This is our third time bringing a vehicle to Lou s for minor body work. Each time we have been given a thorough explanation of the work needed and a reasonable quote. Each time we have picked up our vehicle in the time specified with the work successfully completed and have paid exactly what was quoted. I was hit by another car while visiting from out of state. Lou was fair, quick, and easy to deal with. His office walked me through the process, made sure my rental car was a smooth pickup and my repair was ready sooner than expected. Lou did a terrific repair job, returning my car to me clean (inside and out) and even giving my tires and fluids a quick check to make sure I was good to go. The repair was excellent, but the service was even better.

HUGE thank you! Stopped in with a weather stripping issue to my sunroof. Two of the most wonderful guys came out & had my issue fixed in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Parked too close to an indistrial gate and it took my bumper off, my passenger side would not go in.As im not from the area just work in the area, i google searched autobody shops and took a chance and came to this establishment and I am so glad that I did. They were so incredibly friendly and welcoming and helped me in just 10-15 minutes in the scorching heat kneeling on hot uncomfortable rocks and did not charge me a dime. I am incredibly grateful beyond belief as it was a difficult, rough day and that made it turn around for me. I recommend this place 10/10!
