My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience shopping for vehicles yesterday. Zach, the Finance Manager and Junior, the Salesman were beyond helpful in our search. They made sure to go out of there way to give us the best experience possible. No pushy tactics, no feeling like you have to walk away with a car that day.My wife and I have always tried to steer clear of dealerships in the past as we just never had aplesant experience from anywhere we have gone. I cannot recommend Girard Ford enough. Not only did Zach and junior take care of us but the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and made sure to introduce themselves as we were going through the process of taking our new vehicle home. If you are looking for an EASY, absolutely pleasant experience while shopping for your next vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Girard Ford in Norwich. Ask for Zach or Junior and you will be taken care of from start to finish. I wish I could rate this more than 5 stars. My wife and i will be buying all our future vehicles here. Do not hesitate to shop here!!

We needed to get a new suv as the lease on the one I had was almost expired, so we went to Girard Ford to replace it. There we met Brandon Lane, who helped us pick out our new car. Meeting Brandon was like meeting an old friend. He was so pleasant and talkative, you would never know he is new to this profession. Everyone there was very friendly. With Brandon's help, we found a car and it was the quickest car purchase we have ever made. We love our new 2024 Ford Edge, and couldn't have done it without Brandon's help. When we are ready to go back, we will definitely look for Brandon to sell us our next car. Thanks so much Brandon!

Girard Ford gave us the easiest, most stress free transaction EVER!! Kevin is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and an all around super nice guy :). Matt and Luis are familiar faces, which is always nice when doing business. We kept them late at work, had a few kerfuffles, only because of the holiday weekend. Girard handled all of it like total GOATS!! We are thrilled with the purchase and the service. Thanks so much to all!!

Finally decided on a truck and the Ford F-150 was a great choice and Girard Ford was a pleasure to work with. Our salesperson Brandon was very down to earth and easy to deal with, he even picked up a pizza for us because we were so hungry waiting to finish up the paper.

We bought a used car and the experience was amazing! Kevin Nguyen was our sales representative, and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!!!The entire sales team was pleasant and accommodating. We got a deal that we were very pleased with and we wasted no time. I would and have already recommended Kevin to my family and friends, and next time we want or need to by a vehicle we will call Kevin!!!

We had a terrible experience, with all of them in service and collision, they broke my 5k b&w 5th wheel hitch witch I have to pay to replace they said they might reimburse us but I doubt it. I got the truck back with a terrible vibration in the front end my back window leaks the paint is all spoty. They forget to put trim back on. We've been up there 3 times to fix it and they won't. Don't ever go here i had to find a new shop and my thousands out of pocket

Girard Ford has been awesome through my whole purchasing process. As an out of state customer they had to jump through hoops to get it all situated. I worked with Junior and all 3 2 sales managers (Joey and Eddie) to get the details squared away. Junior was is a top not ambassador to the dealership and from the time I walked in the door I was treated better than my expectations. I'd definitely drive the 9.5hr trip to come back here again. This dealer should be the prime example of how EVERY Ford dealer should model their service off of.

We went to Girard Ford to look for a truck for my husband on a rainy Saturday and Brandon and the guys at Girard Ford were so great we ended up staying all day and leaving with a Ford 150 for my Husband and a Ford Bronco soft top for me. We will totally return when we need new cars and when our children need new cars. Thank you guys for making Buying a car stress free and being so friendly.

It was a pleasure purchasing my new 2024 f250 king ranch from Girard Ford. Eric Gutierrez was most helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend that if you re looking for a new truck to visit Girard and ask for Eric. Doug the manager was also a big help with assisting me ordering the truck. He explained the process and was very patient. The finance manager was also quick with the paperwork.Thanks everyone.

Upon having an urgent rear brake issue I had contacted Pete in Service and he was able to take my car in the next day for repair. With a closer inspection He suggested the front brakes also needed replacing. The car was done and ready to take home later in the same day at a reasonable, competitive price. It's great having a Dealer so close by and I'm happy with the job they did. Thank you!

Just purchased a used truck from here. Junior Gutierrez was nothing short of excellent. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and accomodating even staying well after closing hours to make sure the truck was in tip top shape before I left. Highly recommend!

I was disappointed. My f350 fuel tank won't allow more than 7.5 or 8 gallon before clicking off. Fuel collects where nozzle goes in. Asked in service, what could do that ?? We will let you know for $140. If you want us to fix it, that's more per the service dept. Went around back to body shop after their suggestion. Asked what could be wrong. I'd have to schedule an appointment (140) to get their opinion. Repair would be additional. I asked if they had a tech on lunch, it was noon, I'd be happy to buy lunch by my 20 bill, just tell me what it could be. No thanks, we'd rather charge you 140. Ouch. Hopefully I never need Girard for anything again. Simon Ford was far better.

Junior put me into the perfect vehicle after I lost my beautiful car because irresponsible drivers totaled it while I was in a Wal Mart parking lot. Our salesman was Amnel, he was great, actually everyone was. We got a great car and a good trade in value on our old car. Amnel took time to go all the settings on our Ford Escape. We had a very good experience with Gerard Ford in Norwich. If your looking for a new vehicle, that's the place to go and ask for Amnel

Eddie Isenburg and his team made this Bronco possible! From the initial registration window back in Jan 2021 for an OBX to final delivery in Mar 2023 of a Wildtrak, they've been instrumental in providing me with real time status (when Ford had any). Working with Eddie to transfer my order to Hawaii after changing duty stations, then transferring the order back to CT since the dealership in Hawaii was going to charge an arm and a leg for a markup fee (wasn't the initial agreement with the Hawaii dealership).Upon delivery in CT, Eddie and his team were there every step of the way, providing a relatively seamless transition for paperwork to be properly filed out and accepted with me being on the other side of the country. They were also able to search for every possible rebate that was available. This allowed for an overall out-the-door price that no one could turndown.With every dealership I've dealt with, their professionalism, dedication and devolution to customer satisfaction is unrivaled. I'd be happy to go back to and our highly recommend Girard Ford in Norwich, CT any time I'm back in CT. Thank you once again for everything!-Aaron

Came in for service to get a loaner and Junior introduced himself he's a very knowledgeable very kind very patient young man and helpful. We came here today because we had a leak on our roof. Junior went to me and presented a 2020 Ford Escape and loved it. Would definitely recommend coming back here and ask for Junior!

I used Girard after a collision accident in my car. Todd in the body shop was always pleasant and happy to explain everything I asked. There was no hassle with having them go through my insurance. I got my car back today looking great and even freshly washed. I would recommend them.

Had a great buying experience with Girard Ford. My sales man Bob B. was friendly, professional, and provided great customer service. Communication was excellent. This is probably the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Junior is extremely well informed, and a very comfortable person to talk with. He answered all my questions, sometimes repeatedly. He also spent a lot of time with me, teaching me how to use my new electric vehicle. Working with all the staff at Girard Ford has been an absolutely positive experience. I would definitely come here again.
