asked for a splash of milk, not 3/4 of milk in my cup. Hands down the nastiest coffee I've ever had. It takes like turbine with old milk. Highly unsatisfied.

I had a great experience at Central Auto in Plainfield. I bought a Certified VW from the dealership. Dustin Brown, the Product Specialist, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked my wife and I through the process.
