I was looking for a particular bike and they had it at the best price that I could find. Sean was a great salesman and handled everything very professionally. I purchased the bike Thursday morning and it was delivered to me Friday morning at a reasonable price. Regan is great in the parts department and Heidi was a wonderful person to deal with in the financial department. I highly recommend Street Stuff. I will be a returning customer.

I made the 1 hour drive on a dreary Saturday in January to look at a few new T120 s they had in stock. The unassuming store front revealed a great selection of Indians and Triumphs of all shapes and sizes. It s probably safe to say they had at least one example of each bike from each manufacturers lineup. Monica greeted me and went over some questions I had, handed me off to Sean to close the sale, and I then got to spend time with Ragan to add on some of those critical day one accessories. They also helped arrange to have the bike shipped to me at a very reasonable price. A perfect, unpretentious powersports dealership which is a rarity in my experience. Premium brands with premium service. My only gripe is I wish I lived closer as I m not sure I ever want to go anywhere else. Thanks SSC crew!

Sean and Monica has been nothing but helpful and patient. Great communication via text and phone calls. First Triumph purchase and they made it really comfortable to just come in and have a seat and a chat before I made a decision.I remember going to Street Stuff when they were just a couple doors down years ago when it was still just a dream to get a motorcycle. The new showroom is very nice! and much more upscale. Now I am finally able to join the Triumph family and they gave me a great deal on a 2023 Triumph Bobber. I am actually fortunate to be able to have easy local access to this dealership. Hopefully the service department is as great to deal with! Can't wait to pick up the bike after winter storage!

Off season, they had a bike I wanted in inventory, called confirmed it was there and I was on my way hoping for a test ride, they confirmed my riding experience over the phone, had the bike on a battery tender when I got there. Short time later I took a 10mile lap around town escorted by Sean, and an hour after that, had the bike loaded in the back of my truck to transport home. It's February and it was cold, but pretty sure that's outside of their control!

After going to two dealerships before and getting the run around I was able to put a deposit on a bike and walk out in 48 hours. Zero fuss.

We recently purchased a new Triumph at Street Stuff. We are very happy with our bike and the overall experience. They have a great selection of new Triumphs and Indians. Their friendly, professional staff and service made it very easy to get our bike. The first 500 mile service was also easy to schedule and met all expectations. We've owned many bikes of all different manufacturers and we highly recommend Street Stuff and the Brands they carry.

On initial contact the employee's and owners were informative and helpful. After dropping bike off for repairs all that changed. Simple work took too long. Very hard to reach, they didn't communicate unless multiple calls were made to inquire on progress. More interested in selling bikes and not repairs. Work that was said to be completed was not done. I would not recommend this shop for repairs on any bikes.

Bought a 2023 Sagebrush Smoke Chieftain Darkhorse and couldn't be happier with the service. A freindly family run store with Indians and Triumph models. Sean was happy to let me ride all the bikes I wanted to test. I settled on the Cheiftain Darkhorse pictured here .I will update when I use their service area next week for my 500 mile first service.

Awesome dealership. All the staff I have talked to were very friendly and helpful. No one pressured me into purchasing anything I didn't want. Very open and up front pricing. My sales experience was phenomenal. My service experience was top notch. Definitely recommend Street Stuff for all your Triumph and Indian needs!

Awesome team to work with here. Everyone was friendly and supportive during my purchase, and I was given a fair deal on my trade in which made it worth it to drive 6 hours to seal the deal!

Street Stuff is a terrific dealership! All the employees are polite, knowledgeable and customer focused. The entire team, sales, parts and finance were really helpful during the purchase of my new Triumph. A big "Thank You" to all the folks at Street Stuff.

I recently brought my 2006 Triumph Sprint ST in for a valve adjustment and new plugs. They immediately looked at the bike and gave me a list of some other issues which I had suspected were in need of repair and quickly located the parts from other dealers that were on BO from Triumph. They kept me updated during the whole process and had the job completed much sooner than I expected. I couldn't be happier with the results and the level of attention that the owner and the technicians provided. I live in Central Massachusetts and went out of my way to have my bike serviced here due to their reputation and wouldn't hesitate to bring it in again for any future issues. Nice people and GREAT service!

