Hadn t been to Town Fair in a while, so I wasn t sure if the service would be as good as it was a few years ago. I found out there was nothing to worry about. Not only did they do a great job and get me in and out extremely quickly, but Dan went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed while getting the most cost savings. All of the staff was polite and helpful, but Dan hit it out of the park!

Worked with Harold today. To get all the tires and alignment checked and upgraded on the car. He knew his stuff, worked me through options and even mentioned various ways for a discount (AAA, vet, etc) service was thorough and a great experience. Ask for Harold!!

Dan was extremely helpful! He was super nice, and explained the details of how front alignments work, why they were able/unable to do certain adjustments, and explained the pricing. The work also got done extremely quick. As soon as I walked in, everyone was so eager to help. I was in and out in an hour. I ll definitely be back!

Harold is extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He was quick to help and recommend the appropriate tires for my Subaru. He has great communication skills and customer service. He always has the customer s best interest in mind. He is genuine and honest. I had a very pleasant seamless experience in ordering new tires and with great guidance from Harold. He is definitely an asset to this team. I will continue to come here for services and always ask for Harold!

Shemar and Pete are some of the best employee's I've ever encountered! Both of them go above and beyond. Pete keeps the parking lot and shop very clean. They are very respectful. I work across from them and since they have been working there the environment has been exceptional. I have worked here for 8 years, this is the best crew they have ever had! I can't say enough good things about the two of them! Keep up the great work guys!

Dan and Harold both helped me at the Norwich Town Fair tire. Harold also helped my elderly mother get herself new tires and set up payment for mine ahead of time. When I arrived for my appt, they took right in and it only took them 1 hour to replace, balance and align all 4 tires. They were both extremely polite. I would recommend!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!Town Fair Tire of Norwich is top notch!Store Manager Brian Vadenis saw the stress on my face as I was dealing with a stressful situation. My tire popped on the highway about a 1/2 mile from the exit. Thankfully I made it to the parking lot 5 minutes before the store closed for the night. Brian stayed open to fix my tire, made sure my car was safe & drivable.My heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Brian and his staff to help a customer in a stressful situation. Ordered the tires on-line on a Monday and made an appointment for that Friday for installation. We dropped the car off early afternoon for the later afternoon appointment. We got a call around 5 that it was done, but picked it up early the next morning. It's much less stressful doing it this way rather than sitting around and waiting for the job to be done. The staff that we interacted with were courteous, friendly, and proficient.

Ran over a nail this morning. Went to 2 different shops and was turned away. Town Fair was the furthest away so I didn t go there first. Darby greeted me and was super helpful, friendly, and got me going. I waited only about an hour, and the dude who cashed me out was equally friendly, top notch customer service. I ll just come here first next time.

This is a great place. I purchased 4 tires for my 2005 Toyota Tundra. The customer service from Dan and Harold was extraordinary. They were both super friendly and helpful. It s always a pleasure to be greeted with a Good Morning that is genuine and with eye contact. Everything was done in a timely manner and my new Yokohama tires make my ride so much smoother. I will be returning here for sure. Once again Dan and Harold were outstanding.

I worked with Dan and have nothing but positive feedback! I left my dr appointment and come out to a flat, and walked over in hopes they could help. Not only did he immediately offer to walk to my car and take a look, he gave me multiple options and got me in right away. I m 8 months pregnant and was extremely appreciative of his willingness to be so helpful in a stressful situation. I was there a little over an hour start to finish. Great experience and will definitely be back when I need tires again.

I had 2 bad tires that started peeling apart and needed them fixed asap. I was greeted almost immediately and within an hour of showing up, my tires and alignment were all set. They're fast, efficient, and super friendly. Definitely coming here from now on!

Ask for Dan! Great service and zero judgement to someone like me who neglects their car. He gave us the best price they have and had an upgraded option but never felt pressured like some places. Great service. Never had an issue here for the last 4 years.

I just had to share my recent experience at Town Fair Tire in Norwich because it was seriously impressive.So, I showed up at the shop thinking I was all set with my new wheels for my truck, only to realize I ordered the wrong size. But the team there didn't miss a beat. They took the time to fix my TPMS sensors, mount, balance, and align the wheels.Then, they hit me with the news that my new wheels were rubbing against my brake calipers. Cue the dilemma: Should I slap my damaged wheels back on or wait for the right ones to arrive the next day? Enter Brian, the manager. Despite my five-hour ordeal (which I totally brought on myself), he was patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me out.The technician, this cool dude with long, curly hair, took the time to chat with me and explore all the options, even though we both knew a new set was the only real solution. And let me tell you, the woman at the register was a gem. She kept the conversation light and friendly, occasionally teasing me for the trouble I caused.What really stood out, though, was the whole vibe of the place. Unlike other shops where eye-rolling and sighs are the norm when things go sideways, there was none of that here. The staff handled the remounting with total professionalism and expertise.And the best part? I walked out with a killer deal on 17" wheels and tires for my Tacoma that look absolutely killer. Needless to say, Town Fair Tire in Norwich has won me over for life. They're the only place I'll trust with my wheels and tires from now on, no questions asked.

I had a tire that would not stay inflated called town fair tire the day before Christmas and they not only squeezed me in but actually found that another tire was also deflating. Mr. Dan who assisted us was wonderful! He was kind, informative and overall made for a painless pleasant experience. Thank you!

Town Fair Tire was recommended by several co-workers and I spent over an hour with the manager to pick out just the right tires for my FJ Cruiser. He was very friendly and helpful and brought different tires to my vehicle to see which ones I felt looked best. I am very happy with my purchase and the tires provide a great ride. The staff was great in servicing my vehicle. Nice to see a business that provides excellent products and customer service.

I recently had to replace all four of my tires due to a sidewall puncture and having all-wheel-drive that unfortunately is a requirement you can t get around. Harold was super helpful got me to get the insurance so that this never happened again and saved one of my tires so I can have myself a full-size spare that matches on the vehicle. He personally wrapped it up himself and put it in the back of my car. Very Appreciative of the service, but also that extra little touch at the end

Laura Lynn went above and beyond to help me when my low tire pressure indicator went on. I was northbound on I-395 heading to MA with no way to know if I had a puncture, or not. I pulled off the highway and into Town Fair Tire. My tires, purchased from TF in NH were still under warranty. She diagnosed the problem, solved it, and I'm safely home. Thank you Lori!

Will not mount new tires if you don't buy from them but will mount used tires which could potentially be dangerous to drive on. We called ahead to schedule and we were told yea they will do it but lied so unless you want to be lied to best to stay away from at least this location

I went for tires and Harold helped me pick out the set that would work best for my AWD. Abenil and Shamor put them on and told me about a sensor i needed. I will definitely go back to get this done and i appreciate that they looked out for me.

Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable about the tires I needed. He has a great personality and easy to talk to definitely good for customer relationships.So if you go there, ask for Dan, you ll see I m right
