A couple a weeks ago my truck was hit by a deer. My truck was a mess. I have had this truck for 12 years and has never been damaged. I never thought it would look good again. Quality Auto was amazing from the first phone call. They worked great with insurance company to come to quick agreement. My truck was restored to better than before. The work was perfect. This is a 12 year old truck and you cannot tell where the work has been done. To top things off my truck was returned detailed. I cannot recommend Quality Auto & Restoration enough.

Great service and awesome work. Everyone who works there is so nice + made my experience easy and enjoyable. I had the front bumper on my car replaced after someone hit me and my car looks brand new. They even cleaned the interior! I was so happy :)

Gary gave me a cheap estimate to lure me in knowing he was selling the business to RC. Waited a month for our appointment. Got there and one of the guys who took ownership of quality said they just bought them out and couldn t do it for the price that Gary gave me. He also said he didn t understand why or how he could give me that cheap price knowing that they were selling the business. My wife and I are very unsatisfied with how everything was handled and will never give the new business a chance and definitely won t recommend anyone to go there.

They took care of my vehicle and made it look like-new. Very happy with the outcome. However their insurance options are pretty lackluster

If you ever need an auto body shop, I HIGHLY recommend Quality Auto Body & Restoration in Oxford, CT. Absolutely professional, kind, great workmanship. My mother's car was done before the projected date, all shiny and clean. It was one stop shopping as they were recommended by her insurance company. Once we made the claim, Gary handled everything. Great job!

Gary is the best. The quality of of work great. The job was done fast once the part came in from GM. They handle dealing with insurance and keeping me in the rental car with no issues.

strongly recommend Quality Auto body. They did a fantastic job on my equinox after an animal strike took out the front end (grill, under-body , radiator, fan, etc.). when summer came and I had issues with the AC, they traced it back to a faulty connection on the new fan. They fixed it temporarily until the replacement fan came in and replaced it with no questions asked.Service: Body & Trim

"Quality" auto body... the name of this business could not be more untrue. Their work is HACK, they are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Surprisingly still in business. I would rate 0 stars if possible. PLEASE take your vehicle literally ANYWHERE else id you want the job done correctly and professionally. Not to mention they lie about the work performed and try and over charge.Services: Body & Trim, Brakes

Gary was great in providing me all the information I needed to get my truck repaired and I was very impressed with how quickly they repaired the front bumper, grill, hood and headlight after I stuck a deer by accident. My tuck looks like new again. Thanks to Gary and his team.
