Gabby at Marvel Auto Body was SO helpful to me when I had to send my car to get fixed. She helped me with communication between the insurance company and rental car company to make things easy and stress free. Marvel Auto Body as a whole is very down to earth and reliable to get the job done. Highly recommend. They are now my go to auto shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We use Marvel whenever we're in the unfortunate position of needing them for auto body work. They always make sure that our vehicles are returned to factory spec. No corners cut, no quick patch jobs. I didn't get the woman's name, but I had reserved a Penske truck at this location, I was running 15 minutes late - I called this company and the woman on the line said " I'm not staying an extra 15 minutes, if you can't get here before that I am leaving". This caused me to have to go to another STATE to get a truck!! I ended up getting a larger truck- meaning more gas through my trip -in the hundreds because this was from Ct to a lower southern state. I had my phone on speaker so I'm not the only one who heard how rude & disrespectful this woman was. DO NOT rely on them to work with you.

Had my car totalled by an inattentive tractor trailer driver. Marvel was called by the state police. Found them very helpful and.considerate. Hope it's a long while before I need further auto body / towing service, but I feel they're honest and direct in answering your questions.

Should have seen previous posts. Beware. This industry is popul;ated by Bait & Switch artists posting low prices that truckers won't accept..Marvel doesn't disclose this and lures you away from U-ship where performance is mandatory. They collect deposits up-front and then try to find a trucker. In my case two weeks later, no driver. Difficult refund.Service: Car towing

They constantly asked how much we were willing to pay. The guy who s name is Scott refuses to let me come in and get a fender painted while I have the car there so he can color match and the paint codes. One of the employees damaged the fender after talking it out of the package. They refused to tell us an estimate or their pricing.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Chances are that if you need to visit an auto body shop, you've found yourself in a stressful situation.Everyone at Marvel understood that when I had work done there. They gave me a same day estimate when I walked in, helped me schedule a rental car, came in yhe next day before they were officially open so that rental could pick me up, and most importantly Marvel did great work repairing my vehicle and got me back in my car quickly.

I got recommended by my mechanic to go to Marvel Auto Body when my truck got hit from behind. From the time i dropped off my truck until the time i picked it up, everything was handled very professional with courtesy and promptly. The body work and paint job was amazing, you can't even tell i was in an accident. Anytime I'm in need of auto body work, this is where I'll go.

Roberta and Mark are not trustworthy people, they were very unprofessional and thieves, my car was towed because of flat tires, I was told by Mark to go buy tires and it would stop storage fee, Upon delivering tire I received a invoice on what my total cost would be for the next day when car was fixed and ready, then next day, they called saying it was a few adjustments on invoice , only needed 2 tires instead of 4, ok. I m thinking great the bill should be lower than expected. I called shop near end of day and they demanded I come right now to pay & pick u car, at this time I was at work, so I got permission to leave work to go get car, when I got to shop, they said Oo your new bill is much greater than we told you the day before? I m like whatttttt!! No way! I never authorized other work nor did I receive phone call saying amount would be higher than agreed.. Then they started demanding payment, as I m forking over cash they were immediately scooping my cash up and I asked for keys an Mark decided he wasn t handing me my car key, instead he went and called the police, I waited. As police officer arrived the mechanic was wheeling my car out of the back garage.. Needless to say, everything Deescalated, I got my car and Marvel ended shorting themselves on original invoice.. O.M.G what a catastrophe.. they were trying to rip me off for more money and not trying to give me my car back... BEWARE OF ROBERTA AND MARK!!Services: Tires, Car towing

Got a very bad deal at marvel for a used car, they sold the car knowing there were serious problems and gave no warranty ,and even worse the owner refused to help me out it. I only rate 1 star because I can't go any lower would never recommend to anyone.

I've been coming here for years and they've always been fair, honest and reliable. They're some of the nicest guys I've known in the industry and my family will continue to do business through them as long as we can.

This place is a godsend! Really professional employees, especially Mark and Ed. Prices are user friendly and they worked within our budget. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. My husband and I would highly recommend anyone to do business here.

No, thank you, Lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. Worst place ever. What they don't understand is that there are several places where you can go and receive an excellent service and a wonderful customer service together.
