Sleazy Business: We were there last Thursday with a pinhole leak in the rubber hose between the fuel delivery pump and the diesel filter that had suddenly developed on the road. The mechanic had the hose out in less than five minutes. Then he suddenly left the shop, assuming to get a replacement. So far, so good, we thought... But upon his return he told me that the hose was still on special order and would be arriving soon. The only problem was that I had already seen the new hose on his work bench, fully assembled and ready for reinstallation. Shortly after, the owner appeared and told me to stay out of his shop in a rude fashion. He tried his best to prevent me from understanding the true work progress. Apparently, they milk you on billable hours, especially when you need their help because you got stranded. Sure enough, reinstallation only took another five minutes, but we were billed $140 for a simple hose replacement. Overall, our worst repair shop experience all over the US. If you have the choice, better go elsewhere, where you are being treated honestly and with respect by the owner.

We called these guys to see if they could fix our sleeper truck, they told us it was fine and to head to their shop that they could take care of it. after waiting for an hour they told us that it would be another 2 to 3 hours before they get to the truck. They made us loose time and money.

After three different places, including 2 freightliner dealers, either failed to diagnose and correctly repair, or failed to diagnose altogether, a fuel system problem; these guys not only succeeded, but since I was going to need to stay overnight, they went above and beyond in not only recommending local lodging and food, they took me there and picked me up when the work was complete. As someone who has built customer service teams in the past, I can recognize and appreciate when someone actually knows more about the art of customer service than I have forgotten and these days, it is rare when that happens.

RJ Deisel . Did a fantastic job on my duromax.injectors lb7 pain in the donkey. Change outbut what really matters is they looked at other issues and call with information and some pricing information? on what else needs attention.that is service above and beyond.great place drop it off and when it's done!! they took the time and consideration to fix it right .Thank you . Second to nonePS did a thousand mile turn checked to mileagerunning about 17 mpg huge improvement

Awesome service. Very thorough. My truck suffered a catastrophic failure that required a great deal of time and attention to fix. They took the time to go through the systems and make sure that everything was up to par before I got it back. Couldn t be happier with my service and my truck. These guys know their stuff!

RIP off people.they. messed one. Motor by not knowing what the hell they were doing. Changed out the motor with a remanufactured motor. But never reprogrammed the computer so they messed up another motor. And they aren't gonna stand behind. The mistakes they make. Really. Bad. Business practice. Take. Peoples money then dont stand behind there work. One. Word. CROOKS

Accidentally put DEF in fuel tank on f250. Didnt run the truck at all. RJ and his sons dropped the tank and flushed it. Disposed of the old fuel. There price was very fair, they were honest, and turn around time was great. Thanks R.J !!

Always had good luck with them at my business. Have several vehicles- fair, quick response, deal with our annoyingly persistent phone calls patiently.

Horrible service, owner very rude person yelled on me because I'm ask him for discount.I called them when I was 20 miles from them and they gave me the price when I arrived at them the price doubled. Really don't recomend have busines with this location.

Terrible place that takes advantage of people in need to fill up their pockets. Would definitely not recommend this at all and please avoid them at all costs. Terrible people!!

Not a trust worthy shop replaced 1 injector charged me for three also continue to say they fixed wire harness to injectors which they did not had to bring it to another shop truck still blows black smoke ..Mechanic hung up phone on me when I told him this no good work ethic there
