Very convenient, accommodating and professional staff, and the travel and insurance elements are very good. I ll never go to the DMV unless absolutely necessary - AAA has you covered

the service was prompt however, the lady with the shoulder length blondish hair needs to learn NOT to smile like she's enjoying denying service do to missing documents and then condescendingly making you feel stupid while she tells you its ALL outlined on the document (which is very busy & confusing) & is sent to you a whole month prior to expiration! there was also an irate customer that she failed miserably at defusing.

Used the DMV feature to get my real ID drivers license. I was in and out with a convenient appointment in less than 20 minutes. Bravo! Also free coffee and cold water to boot!

Staff here are wonderful, friendly and great to work with. I'm a AAA member and renewed my driver's license here, made appointment and it took me 10 min. to complete. Compare that to 2 hours at the DMV the last time I renewed it there!

Walked in with no appointment and got my "star" drivers license here in ten minutes !!! Try that at the MVD !

Called ahead regarding replacement license. Was close to closing time but still close by. I was able to get my licenses replaced quickly. They were very professional and accommodating. They were respectful of me my time and even was accommodating to my Black Lab. They were friendly and helpful. Beware: Drivers license cameras are unflattering no matter where you get your license. Don't blame the camera person

Extremely friendly staff, like, I almost want to apply for a job there, thats how relaxed/ accommodating they were. Made an appointment the day before to renew my license and ended being 15 mins late because of work. No problem to them. Thought it would cost 8 bucks extra because it wasn't the Dmv, turns out to be $6, because I'm a AAA member. But honestly, I was in and out in less than 15 mins, I woulda paid 20. Great people here. Highly recommend.

Best retail experience I've had in a long time. I came in for passport photos. Then I discovered they could notarize my documents as well. The whole visit was less than 15 minutes. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The cost of a AAA membership is well worth it.

I stopped on without an appointment, waited about 6-8 minutes and then was able to get my document notarized with out any problems!Very clean, efficient, and friendly team & atmosphere. The list of services provided by AAA is amazing!

My daughter came to get a replacement license but while waiting in line, passed out & hit her head. The staff went above & beyond calling ambulance & taking care of her until i was able to get there! She said "one woman was holding me so tight, hugging & keeping me calm, i felt very safe." Thank you to all those there that day!!

All people at AAA travel are very knowledgeable, they make all the necessary reservations and they make sure that all the possible needs of the traveler ( me ) are explained and arrangements are made. I have made many trips so I knew that they are doing a great job. Nowadays more than ever there are many new changes the cover all the bases. Thank you AAA travel you are all terrific.

Notary service should be a public service, not for profit, and UNBIASED.Greedy manager of locak AAA office believes to make a profit.She charged me $30 for a notary which, I never paid in my life (65)for notarizing.The girl who helped was very polite. Thank you !

The Old Saybrook AAA is fantastic. I can honestly say their staff is professional and polite. I showed up to renew my license without an appointment and the woman who helped me was extremely gracious in allowing me to get my renewal done that day. I so appreciate the staff, their kindness, and compassion for me. In the midst of this life altering pandemic I was shown a true light today from the staff a AAA in Old Saybrook! Thank you for working so hard and providing this service!

People were friendly and knowledgeable. Renewed drivers license. No one in line so well worth the $6.00 AAA membership charge. In and out in about 20 minutes. Will always go to this office in the center of Old Saybrook.

Convenient way to get a driver's license renewal. Interesting shopping for travel gear. Full service travel agent. I've booked cruises and a trip to Disney World, all of which went flawlessly. I have bought movie tickets and gift cards at this location. Excellent service and kind employees.

I saved a tremendous amount of money by switching my homeowners and car insurance through triple A. Getting your drivers license there is absolutely the best!! You're able to see & retake your picture if you're not pleased with it,they make that experience awesome!! I'll never go to the DMV again for my renewal. I tell all my friends to go there as well.

Having been a AAA member since 89, I ve had opportunities to see a great many AAA offices. Old Saybrook s office is one of the very best. Confident, knowledgeable staff there conduct themselves and their services with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy. The store s environment was/is very clean. Social distancing is easy to maintain there as well.Easy to reach them on the phone

The staff here are absolutely efficient and knowledgeable about all travel needs including the new drivers licenses due in October. We were waiting less than 10 minutes and finished. Try that an any DMV in any state!

I drove an hour to go to this one Legendary AAA service center for a State Driver's license renewal for my sister in law. I was dumbfounded that the rumors were true.. Friendly happy joyful people in an atmosphere of genuine caring and helpfulness.. Way better than the local State run DMVs where you might get in a fight with impatient frustrated people over things like a seat or something.Plenty of seats there.. The staff addressed everyone waiting.. Even cracked light humor. Everyone there was smiling... Someone brought in the cutest puppy you'd ever imagine called Penny Lane. And the Owner was beautiful too. :) Well worth the trip.

Renewed Ct drivers license - the new verified license - in less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Excellent service, plentiful parking, nice waiting area, comfortable surroundings. Be advised that the office is located at an interior corner of the plaza, so look carefully once you enter the shopping Plaza - it is next to the Chinese Restaurant.

Super fast, so much better than waiting in line for DMV. Complimentary coffee/tea while you wait (kurig) and very friendly staff. Worth the drive if you aren't too close. Also, if you have a verified license, they can renew it at this location (as of Nov 2017).

Very friendly staff. Went there to replace my sons lost driving permit. They issued a temporary printed one while we waited for the new one to come in the mail.***New permanent permit arrived in the mail within a few days. Success!

only took a hour on a Saturday to renew my drivers license. Much quicker that DMV, All workers were very nice. I wish they would do registration' s as well. Great Service!!!

Had my CT Lic renewed. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Could not have been a nicer group of people. They all knew their jobs and made me feel extremely glad to be there. They offered refreshments as well as very quick service.

Went in to renew my driver's license. The woman who helped me was lovely. She was polite, knowledgable, and extremely efficient. Took less than 10 minutes. Definitely the place to go.
