Thank you Michael and robbie! Theyll walk you through everything as easily as possible! They keep it 100% legal! During this covid madness they have made it easier to breathe! Still keep helping as they can. Where others might ignore phone calls or not understand and/or explain the situation fully before letting you decide what course of action to take, they ask questions and for pictures to decide on how to best go about the situation. Depending on your situation they offer different options which they are prepared to handle with various vehicles for the job. Have enough going on with VA appointments during this difficult time so after waiting years for a car to get taken away which was causing conflict with the neibors Michael and robbie made life a litle bit easier and less stressful for our family by taking away the problem and even confirming their work with pictures of the vehicle being taken away which made it convenient and safe during this time. They are fully mission capable. There was a car on the property that had been there for years and the neighbor was starting to getfussy about it and was making life a little stressful and uneasy. After calling a few places and getting a few different quotes these guys said it was actually free of charge for our situation being that it was a vehicle that was on private property and explained about the 48 hour window not being neccesary as it was not commercial property. My car was illegally towed , he wouldn t release my car to another tow company , he looks like a very bad person and I m going to be taking him and his business down.To the response to the company from the original post is a lie as well a officer was called by me and told them to release the car to the tow truck driver I called It was being towed by another driver so that is also a lie in the state of ct you cannot drive it out without proper registration, but with all the proper paperwork you could have it towed out legally so you are illegally holding somebody s car, and that is theft and against the law. Spoke to enough, cops, and lawyers to know your lying

if i could put 0 stars i would. these people towed my friend for pulling into a spot and not backing in. i repeat pulling in, and not backing in. i am guessing by looking at their responses to other people s complaints they will say well we re sorry your friend could not abide by the rules just so the owner knows, i do not care about your opinion on who s fault it was and i will not bother reading your response. i am writing this review so that people know to avoid this company at all costs. there was no sign stating this rule and it was not written in the lease. there was no official paperwork. also these good reviews kinda seem like they just asked a friend to write them or wrote them themselves. watch out for this business and avoid them at all costs.

If I could rate this without stars I would. I parked in a visitors spot at a friends and got towed the next day bc I wasn t backed in the spot. It took me 6 hours to get my car back The staff were utterly rude and failed to return phone calls. I paid almost $400 to get my car and they only accept cash, no change.. This company is a complete scam and will continue to rob people ILLEGALLY. please watch out !!!

This towing company sucks. Doesn t take credit cards and says they charge extra for Sunday fees and for 5 speeds. Ruined my alignment on my car. Would hate to have this job ruining peoples lives on the daily.

Got my car towed by this company cuz my mom parked somewhere she shouldn t have. I was so angry. I Called them up and the guy who answered the phone was a great help. Even wish me safe travels from work to them. Went in to pick up my car and when I tell u the man at the front desk customer service was so awesome. Had us laughing, worked fast to get us out of there, offered us a water, told us great things about the work they do on cars if we needed any work done. Even as we were getting ready to drive off he told us to exit out back so that we were safe getting on to the main road. He had me forget I even got my car towed. Wasn t even mad anymore. This man was fantastic! I don t recommend u get ur car towed lol but this was the best customer service I ever had in a long time.

Michael and his team member helped turned a negative into a positive. Really worked with us, gave us great info when dmv hub gave us incorrect info. Professionalism all around. Polite and kind service! Car was towed and needed a CT registration. Michael went the extra mile and got the vin check and emissions done for us so we could get a valid CT registration! Gave some words of wisdom to my son! Their kindness went a long way!

If I could put no stars, I would, unprofessional stuff, so rude, and the worst customer service. they towed my car when I got my car, there was scratche on the door and a problem with the front bumper. I am going to file a claim.

These people only drive around after hours looking for who to screw they close at 5pm and be towing just cause I went to visit my sister and was literally inside for 15-20 minutes I m pregnant so I parked close and when me and my boyfriend come outside his cars not there. They said they had towed it about 30 minutes ago, they must of towed it as soon as we went inside and then had the nerve to say $300 for the service. When they re office wasn t even open right now they have us waiting 20 minutes for some driver to get it out and they keep blocking our numbers so we have to use different phones.

If I could put no stars I would. I understand the nature of the work and that they are just doing their job, but it does not help when they try to be intimidating and rude. They are very unprofessional at this business. When I called to inquire as to if my vehicle had been impounded there, they did not answer the first couple times I called. It took my friend whom I was visiting to call the landlord and be transferred for them to answer the phone. When they finally did they told me that yes my car had indeed been impounded there and that it would be a certain amount. It at this time was almost 4 pm and I live 40 minutes from the place. I asked what time I had to be there by and he said 4:30. Everything states that they are open until 5pm so I was a little confused as to why I had to pick up by 4:30. I waited until this morning to go and retrieve my car. They had a dog and 2 men there but only I could be inside to retrieve my car alone which to me was intimidating because I am a young female, hence the reason why I brought my father in law with me. Then after they told my father in law to exit, they want to proceed to tell me that the total now is 286 which is more then they had told me on the phone and that I have to make the payment in cash only. With exact change at that. I told them I was not told that on the phone and that it was ridiculous because they had a credit/debit card machine sitting right on the desk in front of me. The men were both very rude and made it very difficult for me to retrieve my vehicle. They also need to really work in their communication and if they are only there until 4:30 don t advertise that you are open until 5pm.I m just going to respond on here because I can t reply to the message below. First of all, my name clearly says Alyssa not Melissa. Second of all I have plenty of humanity and maybe you and your other employees should practice simple humanity and people wouldn t write these terrible reviews for your company. Which there were many negative reviews and I know plenty of others that have dealt with you and have had a hard time as well. Lastly, I tried to get you guys to understand my perspective and communicate with you and your other coworkers. However, you all made it a lot more difficult than it had to be. I think that maybe some customer service and communication skills would be something for you all to look into at this point .

