I had a very pleasant buying experience with Falvey's! I drove all the way from Boston, MA to look at a new truck they had available. Tim worked with me on this purchase. He called me the day before I was to make the trek out there to confirm the truck was still available on the lot. Greeted me at the door when I arrived at their dealership. Was very patient, personable and knowledgeable. Knew all the answers to my questions. Greg was great too, made sure the numbers worked for me and was honest throughout the entire buying process. So happy with my new truck and how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend this dealership.

This was the best car buying experienced I've ever had! Their whole team is fantastic! Tristan listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. The manager was helpful and the finance guy went over all of the options and made sure I understood them. Falvey's will be my first step for future purchases!

I recently brought my 23 Rocky Ridge Jeep Gladiator to Falvey's for 2 issues. I dropped it off and they contacted me to tell me they couldn't work on it due to after market parts installed and that they didn't have a wiring diagram. I then took it to Valenti's Jeep in Mystic, dropped it off and received a call 30 minutes later saying it was all set.

Had a great experience vehicle shopping at Falvey's. Fast, Fair and Friendly is how I'd describe it. Tom was very helpful, despite my hesitancy to trust car dealerships. I was very comfortable when all was said and done. I love my new RAM 2500!

Amazing experience! Worked out details with Greg over the phone, drove 3 hours and met with Rich, everything was as described! Quick and easy with no surprises. Will recommend all I know to go to Falveys! Worth the ride from Massachusetts! I ll drive there for my oil changes!

Drove from Pennsylvania to these guys which is about a 6 hour ride to pick up a challenger Hellcat. These guys are extremely easy to work with and upfront about everything. Got an amazing deal and experience, couldn t be happier! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new ride and a good price

Experience was wonderful. My wife and I were out visiting dealerships one day and went by Falvey's. Spoke to Nic and Greg. They explained they had a vehicle coming in that was thought to check all of our boxes. We returned a couple weeks later. We loved it. Not only was the vehicle perfect, the customer service and courtesy was second to none. Nic was very knowledgeable in the vehicle and pleasant to speak with. Greg worked out the deal and we left having signed for a new vehicle. Great experience. Best experience purchasing a vehicle ever. Thanks Falvey's!

Just wanted to send everyone a greeting to visit TJ Falvey @ Falvey's Motors. I just purchased a used 2016 Ram Long Horn edition that is the " Cadillac" of trucks. Tim, and the rest of the Falvey's family, is very knowledgeable about their products, friendly, helpful and a very professional person. After I expressed my wants and needs, he presented a few selections from their inventory that would "fit the bill". I selected this model because of Tim's suggestion, and I am very pleased with the final outcome! My wife and I, along with the rest of my family, have been purchasing vehicles from Falvey's for over Thirty years and are never dissatisfied. I met with Rich Burdick about a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel, which is very hard to find used. He was friendly, helpful and right to the point. We went for a test ride, within 20 minutes of arriving back his boss worked the numbers and made it happen for me. Service was great, the Jeep was ready 2 days later, they had fixed a few minor issues and sent me on my way.Great business to work with, no BS or games, no high pressure or tricks. I am very happy with my experience.

DO NOT bring your car to Falvey's for repair. We brought our dodge dart because we were sure that the head gasket was leaking because antifreeze was disappearing and there were no radiator leaks so it had to be a crack where the antifreeze was getting burned in the engine. They had the car for over a week and couldn't find anything. We were charged $418 even though they didn't find the problem.They agreed that they smelled antifreeze and agreed there was something wrong they just didn't know what! They told us to continue adding antifreeze which is not cheap since it's a special kind for chrysler vehicles. After months of continually adding antifreeze we decided to bring it to Capital Garage to see if they could find the problem and they said yes in fact it was a blown head gasket just like we told Falvey's! My grandfather lives in NC and is a master mechanic and he diagnosed it right over the phone with us just explaining what was happening and the so called mechanics at Falvey's couldn't even diagnose it after having the car for a whole week!

This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealer. Rich and TJ were incredibly easy to work with and communicate with. They were both extremely receptive to what I was looking for and did their absolute best to accommodate. 100% recommend doing business with them!

My experience with Falvey s was out of this world!!! The test drive was amazing. Tristan took me on the best route possible letting me really see what the Jeep Grand Cherokee was all about! All of the staff helped me out with any question that i needed. Every one was congratulating me on my new purchase. I got to speak with the owner ! 2 different managers as well as some of the service staff! If you are looking for a jeep in the new London county area look no further. Falvey s will treat you better than you have ever been treated before. Reach out! Ask for Tristan Hurley. The guy knows his stuff! He also makes you feel like family I m happy to be apart of the Falvey family for life ! You will never see me buying a car from any where else ! Thanks Falvey s !!!

