I live close by so have used this business off and on over the years as a matter of convenience when I am unable to tackle the job myself.Needing a deep wash and a good coat of wax, I used the deluxe wash package this evening. My thought was to use the wash service to make it easier on my to tackle the rest from home the next day.I waited until it was dark when I knew there s be few people out.As I drove my beautiful, barely a year old, Jeep into the wash, I first noticed the ridiculously short length of the tire wash cycle. I thought it would stop as I passed through. Nope. It was timed, and shortly. This meant the bed of my Gladiator didn t get the benefit of the rinse.From there I drove the designated stopping point and parked while the Deluxe package ran.Oh.My.Ick!!As the spinners engaged, this putrid aroma permeated my nose and did not relent. The smell was unbearable. It was a combination of dirty water, mildew and ???.I couldn t wait for the cycle to end and exited the facility as fast as I could to open my windows in the attempt to rid my Jeep of that disgusting smell.It s been two days since I went through the wash and I can still faintly smell that horrific aroma.I do not recommend this wash service and will not be going back unless I read an arsenal of reviews that state they ve stopped using unfiltered recycled water and have started to clean their equipment regularly.I took my pics while I was inside to verify that I was there.

Car washes are decent. You can do a better job yourself at home. Except that s not possible in the winter here in CT. Vacuums used to be 10 mins. They are maybe 5. Not bad for quick zip through the car but not what they used to be. staff is rude. I left a magnet there. Called and it was supposed to be outside. She forgot to leave it which is fine but a worker there was rude. Kept telling me to move my car instead of being polite and asking if I needed Anything. Bad attitude.

Had an interior detail done on my SUV. Unfortunately, an easily broken item in the car was broken. Again, it is a poorly engineered part of the vehicle. I reported it to the Manager Julio. He was nothing but responsive and professional. The SUV was fixed at a reputable full service repair center (A1 in Niantic, also 5 stars), and Shorline had the substantial bill paid before I picked up the car. Also need to mention that the interior cleaning was Top Notch! Thanks Shoreline!

Had to get my father's car detailed after vehicle sat for 3 months w/some mold...Took less than 2 hours from drop off to pick up - without an appointment - and it looks brand new inside.Very nice owner, very nice staff, great work & FAST.Highly recommend

I have a Ram with a 3.6 liter engine. A very common engine in Dodge vehicles. Shoreline quick lube cracked the oil filter cartridge, not once but twice, causing about a $1500 in repairs both times. I know what your thinking. I thought the first time was a fluke, so I went back again.

I pulled in and wasn't told a price and attendant started checking my tires etc. so before they started draining my oil I asked how much it would cost, $100.00 for just an oil change!!! I'm sure I would have been stuck paying that if I hadn't asked. I'll never go back, it used to be run way better.

I normally prefer to do a thorough hand wash and wax at home, but in a pinch I'll seek out a self service bay. The bays were clean, efficient, and got the job done. Julio was helpful in rectifying an issue I had with the change machine. I'd return again for a quick wash when I need it.

In and out in 13 minutes. The price for an oil change was fair. Everyone who worked there was nice and respectful. Will go back again.

The customer service here is the epitome of how a business should operate! The service is top notch; and at one point the owner even had a car part delivered for me and installed it for free of charge so I would save further damage to my engine until I could get to my dealership. Every time I go, they have a big smile on their faces and a warm welcoming. Very honest and hard workers. Never feel like I am being taken advantage of.

I've been going here for years for oil changes. This time, I had to stay in the car with the window down. The fumes were awful. May have to go elsewhere next time.

We decided to get a car wash. They have two different car washes that are touchless and bays for you to do it yourself. They even have vacumns if you want the full package. There was a line, but it wasn't too long. You pay right before you enter. When you enter , you drive in, and the machines come to you. No scratching or denting your car. It was great. Maybe in their 5 min and then it was done and you leave. It wasn't too expensive, and they have different package options. We were happy customers.

Went in for an oil change. Mechanic then proceeded to take out air filter without asking in order to get an additional sale. Not only did i not ask him to take filter out, he couldn't be bothered to put screws back properly on filter housing. Left two screws out where he couldn't reach in with the electric screwdriver. SLOPPY, SLOPPY, SLOPPY. Won't be going back anytime soon

Call ahead to see if they could to a light cleaning on Ford Transit Connect Cargo Van. Just looking for a wash on the outside, and vac and wipe down inside. Nothing too much. Planning to sell the vehicle and it was completely empty. Was given a price on the phone when appointment was made. When the van was brought in they said that price wasn't accurate and made a big case for "hand washing" the van and it would be an extra $20. Not such a big deal, so we agreed. Also discussed that they would vac out the shelving in the back. When we picked up the van later in the afternoon, the vac job was terrible, many places missed including shelving and behind seats. The front bumper panel was pulled off the clips and the front passenger side parking light was hanging out and now it doesn't work. Paint chips were blown off the vehicle. The top of the van was never washed at all. Pretty sure they used a power washer to cause all this damage. The only thing done well was replacing the wipers that I asked for. Won't be back for anything there ever again!Service: Auto detailing

They are very good here and not just changing oil. They and fill your fluids and tire pressure. They sell great batteries. I highly recommend going there for service.

All other places either closed or appointment needed for oil change early a.m.... was in & out of here in 10 minutes. Paul took the time to explain options & checked filters...no hard sell. Angie was fantastic at check-out. Even received a $15 off coupon on next change. I'll be back!

Performed oil change and drain plug was put it wrong, got home noticed leaking oil, manager gave me an attitude claiming the car has a problem with threads, went back he put a new drain plug in, next oil change went to TOYOTA where I should have gone and they inspected the drain plug and noticed they cross threaded the new drain plug luckily the threads in the oil pan were not messed up. Thank you for almost costing me a new oil pan!!

Always in and out. Don't need an appointment, which is nice! Employees are all very pleasant! I love the fact that you just sit in car while your oil is getting changed. Definitely recommend!

This place stinks, literally. Car wash is fine, but what s up with the smell? It s unbearable. I ve been here twice, a full year apart, and the smell is so bad that I m gagging. It doesn t go away when you drive away so it s something with your water in the touch-less.Please for the love of god, fix this. I really want to love this place because the wash is good and the price is right.

I showed up without an appointment having not realized I needed one. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodated me anyway. My car was filthy after a 3 week road trip with three young children, you would never have known by the time they finished cleaning the interior. It was like new!