What a scam. These people are the absolute worst, including the short guy with the fake blue colored contacts.Update - I m responding to the below comment. All I will say is that there are many similar negative reviews about this place and the professionalism of its employees - these lengthy responses speak for themselves (and how insecure the owner is who is writing them.) Your misogynistic behavior towards woman and how you speak to them is very sad. At least my teeth are real.

They straight up robbed me of time and money.First off they didn t even give me a business card or anything so I had to search for my car, another thing is they gave me a non consensual tow and impounded my car illegally for two days just because he felt it was right(my car was registered but the insurance was expired for two weeks not even lapsed), even tho the law says otherwise. I was overcharged for half day when my car got impounded at 1:45pm on a Saturday I go and pick it up Monday at 1:40pm after my insurance finally got faxed to there machine so my car was there 47 hours and 55 minutes and that grants them to charge me half a day? When I asked the employee about the fraudulent charge he didn t have anything to say about it except that he was gonna call the police and eventually did because he s a grown baby who rips people off.I never threatened him or anything like that he s just scared to be a man and get confronted like one.

These people only drive around after hours looking for who to screw. These people towed my daughter car just to charge her $150. She lives at the complex at has a sticker to permit parking. This is the 2nd time this has been done. One excuse was we couldn t see the sticker even though it was clear as day. They also play games on the phone and refuse to give names. I am going to peruse legal action this has to stop. This has to stop and we at the complex will come together with a petition. I am also reporting these people to the better business bureau for all these illegal actions they have been doing.

If you look up the word scam in the dictionary, this business is what you ll find. They use sketchy tactics and excuses to tow cars and charge an obscene amount to get them back. They have even towed a car with the key in the ignition and the engine running. That is theft. I could not recommend this business less.

Mr. Diesel was super helpful during the whole process. Very professional and respectful. Stay in contacted with us throughout all these days and walked us through every step of the way. He even took time out of his personal time to help us.

Absolutely the best towing experience I ever had. Friendly and helpful and the owner rescues Dobermans My car was towed for an expired registration. They could have taken it back to my house the next day for extra fees but the owner asked me to think about registration renewal instead. I needed an emissions test. Thank you guys for taking my car to emissions for me to renew the registration. I would give them 10 stars if I could! What a really great Company. And one last thing "God Is not dead" is painted all over their office yes you know them by their fruit.

I had the misfortune of parking in a residential lot without the proper permit, and being towed as a result. The service was fast and efficient!! The staff were extremely helpful and understanding. With the help of Diesel, reclaiming my car was hassle free and affordable. This place is a far cry from the money hungry tow yards that complicate things in order to rack up storage fees !!!

I was skeptical at first. Based off passed reviews that I was going to come back to my car more messed up than it is. Was handled well. After all I was parked where I shouldn t have been. And Michael was understanding of my situation. Let me know my options and was friendly once we both warmed up to eachother. I appreciate the work they do. And would recommend them in the future

The owner of this company is incredibly greedy and trolls the lots looking for cars to take. He claims he Only goes off of the landlords instructions however the landlords deny that alligation and say he comes on his own. Michael Fester Comes up with reasons to tell your vehicle like you did not brush off the snow early in the morning so your sticker was not visible you did not shovel in between your parking spot you cannot have a visitor for more than eight hours and then he wants to take no debit cards no credit cards cash only and exact change and he doesn t tell you that until you get there and there is a small sign on the door. I have personally seen him attach peoples cars and pull it causing damage there was also another time he dropped a car and let the bumper come completely off that too is recorded on video

So my Car got towed during work hours at my clients home because I didn t know I couldn t park in a certain zone and of course I was upset about it but everything got sorted out and the guys down at Myhoopty really was the best with the whole situation. They helped me out sooo much even in this crazy situation. I also found out they have rentals and service vehicles. Thanks again for your service.

$232 for an 11 mile tow not the cheapest but I called at 10 am for a tow from one shop to another and it was done by 145. They were responsive and professional. Sent pictures of where it was left which was an appreciated part of their process.

Excellent customer service. Was in a bad car accident. He helped me all the way through. Took care of the insurance and everything. Can t have asked for a better experience than that. They know what they re doing and don t settle for nothing. They ll help you no matter how bad it is.

I was trespassing when my vehicle was towed by Myhoopty. The guys were beyond helpful in explaining the process of getting an unregistered/ untitled vehicle out. They definitely took care of me !

While I had no issues with people working there the person who answered the phone was a tad disrespectful I was just looking for information on why my vehicle was towed and he began to become upset with me over all they charged me 440 to claim my vehicle for whatever reason they charged me half of what my vehicle was worth just so I could claim it. Definitely predatory towing is disgusting.
