I have never been here before yesterday but they did an amazing job. Needed an oil change and inspection and they did a great job and even washed my car. It was a Ford but they had no hesitation working on it. Wait time was standard for dealerships. Took about an hour and a half. The service department was extremely friendly and helpful and the price for an oil change is really hard to beat in the area. A+ very pleased.

Great experience purchasing a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum at Nissan of Norwich. Joe the salesperson was very helpful. I had a price target in mind on the exact model and color we wanted and worked with Joe to land on a final OTD price. Test drove the car that night and picked it up the next day. Joe spent a couple hours reviewing all the bells and whistles with us, and called up after we took delivery to make sure we were having a great experience. Thanks Joe and Nissan of Norwich!

Amazing service from start to finish. I will buy my next car from Joe again. Highly recommend. My young daughter scratched my car not even 12 hours after the purchase. They went above and beyond to help me fix the scratch even though it was after the purchase.

I recently bought a used vehicle, they were very eager to please and corrected everything that I asked them to correct before I drove off the lot, Cletus was funny and very helpful with the financial aspect of it he was very professional! I m always apprehensive about dealing with car dealerships but this one was a pleasure to purchase from!

This review is from 2010. This dealership screwed me hard on a used Xterra I purchased. They refused to repair a leaking head gasket after the check engine light came on two weeks after purchasing it. The extended warranty they sold me also didn't cover the repairs, as they said it had to have been done by a previous owner, not a dealership. I had to take out another $5k loan to have the engine rebuilt with the salesperson telling to get lost and its "not his problem, its mine". I know 14 years is a long time in the future to leave a review...but I just saw a green Xterra and reminded me I was bit overdue for this review.

CONSUMER BEWARE! I will never work with this dealership again. I have been using them for my car's oil changes for years, which includes checking and topping off all fluids. Well, it turns out that they must not have been doing what I have been paying them for because I blew my transmission due to low transmission fluid. I talked to the GM on 12/23, Joe Thomas, and he apologized and assured me that he would help me after the holiday, and that someone would call me first thing in the morning on 12/26 with towing and diagnostics. However, I was never contacted, and when I called them, they had no idea what I was talking about and denied our previous conversation. I expressed my concern kindly, even though it is very apparent what happened and that they were in the wrong, and they communicated that they could care less about their customers. The owner of this dealership needs to take a good look at their service department, because they are cheating customers.

Amazing service!!!!! Chris greeted us in the parking lot and immediately made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions. He gave us a recommendation for lunch across the street to think about our purchase and we returned and felt confident in Chris and the dealership. I am so beyond happy with my purchase and am loving every second in my beautiful car!! Chris by far exceeded our expectations and is a awesome guy.

When arriving at the Nissan dealership, I was uncertain if I was going to leave with a car today. I did! due to the excellent staff who spent a lot of their time investing into helping me find the right car and the right fit. Ryan Vigue and Chris Brennan walked me through the process and made sure I throughly understood everything. I didn t feel rush actually the total opposite which made me want to commit. Thank you to the amazing team at Nissan of Norwich dealership.

I had the most terrible experience at this car dealership. I brought my car in because it failed emissions, and I explicitly told them to fix the issue causing the car to fail emissions. They charged me a whopping $2000, but the very next day, my car started spewing smoke from the hood. When I confronted them, they suddenly claimed that a million other things were wrong, including the radiator, and demanded an extra $900 to fix it. Not only did they not resolve the original issue, but they also tried to squeeze more money out of me without even knowing what was causing the smoke. I will never set foot in that place again!

Always a good experience. I drop my car the night before and they have the next day to do the oil change at their convenience, then call me when it s done. Always professional but they did forget to apply the $10 coupon that Nissan emailed me. I emailed it to them and he forgot to deduct it from my total. Has put a note on my acct to provide a $20 credit next time I m in. I m satisfied with that. Nissan is the only place I have my maintenance done and I m comfortable with that decision.

I was in a real jam. My 2006 Rav 4 was making funny noises and I was in panic-mode since I didn't have money for repairs. I didn't have a down-payment and they helped me lease a 2018 Nissan Rogue AWD with $0 down. My credit isn't great but it wasn't bad either. They even made my first payment and filled my tank. My salesman, Brian, was very understanding about my situation and really fought for me to get what I needed without out-of-pocket expense. I drove out without spending a penny and kept my Rav 4 which I will fix later. The entire staff was very friendly and I felt very comfortable in their showroom. Nothing but smiles from everyone. I would highly recommend them. I am telling all my family and friends to go there.

My most recent experience at Nissan of Norwich was awesome! I went to get an oil change and ended up buying a brand new Rogue Platinum. My 2015 Rogue had 88,000 miles and I decided to look at new vehicles.I talked to Joe, the general manager, who greeted us on the lot and he connected me with salesman, Ted Daniska. Ted was excellent! He showed me different vehicles and answered all my questions and had me test drive the vehicle that I really liked. He spent so much time going over everything about the Rogue Platinum and was very thorough. Ted was instrumental in helping me decide to buy the new Nissan Rogue Platinum! It was definitely the best experience buying a car for me!

Car was in for two minor issues. Both issues were solved but the charge based on the solution for both issues was was too much. In addition, never got a call on what the issues were or how much the charges would be. Had to call in late afternoon to check on the car and was told, good thing you called because your service advisor left for the day. So no one would have called to tell me it was ready hours ago. Loved my sales experience but Service needs to catch up.

Purchased 2 cars through Nissan of Norwich and was happy with their services until the experience I had today. Brought my 2020 Sentra in for a diagnostic for the volume that stopped working out of nowhere. Was told of the diagnostic fee and agreed to it with the implication that this was a simple software fix and an update may have been needed. If not, then it was the head unit. Upon waiting 90minutes for the diagnostic I was informed the software update was not successful and the repair would cost an amount that I won't list here. No fix, and no solution other than pay for a repair through them that was separate from the diagnostic. Also was still forced to pay a diagnostic of $130 (reduced to $116 after arguing) and was told this was all they could do and the tech had be paid for his time.I've been a loyal customer for yrs and had planned to shop here for my 3rd vehicle from them, but no longer. My warning is if you need a diagnostic not to bring it here because nothing could potentially be resolved but payment will always be due the same. I guess not reducing a fee is worth losing a car purchase. Oh well...time to look for a new radio and new dealership.

So I had Becky as my person. SHE IS WAS AMAZING!!!! I was dealing with a lot on my plate and she was very honest with me during my whole experience. Alex was also helpful too. I have purchased several vehicles from Nissan of Norwich and have also brought friends and family to purchase there. I am a very discerning buyer and will walk out if I don't feel I've been treated well. Clearly, given my track record of continuing to buy from Nissan of Norwich, I have always been treated very well.Chris, the salesman for this particular purchase and my previous purchase as well, is extraordinary. He's knowledgeable, friendly, takes the time to answer my questions, and is not aggressive in his approach. ( This is a good thing as I have zero tolerance for aggressive salesman.)While the deal started and ended with Chris, I have to applaud to the rest of the team at Nissan of Norwich as well. Bob always recognizes me and takes a moment to greet me and catch up when I enter the dealership. The finance team that takes me through the process of signing the paperwork, etc. Is always wonderful. And the service team carries that through as well.In my opinion, the team at Nissan of Norwich is setting the bar for all dealerships. I will definitely do business with them again.

I bought out my car lease at Nissan of Norwich just recently. I live a 50 minute drive away, but close to go back to the Norwich location because of how they have treated me for the past 2+ years. Ted, Chris, Daniel, and Emily all made my car buying experience so much better! I owe it to them as to the reason why I had such a great experience.
