Awful service. After telling me he would come for roadside assistance I called back to ask a question and he then said he would no longer help me. Very unprofessional, I didn t think customers should have to beg for help from a company

Amazing bunch of incredible humans ! My daughter was in a horrible car accident on the Merritt and totaled her car. Mike's was right there and so very helpful in the middle of all the chaos that night. Their only concern was for my daughter's safety at that moment. I will never forget that night or everything they did to put a terrified mama at ease. Highly recommend... Thank you guys so much! Xoxo

Highly recommend Mike's Towing! My son was in a motorcycle accident and Mike's Towing had to tow the motorcycle to Orange PD for investigation (procedure because he was unconscious at the scene) and when it was released Mike's Towing had to pick it back up from Orange PD. One of the first things that Mike asked was how my son was doing! (He was banged up but home the next day!) . The motorcycle had no damage at all from towing two times and was sitting in his garage bay when I picked it up. They said they would help me load it up onto my trailer and they did it themselves! The pricing was good especially since they have great service and caring employees! Thank you!Service: Motorcycle towing

Went through my road side assistance. They sent Mikes. He called when he was on his was. Came quicker than their estimated time , and was very professional. For a tow to the other end of the state. There is a man named Mike, who is kind, easy going, and helpful to no end. I wish there were more business men like him, he and his staff helped us immensely after a bad accident on I-95 in Orange. Thank you!

Quick and reliable. I locked my car at orange dumpster under rain and phone was inside. First car stopped had helped me call them and they arrived in no time quickly assisted. I had no wallet on me and they accepted through online payment. Thank you!

Mike (the owner) and all of his employees are so caring, helpful and HONEST! They will fix whatever needs done, not plus a hundred other things to up the bill. If they do find something else, they will let you know BEFORE they do it and give you options. I've been going here for a while now and made the mistake of going somewhere else and oh, did I regret it. Had to bring it back here anyway. Mike's is the only place I'll bring my vehicle. They really do go above and beyond for their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had a flat tire on the Wilbur Cross Parkway and Mikes towing arrived promptly and quickly got us towed to a Town Fair Tire. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful in solving our plight. Great guy; highly recommended.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

When I had to call them to tow my vehicle, I had asked them to tow me to a place 5 miles away. Instead they had towed me to their garage, which is 7 1/2 miles out of the way. The next day they towed my car to the correct garage which ended up costing me $400.
