Called Jimmy early in the morning and checked if QZ could install brake pads and rotors on my Tesla. He s worked on several before and was able to get me in quick. Had the job done within 2 hours. Great customer service and reasonable price - highly recommend

I usually don t do reviews, but I had to do this one.First, I would not recommend this establishment to new customers or those who are from out of town.How he treats customers in his area maybe a different story.I like giving second chances and because I am new to the area I needed a mechanic and shopping for one brought me to this place last week.Where I allowed myself to be screwed but it was on me because mainly I needed to know the type of service I would receive.I was charged 200+ to have spark plugs replaced, wait it gets better.I brought my own plugs.I listened to the spill of why he needed to charge me so high, got it done.Well today was second chance, needed to see if I would be overpriced again for a simple job, that any mechanic could give an estimate from based on just the information.Lol here comes the spill.I left knowing I wouldn t be coming.So, again I would not recommend to any new customers or people who are new to the area He sees all the money he can get now.So stay away!!!!!!!

I actually went there on Thursday December 29 to get my emissions test done, it was due on December 31st. I was told a 45 minute wait. I didn't want to wait so I said how about tomorrow (Friday), and the man said ok what time and I said how about 3pm, and he ok I will write it down. I was at work at 2:30pm and rushed to get there to make it for 3pm. The place was CLOSED!!! I couldn't believe it! I thought emission testing centers had to be open until 5pm. He didn't even tell me that they weren't going to be open. I was very upset. So I went down the street and found a test center that would do it no problem. I was lucky for that. I will never go there again you can bet on that.Service: Auto emissions testing

Jimmy was phenomenal. Very courteous and trustworthy. I had new tires and brakes put on my car and it was done quickly and at a high quality and good price. I would strongly recommend quiet zone to anyone with car servicing needs.

Great place, great guy! My car had a noise at high speed, I drove my car here. A very nice person did a road test for me, and told me the noise is gone. That s amazing, and he didn t charge me anything. I didn t get a chance to ask his name, LOL.

My vehicle had multiple small issues with it. I brought it to Jimmy at quietzone in orange. They took my car on sat morning and fixed everything that was wrong. The service was quick, Jimmy was courteous, and the price was great. My car drives like new. I would recommend this garage to anyone.

The person at the desk was not wearing a mask on both days and refused to wear one after I asked. This was one day after we reached 500,000 Covid deaths. It is unfortunate I had to be put at risk because this business does not make better decisions.Also, I had to go here because I needed an emergency repair, and their rates are high compared to others in the area. I could have easily had the service done for $100 less if I had more time to go to a different spot.Service: Electrical

Went here with an air conditioning problem. Went to Pep Boys with the same problem twice to no avail. Got my money back. Bought it to quiet zone an they solved the problem in less than 2 hours in and out and for half the price of pep boys. Great service. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Everyone here is very friendly and honest. The service is the absolute best! You can definitely feel at ease and trust them with your car.I highly recommend them for all your car service needs!I'd give them more than 5 stars!

I had an issue with front-end vibration at higher speeds and took my Buick to the dealer to address it. After hours of waiting and paying the higher labor rates there, my service advisor told me that the wheels were balanced properly and that they had rotated the tires to the point that the vibration was "better". The advisor also told me that I needed new tires and that the vibration was probably due to a defective belt in a tire. Needless to say that my problem persisted and I decided to visit the Quiet Zone in Orange for a 2nd opinion. As a walk-in, I was treated with respect, honesty and promptness. Jimmy and his team discovered and showed me a significant out of balance condition on one wheel, and a minor one on another. They also found that the tires were not rotated as I was told, and that I really did not need new tires at this time. Jimmy could not have been more forthright and attentive to the needs of the customer. I think that I found a new service / repair center for my vehicles going forward.

Extremely knowledgeable on any aspect of your vehicle. This is a great place, I love the Transparency, actually showing me my issues rather than just guessing. The Staff are kind and courteous, I look forward to this place being my primary repair shop.