Bought a '22 T120 a year ago. Love the bike and the sale went well. Each time I have dealt with them since has left me feeling like I am begging to spend my $$$ with someone who is squeezing me in to their busy schedule.

Oh my goodness...great first time experience with the shop and it was great! I stopped into the shop to check if they could get my bike in for service and tire change...Rich was great at sorting things out in getting a tire ordered; after finding out that Metzler no longer makes the same tire I had installed. I missed my first scheduled appointment but Rich worked things out to where I was quickly rescheduled in for the work. Rich, Rob and Eric the technicians that work there were knowledgeable and easy to talk to...it was a hot day and it was a pleasure coming into a cool shop full of happy people! Thanks guys for a great experience and know that I will be coming back for work on my bikes. I will definitely be out and about letting people know about Street Stuff and my great experience at your shop!

I had inquired about an eBay sale after hours. Early during business hours the following day they returned my call and spoke to me in great detail about the Rocket 3 I was interested in buying. I made the commitment to purchase the bike that instant and put a deposit down. During the next week they lined up financing for me and had her ready to go. Easiest bike purchase I have ever made and they described it perfectly. Furthermore they followed up with me a week later to check in and answered all of my questions, leaving me very happy with the entire experience.Edit: I know it has been two years but in the months following my purchase, I had a few problems with the bike. I requested progressive springs to be installed in june of 2016 and was told that the head mechanic would be away for about a month at that time... In the middle of the season. I had to bring my triumph to another dealer and we found that the rear differential was bone dry. A bike that had been completely "gone through" was left with a crucial component needing repair, a very expensive repair. Since then I have not had any desire to return. I will say that every time we talked, they were courteous and happy to help in any way. My recommendation would be to not buy a bike in December and always test ride a used bike for mechanical readiness.

I purchased a new Triumph Bonneville T120 last Friday from Street Stuff in Norwich. What a wonderful experience. They are a family owned business and the concern that Rich, Monica and Eric had to satisfy my search for a new ride was sensational. So easy to work with. I would recommend them without a doubt - top tier, top quality folks. And I love the new Bonny.

Really nice shop inside. Unfortunately they didn't have much for smaller bikes or more entry level but I guess something's coming out shortly so I'll be stopping back once it comes out.

Excellent dealership, family owned and operated. Rick, Monica and Eric were friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a great deal on a fantastic Bonneville Speedmaster. Very glad I went to see them. Love the bike. All they need is more room for all the bikes.

Awesome dealership. The staff is clearly interested in getting you on the right bike for the right deal. Picked up my 2016 Street Triple R recently and they definitely took care of me. I'll be coming back to Street Stuff for any maintenance/services, and I've already started recommending them to people looking for a new bike. It's awesome to find places that still exist purely because the owner's love what they do!

Initially ordered a clutch cable online a month ago but still hadnt received it due to fullfillment delays so i decided to try and order the part from this local dealership. They got the cable in within two weeks and was finally able to get back on my bike. They were quick and friendly and had a good selection of triumphs for sale.

I was shopping for a new triumph tiger 800 and was in contact with several other dealers before deciding to check out street stuff. Everytime I called they were very informative, friendly and willing to let me take a test ride. I made the 3hr drive to look at the bike and met all the staff, all being professional and eager to help. After some negotiating I put a down pymnt on the bike I wanted and picked it up the next week. Although they were the furthest away from me it was the customer service that got me in the door and why I chose to do business with street stuff. They have been equally helpful after the sale as well. It has been a pleasure doing business with a great staff of people.

Even though I had driven by Street Stuff many times I always thought they were just a custom bike shop but boy was I wrong. I stopped in one day on my way home and was greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff and a wide assortment of bikes from street bikes to cruisers. Street Stuff turned out to be a triumph dealer but they can service, support and sell other brands too.Ultimately I was so impressed with the professional friendly manner of everyone that I ended up trading in my old bike and buying a new Triumph and I would have no problem recommending these guys to anyone. No high pressure sales people just down to earth honest bike lovers.

Absolutely wonderful shop, filled with a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I've had the good fortune of having great buying experiences in the past, though like others have said, Street Stuff is the best! My motorcycle purchase exceeded my expectations and I look forward to dealing with them for all my motorcycle needs. A+ in all categories.
