Excellent service. Todd provided updates on repairs on a consistent basis as promised. Alyssa was very customer oriented and helped facilitate the process through completion of the work. Girard Ford Collision went over and beyond in assuring that the repairs were done in a professional and competent manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of such services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional service, regular contact and constant updates. Quality is lacking in the technicians. Returned car multiple times for significant amount of time for items not repaired right the first time. an example would be the head lights were not re-aimed following the repair. When requested to fix, they lowered the good one, vice raising the bad one. resulted in only having headlight beam about 1.5 car lengths on asphalt. If not for the professional service, would have been a 1 star review. ended up having final item repaired at cars original dealership.Service: Body & Trim

0 out of 5, 0 stars. i was involved in a hit a run accident and i had to claim it on my insurance. so i had to foot the bill along with my insurance. my insurance company did not work directly with girard ford, but i chose them anyways in good faith to work on my Mazda. during the process of repair i returned my vehicle over 6 times to correct work that was done poorly and also incorrectly. i spoke with my insurance adjuster and they told me since i pretty much contracted with girard ford i would have to continue dealing with them and to go back and have things done correctly. in my circumstances and opinion they half did the repairs needed. if you want your car that was damaged to be fixed and in acceptable condition, i am warning you do not go to girard ford in norwich.Service: Body & Trim
