Just purchased a 2012 Scion XB from David Demers and couldn't be happier with the car or the car buying experience. I probably purchased twenty or more cars in my lifetime and I would have to say this was the best experience ever. David was extremely friendly, knowledgable, very patient and no pressure whatsoever. And everyone from David, Anthony, the service dept. and the office staff are all top notch. This is a first class dealership. I had to drive almost an hour to get there but it was well worth it, they gave me a super deal and went above and beyond. If your in the market for a used car give them a try. They have a great selection and will make it worth the trip.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport as is due to the mileage on it. Initially, the radio didn t work and the seatbelt dinger would ding nonstop. I brought it in and they fixed it at no charge. Then I found that the heat wasn t working properly, so I brought it back. They worked on it and gave it back and it still wasn t working properly. I brought it back again, they gave me a loaner and worked on it for four days. It needed a new heater core, which they replaced at no charge, no charge for the loaner, and now things are great. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a fair price go and see Josh and / or Dave . They take care of their customers and them some! I couldn t be happier with my experience with them. Thank you guys!!!

Worst experience ever bought 2015 ford sho for 15000 put 2000 down on December 19 next day the car over heated took 2 weeks to fix that s fine after receiving the car back it breaks down again the next day I now want a new car they refuse to give me a new car now I ve been waiting 3 weeks for the car they refuse to help with the car note being that haven t had the car for more then 3 days since I ve purchased be careful buying car from these guys

I dealt with David at Stateline, and to say this guy made me happy is an understatement. This man was so patient with me and so attentive, that he made me feel safe purchasing from him. This guy is the real deal. Honest, and efficient. The other staff there are all great as well. I never felt so confident buying ANYTHING in my life. I LOVE THE CAR and it has had zero issues since I purchased it. Thank you David.Edit- 7 months later and still not a single issue with the car. Still very pleased and highly recommend Valenti Stateline. Do not hesitate. They are the real deal.

I recently visited in hopes of getting a good used minivan. Not only did David quickly find us exactly what we were looking for but he also walked us through the finance process with great knowledge. we couldn't be happier with our decision to come here and we love the quality of the van. Great experience at McGill Chevrolet, we just purchased a new truck through them. The owner and salesman are very friendly and accommodating without being pushy. We enjoyed our experience and received a great price on our new purchase.Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a chevy vehicle.

Well, I inquired about a truck online. Missed there call and when I called back the lady who answered was extremely rude. I called back and asked who it was because I didn't realize who called. She had a rude attitude then hung up on me mid sentence, you definitely lost a potential customer.

One star review, because I can t put zero stars.I stopped in on a Saturday morning to see about having some service done on my truck. As I pulled into the parking lot, three men were standing in the parking lot. They chose to continue talking to each other instead of greeting a potential customer. They continued to talk amongst themselves as I tried to enter the service department door but found it was locked, I continued to walk in the main entrance (past the three men again) and into service. Nobody was in the building so I walked out and got back into my truck, walking past these three men for a third time in less than five minutes. Not once did they acknowledge that I was there, even as I drove past them and out of their parking lot.Congratulations all Valentini properties, I will never do business with you nor will I recommend you to anyone that I know.

Needed emergency service on 2010 Impala after traveling from Mich to Conn. Replacement of both front-end wheel hubs and surprise broken trackbar at cost of $1100. While driving home warning notices reappeared and I observed broken wires dangling. The wiring harness hadn't been attached properly and I needed another wheel hub replaced at an additional cost of $770, which I doubt Valenti will reimburse me for.

Bought my car here a couple weeks ago. Shortly after the purchase the ac failed. I called and they were quick to fit it. Shaun said on the phone that "we stand by out purchase." He wasn't lying.

Went there for inspection and service when the older gentlemen does it he very fair and does a good job. The young big mouth guy. Before he even he put truck on lift he yells across garage it wouldn't pass it probably has oil leak took truck and left took it to the big dealer in mystic. Got inspection next day. Never go to McGill again......

Very bad service. When I went to leave my car was double parked by a car that they were fixing. Then when I asked them to move it they dragged their feet and it took over 30 mins to get them to move the car and I was late to work. Never coming back.

I guess they sell cars, but every time I call, no one picks up. Made the 40 minute drive there, no one was there... sucks because I was looking online at three cars I am interested in but not anymore I guess!
