Our exhaust flex pipe rusted apart on our Mini and we had to leave on a trip the next morning before 11:00. We dropped off the car at 3:00pm and first thing the next morning it was done at a very reasonable price and even less than the estimate . They cut out the old piece and welded in a new flex pipe that saved us many hundreds of dollars versus a whole new system. I used to own a garage and I was really impressed. I give them 5 stars. Thank you saving our trip.

The customer service here is superior. Ryan went absolutely above and beyond to help me with getting my car fixed. He was upfront and honest with me, was always available and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. I cannot thank this man and this shop enough for the work that they did for me. It's not very often that you find truly good people out there, but Ryan is one of them! I will absolutely return to them for any future work.

Great service. Friendly staff. Ryan took the time to explain what was needed for repairs on my car, and went through the cost of the repairs. He explained in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and timely! My tow truck driver who was a sweetheart told Meineke all the details and they actually called me instead of me having to call them because I was in a panic.The gentleman who works the phone was so incredibly nice and made sure to keep me in the loop. He informed me within a couple hours that I needed a new alternator and battery and gave me a good estimate of how much it would cost. My car was done by the exact time he said it would be. They got me in and out of the door within 5 minutes. I highly recommend!

Very reliable and they don t overcharge like crazy, I ve gone here for the last 3-4 oil changes and they also fixed my transmission leakage. It s very easy to tell that they care a lot about the people that come to their shop. Very funny people too, love these guys

Absolutely the best place for brakes, mufflers and maintenance on you auto. Friendly and fast and always reasonably priced. Like having a family member working there.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I called before closing to inquire about bringing my car in the next day. The gentleman on the phone told me it would have to be in before noon, but I was working until then. He made an exception and allowed me to bring the car in a bit later to check out the rattling noise. When I brought the car in, they took care of it right away and I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Thank you guys so so much!!!

The crew was great! Went in for an oil change and possible oil leak. They found the problem, ordered parts, had me up and running the next morning. What I really appreciated is that they told me about other things to keep my eye on but didn't pressure me to get those things fixed now. I will be a repeat customer.

I just wanna start by saying this place has your back it was just before 7 o clock when I come down the road and my car that I just got back from ford starts overheating again at this point I m at my whits end with this issue and I happen to pull into this meineke and the manager Ryan backed back in and gave his personal time to help me get through this issue we end up finding out ford tech failed to put a clamp on and the system was open and was pulling in air and pushing the coolant out Ryan sat with me for over an hour helping bleed out the whole system this was a huge lifesaver but today I gained a new business that I can trust and I also made a new friend big thank you to this place for making sure I was taken care ofService: Auto water leak repair

Super helpful and funny! Help inspect my Subaru foresters brakes and fix my e brake! They are very knowledgeable with Subarus if you need a good mechanic!

The guys there are all so nice! Mechanic Jay had been there for years and is very knowledgeable. They've helped me with multiple vehicles and I've never had any issues afterwards!!

Brought my car in all broken and they fixed it right up! I have absolutely no knowledge of cars so Mike (from Groton) who wasn t even supposed to be at the Norwich store held my hand and walked through the entire process! Thanks so much guys!

I had my muffler break on a Sunday, called them Monday morning and they were able to get in me in right away, fix my muffler in an hour and not break the bank.I HIGHLY recommend their services and will be bringing my car back to them again.

Suddenly the left front bearing got faulty on the road and went there to replace it, which is fine, although the parts price is $100+ more than MSRP. They also replaced the front brake pads and rotors without my approval. I was pretty sure the pads were left enough to go home so that I can replace them myself. As I refused to pay for the brakes, they placed the old brakes back. 2+ more hours lost.I already had pads in my garage so I did it right next day. I noticed that the lug nuts were too tightened, probably they used air wrench without torque regulation. It took a while to remove with my 7.5-amp coded impact wrench. And also the hardware of brake pads (back plate and clips) were missing. My stock pads had back plates and clips for sure. Glad that I decided to do it ASAP. And of course I used torque wrench.Overall, I can't regret more that I couldn't find anywhere else than this place.

Good for oil change and break jobs. There are probably cheaper places to get quality work done but running around shopping for it costs money also.

I had some work done to my car in NY yesterday, drove to CT to find that some screws weren't affixed properly and my car was making a terrible noise. I called Meineke and they told me to come straight away. I did and they had me out of there in under 20 min. They showed me the problem and explained what screws were missing...earnest & honest workers. I highly recommend and will think of them first if ever need any repair work. Thanks so much!

I am extremely disappointed in this place. I had my car towed there because it would not start. I had recently replaced my battery there and had a good experience so I put my trust in them. Anyway, he looked at my car and said the starter was bad and needed to be replaced and quoted me a pretty high price. My husband and I decided to get quotes from other auto repairs to see if we can get a better deal and we did. I called Meineke back and told them I was having my car towed out of there to another place and the guy said you don t have to do that, I jump started the starter which I didn t think you could do. I drove it to the other shop and the guy asked how we got it there if the starter was bad, i told him the other shop jump started it, they just gave me a look and said they would take a look. They called me like 3 hours later and said the starter is not bad because it starts every time he tries, but believes that there was a loose part that he fixed. The car has been great since, no issues, no engines lights, nothing. I can t believe Meineke was going to take my money for a job that didn t even need to be done!! I am never going back there and will let everyone know my experience! Mike is not as educated as he seems! So full of it!

Took my wife's vehicle in before a long trip to have a full inspection. They recommend rear brakes and brake flush which made perfect sense for 75k. Michelle was very professional and complemented how nice we keep the vehicle. The job was done at a great price and same day as my appointment. We were very impressed and appreciated how great John Plum and his team took care of us.

This was my first time going to meineke and the service was beyond amazing. The owner Rick was unbelievably helpful.I stopped in without an appointment and they took me as soon as I got there. Jay helped analyze my car and was very thorough in his assessment. I didn't have a mechanic as I just moved here but I do now. This place hands down beyond the shadow of a doubt not only cares about their customers but also offers affordable,reasonable pricing and their time is impeccable. I was referred by someone to stop in and I suggest you do the same if you want someone that's going to actually care about the work they do and provide quality service.
