I HAD A GREAT FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE AND PRICE! I recently purchased a new 2024 Nissan Frontier from Grossman Chevrolet/Nissan and more specifically from Assistant Sales Manager Sarah Kelly and Sales Manager Ariel Pagan.#1 There was no slick pressured sales talk from either Sarah or Ariel. Conversations were common sense and business logic. I enjoyed their relaxed demeaner and conversations.#2 I came in prepared with invoice and quotes on the value of my trade in vehicle. I believe I got a fair deal and they made it easy for me.I am 72 years old and have been around the block a few times with car sales people. They made my experience a pleasure. We had put off buying our new truck because our last experience in purchasing a vehicle had been so conflictual, so adversarial that we just loathed the thought of stepping into that situation again. Grossman Nissan and especially Sarah Kelly and Ateeb Mirza made us wish we had come to see then sooner. This was the most positive experience I could have hoped for. They were upfront and honest throughout our dealings. They were not overbearing or high pressure. They allowed us to make our own decision and worked well with me on getting the truck I wanted and a price that was fair. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to visit Grossman Nissan.

Awesome place to go. Tessa and the whole team made it a great buying experience. The moment we inquired about the vehicle, she was on top of everything. From returning emails right away, sending videos and answering every question. They have a lot of vehicles options so I highly recommend going to see her. Friendly, good service, but cost almost 3x what I could have paid elsewhere. The coupon I received was simply a lure to get me in the shop and gouge me. Will never go back. Complete Rip-off.

Service wildly surpassed my expectations. Would rate 11/10 if the scale allowed it. Went in for a routine key fob programming that went wrong in just about every way. Somehow bricked the ECM in my car. Believe the tech was named Sheldon. He was caring, polite and knowledgeable. Worked with various other people throughout the process. Was given a loaner since the part wouldn t be in any time soon. Generally just a pleasant experience that stemmed from an atypical service appointment.

The service department was very nice and accommodating. They immediately understood my needs, scheduled me in a timely fashion, and communicated with me every step of the way. They made me feel very important and cared for. I understood from start to finish what the expectations were. They were friendly and offered top notch customer service. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Effron is a wonderful employee and really took the time to value my business. Thank you again!Update:Grossman Chevrolet took the time to carefully evaluate the problem and make sure that I was informed every step of the way. Additionally, to make sure that the issue was properly addressed, they called me in the early morning and let me know that they properly diagnosed the issue. I appreciate their timeliness, courtesy, and dedication to solving my issue. Efrem was very helpful and even detailed my car which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. It shows they truly care about their customers.

Sarah Kelly provided a lot of information and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles shown. She gave me time to dissect the information provided based on my needs. I went in to make an appointment, and I was taken in immediately. I had a malfunctioning power window and the fix was made in less than an hour for a minimal cost. Always top notch at Grossmans

Bought a truck from Cody.Great salesman, definitely knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation. I am very satisfied with my truck and all of the crew at Grossmans. That team is very friendly and easy to talk with! They were all well experienced in their jobs!It was a great experience!

Excellent staff, great and fair prices, amazing service! I have nothing but good things to say about Grossman Nissan. Every employee I have met there has been helpful, kind, and knowledgable. Working with Cody and Ariel, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Cody's knowledge about the vehicles is truly impressive. He always goes above and beyond for his customers and makes sure every question is answered and concern is addressed. I have come back again and again for multiple vehicles and I have never had a bad experience. I'm so glad I chose this dealership and I plan on coming back in the future!

Sales people were excellent and were very happy with the way the deal was handled. My only comment was the car was not prepped to my satisfaction with the added expense of the protective finish and polishing. I personally went over the car and came out extremely nice. I don't know the method they use in the prep area but there should definitely be improvement.

