Great experience buying new tires. I was able to easily schedule appt and my car was assessed before tire recommendations were made. It took the stress out of buying new tires and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Town Fair Tire.

Best Town Fair Tire experience so far! I came from a body garage knowing that the driver rear tire needed to be patched up. In the past employees at other locations have tried to persuade me to by a full set when it wasn t necessary and I was afraid that was going to happen today but that s not what happened at all. I had a great experience and received honest/professional service from Fisher as well as Tim. They were transparent, understanding and gave me options to address my tire needs. I had my tire patched as well as all of them rotated and balanced. Thanks again!

Awesome job. The pricing that I received was excellent and below all competitors and even other locations I had recently gotten quotes from. I was super impressed with the level of professionalism and the speed of service. Tim was great and the team here is number one.

I had an amazing experience. As someone who is from out of state and doesn t know much about cars, they took really good care of me here. Hardy, the front desk attendant explained everything to me, checked out my tires and really made sure my experience here was amazing. Five star service!

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Town Fair Tire, my salesman Tim was great, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped me understand what type of tires my SUV needed and what would be best. I purchased all 4 tires and and am greatly satisfied with them. I even told family members and friends to go see Tim in Orange!

All of the service workers and technicians at Town fair tire were incredible. They helped so much with figuring out what I needed to get done and what would be the best option for my vehicle. Overall service was amazing quality of what I bought great well worth every penny. Shout out to Nik, Chewey, Dre & the whole team see you again in a few months.

I recently went to your Orange store needing tires for my Mazda, I was greeted my a friendly salesman Tim, who was very helpful and got me into new tires which I love and I have to say he made my overall experience a great one. I had been shopping around and met some rude and pushy salesman and so I walked but Tim waent above and beyond explaining the difference between certain tires for my needs for my car. I'm going to recommend your store and Timm to my friends and family. Thanks for the great experience

I went to Town Fair Tire and was seen by Hardy. My car was taken in early and they even gave me a complementary brake inspection. Everything was done efficiently and the staff was all very kind. I highly recommend seeing Hardy!

I came into town fair tire orange due to a flat tire and Hardy immediately jumped into action and helped me resolve the issue! I was in and out within 40 minutes and the team was super kind! If you need a place that will help you in times of trouble, or even for a tire change or rotation, TFT of Orange is the place to go! Very thankful for the kindness and generosity I received! I will be back!

Fischer helped me at this location. He was courteous,professional, and very knowledgeable. I normally make an appointment but I had a nail I. My tire and needed to come in . I knew I needed tires but was trying to hold off . Fischer helpedMe tremdously! I definitely would recommend TFT in Orange!

I had a flat tire and Town Fair Tire Fixed it immediately. When I needed all four tires replaced Town Fair Tire did it with quality in mind. Excellent customer service!!!

I'm a professional Santa Claus and I knew I'd be putting in a lot of miles this holiday season so I took my car to my mechanic for general service. Alignment, tire balance, oil change etc. I got the car back and proceeded to do my visits. I noticed that if I brake hard it kind of pulled to the left but I had no time to get the brakes checked. After a visit in Long Island during the torrential downpours I was coming back and I almost drove off the road it pulled so hard.On my car the back tires are slightly bigger and with a different tire pressure than the front tires. Upon inspection I realize whomever did the balancing put the large left rear tire on the front and the smaller front tire on the back. My mechanic suggested I bring it back to to TFT to have them fix it. I was told to drive around back. I waited 10 minutes at the bay only to get lip that they didn't do it. After my mechanic talked to them again they agreed to fix it. I've driven over a thousand miles like this. I'm very glad I haven't had anyone else in the car. No apology at all.

My experience here was amazing. I had all 4 tires replaced and got all new wheels. Tim was the person taking care of me. He was super helpful. Got everything I needed at the price I needed to be at. Everything was done in a timely manner as well. Couldn't ask for more!!

When I went to price check 2 new tires I was asked about my financial situation. I was not financing them. It was basically a sarcastic way to pressure me to buy right then and there. I did go back. But the same person was at the counter and actually apologized for approaching being that kind of way. They did a wonderful job. The only thing I have to say is watch out backing out because the cars come around the building and don't pay attention to the vehicles backing away from store front.

I retuned from a trip to discover my car had a flat tire in the airport parking lot. I was able to fill it and drive home, and made an appointment to have the tire repaired. I assumed it just picked up a nail and needed a plug. When I arrived, Nick looked at the tire and explained that it was not repairable due to the extent of dry rot. He looked over the other tires and said that they all really needed to be replaced. I knew this to be true, but had hoped that I could repair the flat today to buy a little time to determine what tires to get. Since that was no longer an option and I rely entirely on my car for my work, Nick and Tim recommended the best options for my needs (high mileage, all weather/snow), and assisted me in getting the best price. They took my car without much of a wait (they inform you that you could wait up to 45 min for your car to enter a bay) and I was out the door in about 1/2 the time estimated. This is my second set of tires purchased from TFT Orange and I have been pleased with each experience at the time of sale as well as follow up visits.

Was told I need an appointment to have a tire replaced after a blowout from one of their tires. I was told I could either leave my car there all day for just one tire to get replaced mind you that takes them only about 15 to 20 minutes to do at most. I ended up leaving and watch the same associate who declined my business help an older gentleman who did not have an appointment only because of the fact he was buying four brand new tires. This just shows that they don t care about individual customers needs. They only care about making sales. I will never come back here again go elsewhere!

I scheduled an appointment for a slow leak tire repair. And not only did the guys of TFT in orange patch my tire up but they also alerted me to a missing bolt that could have potentially caused an accident if I had continued to drive without it. All of the guys in the service department were so helpful, explaining the issue & even searching the shop for a replacement bolt. When they couldn t find any on hand, one guy in particular was awesome enough to go find me one from home. Thanks so much for going above and beyond!!! You guys were great

I dropped a tire off that had a slow leak. I think from a banana peel or red shell, but the guys at the shop fixed me up faster than Lakitu in the mushroom cup. Thanks so much guys. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Short Version: Nick...wonderful service! Long Version. I blew a tire and I was so tied up with my schedule that I saw NO WAY I would get the tire repaired. And after visiting other places, I couldn't imagine not having my 4WD vehicle with the pending snow storm. Here steps in Nick. He heard my concerns, answered all of my questions and provided me with unparalleled service. My hat is off to the manager and district leader. You truly have a great, above and beyond employee in Nick!
