They took my car right in after my adjuster helped me with my claim and knew exactly what to do! They are super friendly and knowledgeable and did an amazing job and were pretty fast with repairs even though they were quite busy! Very great service and amazing people. I hope to not ever need repairs but if I do this is the best place to come around the mystic/westerly area!

Had a great experience using this auto body shop! Owner is so kind and friendly and made my experience so much easier! My car got hit while it was parked which is such a drag but I was able to come here and easily get a quote made up and then get the work done so quickly. It was hassle-free and a great job was done. I definitely recommend using this place!!

The staff seem very nice and pleasant. I'm disappointed that they can't get my headlight from Ford. Ford only has a left headlight available, I need the right one.I wish that they had other options. Have Brown's garage checked out other suppliers??? It's going on 3 weeks since I took my car there.

After going for a quote to a "preferred" shop our insurance sent us and having it go all sorts of wrong and shady, we decided to give the most local to us shop a try and it was totally worth it. They were professional and friendly and had our car in and out with damage from a minor accident erased perfectly in 4 days, at the holiday no less. They will be our go-to body shop from here on!

The process and team were great. Communication throughout was efficient and helpful. The online platform was really helpful, it made the process a lot easier, and the facility was clean. The team I interacted with were friendly throughout and helpful when ever I needed it. Excellent quality of work and returned my car to me on time. Cost of repairs was very close to the initial quote I was given so it made paying for the repairs much easier to plan for, highly recommend!

Brown s has passionate employees that are real motor vehicle enthusiasts. They explain the process and make it clear they care about your car as much as you do. Excellent craftsman bring your vehicle back to perfection. I felt educated, comfortable and beyond satisfied with my repair.

Our insurance wanted to total my car and Carol was able to increase the value of it through the insurance adjuster. Brown's Auto Repair is highly knowledgeable and professional. I recommend them highly.

Walked in a while ago with a messed up fender and bumper, they took, two days during Christmas break to fix it, and I was back on the road.All around very professional and very good body work from them.

These people are awesome, the workmanship is impeccable as is the fairness and honesty. They even fixed a small parking lot ding that was not part of the original estimate. I would not have auto bodywork done anyplace else!