Hi Everyone at Grossman,I wanted to thank everyone at Grossman for helping me with the total loss of my 2019 Leaf. I won it from you at your 2019 Earth Day event. It was so exciting to win the two year lease of the car! Who wins a car? That was crazy. I liked it so much I ended up buying it, and just recently another one because I love this car. The e-pedal, I can install a receiver hitch for my bicycles, and kayaks, and its reliability.Unfortunately, in June, the back of my car was hit by a young driver's car (he was found at fault by the police). It broke my heart. Not that that wasn't bad enough, last month while using my wife's car because mine was gone, hers was backed into in a friend's driveway, unoccupied, by her elderly parents. Sheesh, that was bad luck. Your collision shop will fix it next week.Rachel Rosenstreich gave me help dealing with the insurance company for my car. She gave me information about the CT Loss of use regulations that I used to request compensation for the car being in the shop. She also gave me CT Insurance Department information I could use to file a complaint against my insurance provider; just mentioning that I may submit a complaint got me a resolution to my total loss claim yesterday. That took nearly 3 months; it would have been longer and less successful without her.Cody Baumgartner set me up when I won the first Leaf. With its total loss, he helped by providing optional equipment information to the insurance company. With the new one, he helped me by looking for a used Leaf. He even got me a Carfax report on a car at another dealer (sorry!) and provided me with incentive information the other dealer wouldn t. Cody sent me the federal form 8936 for a used credit of $4,000!Both Rachel and Cody went well beyond the call of duty! I can't thank you all enough for your support.Best,Stephen Holmes

Just purchased a used vehicle from Grossman Nissan and was thoroughly impressed with all of the staff. Sean, Ariel, and Filipe were all great. Had a bad experience with my last purchase in Middletown and was really hoping to find a new dealership I could trust. Definitely look forward to doing business here again in the future.Update: Just purchased my second vehicle. I found a vehicle I wanted at a competitor, just not the right color. Wanted to give Grossman Nissan the opportunity to match. Not only did they beat the competitor, but they were able to get the exact color I wanted. They did it all with class and style all the way. I didn't feel pressured in the slightest and was overly pleased with all of the staff. Sean is no longer with the company but Cody stepped right in and was wonderful! I would highly recommend giving Grossman Nissan the opportunity to to serve you in your next vehicle purchase!

Great experience! I worked with Sean and he made the process super easy and comfortable. He was very patient, and never once did I feel rushed or that he was being pushy. Ariel and Sean both worked to get me the car I wanted at the BEST price. I will definitely come back here in the future.

Grossman Chevrolet Nissan is a awesome dealership. My 2016 Tahoe came at a great price. Better than the prices here in Virginia. The Sales Staff with Ms. Shelby Hill was so on point.She provided all the details that you needed to know and a video explaining how the features of the vehicle worked. I purchased my 2018 Rogue from Grossman and got an excellent deal and I bring it there for all maintenance and have been very satisfied! They are always timely except once but they were unexpectedly short staffed that day. They always get back in touch after your service call to make sure you were completely satisfied. Would highly recommend

My experience at Grossman Nissian was amazing. I am glad I stayed local for sure!!!! Sean Kelley was awesome and very knowledgeable of all the cars on the lot. I explained what I was looking for in a car and he found me the perfect Rogue. Sean listened to exactly what I wanted and needed and was spot on!!!! Sean was patient and NEVER a moment pushy. All of the staff was very easy to work with and all the departments at Grossman made this experience uncomplicated and super speedy. I did my research, and Grossman found me an awesome car for a great price. I will for sure recommend this dealership.

I would like to specifically call out Sarah Kelly and Filipe Arnaud. Their service was exceptional. I had gone to many dealerships and no one had put remotely the attention and support that they did. They did everything possible to make sure that I was put in the perfect car that would fit my budget. They went above and beyond, even staying past close to work with me and make me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Buying a car can be a stressful time, but at Grossman it was a breeze and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Went to look at a car they were asking 62,000. It is a 10 year old car and they were asking 10% higher than when it was brand new in 2013. I thought cars depreciate over time. I had set up the appointment for a test drive. When I got there they told me because of the low mileage I could not test drive the car. They want 70,000 for a car you can not drive. I could have avoided wasting my time which I drove 30 minutes each way by telling me the truth. As I was leaving they gave the sale person lie that someone was trying to buy this sight unseen. Who buys a used car sight unseen and does not drive it. All of this could have been avoided if they were truthful and did not want to get you in the dealership. If you do want to go there ask if you can test drive the car because something bad is going on in Grossman Chevrolet.

I inquired about a vehicle online and received a personalized video walk around the car within 30minutes. Sean Kelly was the representative responsible for the video and the for selling me the vehicle. I am truest happy to have worked with Sean and highly recommend him if you are looking for a new ride. He went above and beyond to make time and was very accommodating to my complex schedule.
