It s been a year we bought our suburban. Sorry, that it took me so long to write this review.I only have wonderful things to say about this place. We had an amazing experience with Chris Murphy, from the moment my husband and I were at the lot, just taking look at some vehicles to closing the deal. He came out to talk to us, and answer questions and invite us to come inside. He didn t ignored or diminished us on any way. I know for a fact, some places do this.If you are looking to buy a car, I highly recommend talking to him. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and professional sales agent.Thank you so much Chris for helping us all the way, till we walk out driving our family car. We love it. Best car ever!

I had a fantastic experience with Chris who helped me purchase my 2024 Trailblazer. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. I started out with a very pleasant experience at the parts department with manager Mark. This prompted me to try out the service department, which turned out to be excellent. I am looking forward to trying out their sales department next when I am ready for my next Chevrolet.

We bought a used Silverado HD from Grossman Chevrolet last week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our sales rep Chris and the entire staff at Grossman was extremely helpful and kind. No one makes you feel pressured to make a purchase like at other dealerships and they make sure their used inventory is in top condition before presenting them to customers. I don't plan to ever buy a vehicle from another dealership again! Thanks again to everyone who helped us with the purchase!

My car was not serviced on 12/26. It was serviced on 12/21. I called and mentioned the two things I needed done, 1. The heated steering wheel and 2. An SD card error. I dropped the car off on night drop amd listed both items on the envelope. When I picked up the car, only the steering wheel was addressed. I called and left a message for Jim to ask what was done about the SD card, and he never returned my call. I needed to follow up with an additional call where he said that was the problem with night drop. I now need to bring the car back for an additional time, which is incredibly inconvenient.

Great experience! Everyone from reception, sales, financing, and service could not have been nicer each time I have stopped in. Very informative with what I was looking for, and not pushing me into something I did nor want to buy.

Miguel is the best !!! We got in at 9am and was out of there with our car in the fastest time we're ever done when going to a dealership!!! Everyone was also very kind and patient . We felt their honesty as they spoke in details about what we needed .While we waited , we were able to get our old car checked for a recall on it. The recall problem was taken care of in 1/2 hr by the service department. They are the best . Great team work . Thanks !!! Special thanks to Miguel !!!!!

I really appreciate the young woman that assisted me in Customer Service. I had a bad experience from Sullivan Service from where I bought the Equinox from and refuse to ever go there again. I could tell that the Service Dept was busy. I had an 11:00 am appointment and all was completed by Noon. In addition to an Oil Change and Tire rotation, I had to have some recall issues checked and all was well. From here in, I will take my Chevy down to Old Saybrook in the future. If I ever buy a new Chevy, it will be from them, but I want a Hybrid and it looks like GM has ended the production of Hybrids.

The repair took longer than it should have because of a wrongly delivered part. This caused me significant stress but Rachel was so patient with me and assured me I would have my car back in time. When I picked up my car it was so clean it looked like it was brand new. What an incredible surprise. You went above and beyond for me. Thank you so very much.

Avoid at all cost...the do nothing but rip you off...had a engine put in my car...nothing but engine problems...instead of a rebuilt engine they grabbed a junk yard engine...$7000.00 later with a junk yard engine!! Good luck if you ever go there..........Not to mention the fact that me and my daughter asked last time I was there what the price out the door was going to be...you quote around $100.oo which you were asked multiple times what the final cost out the door was going to be...then go to pay for for it to be closer to $300.oo which totally wasn't what you quoted!!

Outstanding! Called them on a Friday afternoon, as I intended to travel on Sunday, with a major coolant leak from my water pump. I towed in down Friday night and they had me running and on my way home by 1pm Saturday. They notated my tires, which I thought I may need, replaced the water pump as I asked, saved me labor by replacing the serpentine belt at the same time, and all for less that the two other Chevy/GM dealers I called (even my local independent!). I've found a new home with Grossman's.

Owning a company that purchases 1 - 4 vehicles per year, I've had good and poor experiences.In early 2018, I contacted Grossman Nissan and was fortunate to speak with Brian K. Brian was uniquely helpful, patient and forthcoming. Awesome dealership. I asked their social media team if I could come inside the dealership to take photos. Not only did all of their salesmen welcome me, everyone I spoke to was very kind and outgoing. They even let me sit inside the cars in the show room. Awesome dealership with great employees.

I needed service work due to the smell of gas I was experiencing coming from the truck. I called the dealer and spoke to Bryan Beauvais to schedule an appointment. He was so easy to work with and pleasure talking to. Also when I dropped off the truck Bryan was there to greet me and reinsure me that he would he would let me know what the issue was and how the dealer would go about fixing and the cost. I greatly appreciated that. When the truck was fixed ready to be picked up I was greeted and taken care of another wonderful employee named Carrie Giuliano. She took the time and went over everything that was done to the truck for repairs and broke it down for me. Carrie also has a great personality and awesome to talk too. They do good repair work and that is why I brought it to Grossmans to have a bumper replaced. I do understand about parts and labor issues but I would have appreciated quicker communication regarding back ordered parts as I had to make extended travel arrangements.. A two day bumper replacement turned into a nine day wait. Drop off Dec 6 and picked up Dec 15. Would have rated a 10 if this did not happen.