I came to this dealership based on a recommendation by a family member and was glad I came here to buy my new car. I am so happy with my new 2021 Jeep Compass.Tristan and Bob were great at assisting me through the car buying experience and gave me just what I was looking for. They took into considerations my needs and budget and were able to point me in the right direction. They made the experience so easy and hassle free. I am more than satisfied with the customer service offered at Falvey's Motors and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

My family and I had a great experience purchasing our new Jeep from Tom S. at Falvey's Norwich. We took a long time to make our decision during the summer months. Tom was understanding of our schedule, and was never pushy. He allowed us to work on our schedule with this purchase. He also took the time to get to know my family so he could get us in the perfect Jeep for right price. Highly recommend seeing him for a new purchase.

Impressive, improved and inviting automotive experience. The sales team is educated about their products. They seem to be recovering from the pandemic. Product selection is good but they have the wherewithal to find exactly (within reason) just what you are looking for in the automotive world. Just make sure to have a budget and stick to that budget.

Had a great experience purchasing my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon from Falvey s! I had done my homework and knew what I was looking for. I was in and out with my new Jeep in just a few hours. I drove two and a half hours to do business with Falvey s and it was worth it, and I d do it again. Everyone from the General manager, to the sales manager, to finance manager, to our Salesperson Tristan, we re excellent.Thanks guys!

It's hard to put into words how wonderful the Falvey Team is. They truly make you feel like a part of their family. I have never had such a positive, easy going, and painless car buying experience until I found myself here. Our salesman Tristan was amazing - he was never pushy, had great knowledge of the car we were looking at, and it truly felt like we were just hanging out with one of our friends - not buying a car from a salesman! The sales manager was also a top notch guy. He went above and beyond for us and we probably spent more time laughing and exchanging stories than the actual finance process. Everyone we met there was just so genuine and kind (and all love dogs I might add as my Frenchton got top treatment while he was there too). I left same day off the lot with my vehicle and the way we were treated at Falvey's had a lot to do with it. If you have the opportunity to buy from this dealership you should - they are really something special. Thank you all again. My husband and I really enjoyed meeting you & we will be in touch!

Great bunch of folks to work with. Very efficient, no high pressure. The salesman, Tom Smith, spent a lot of time with us, explained things very well and even drove with us to out house (15 miles one-way) to pick up our trade-in vehicles. A little above and beyond. Greg was great too, got us the best finance rate, extremely good to work with. And sold us an extremely nice Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland.

My salesman, Tristan Hurley was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He and manager, Bob Lusk were great to deal with. They were very straight forward and did not play the high pressure games I encountered at other dealerships. They gave me a great price from the start. After my purchase Tristan went over all the Jeep's features with me. I live out of state and had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get there and would make the drive again for my next car. Tristan and Bob actually made my car buying experience a pleasure. Thank you Falvey Motors!

My experience was legitimately the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. This dealership is not like most dealerships. These people here are amazing. They all made us feel right at home. We laughed the entire time. My wife and I will most certainly be doing business with falvey s again! Justin our sales person was great and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I wanted even though I was unsure during curtain times of the buying process. He got me into the perfect truck! Greg is truly the man, we have a lot in common and both love our hidden compartments in our vehicles! And now to Charley, talk about a man who know how to get it done! He made the financing part of this process as simple as it could be. Thank you Falvey s for an amazing experience! See you in a few months with my wife s trade in.

I wasn t sure about buying from out-of-state, but they made the whole process seamless. I ve had my new Jeep for 6 weeks now, and loving every drive in it! We recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Falvey s and was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. They had a great selection of vehicles on hand, from the fully loaded Rubicon to the base model and in between where other dealers in the area had very few. Negotiations for price were simple, low pressure and don t play games with the numbers like other dealers. I knew what I wanted to pay which was a great deal and we got there without hassle. They don t upswell you on bogus warranties, protections or junk and the price negotiated is the price out the door. There are no surprises. Paperwork was done, handled by our salesman (Tristan) and don t switch you off to someone else during the process. The jeep was ready, clean and with a full tank of gas. Overall best buying experience I ve had and will use this dealer again in the future. Excellent overall and highly recommended.

I was completely stressed out even thinking about the car buying experience. I met with Tom Smith who immediately put me at ease with his laid back personality and great sense of humor. I appreciated him going over all of the features in the vehicle before our test drive and not even talking about numbers until the test drive was over and we were back inside. Great experience and I love my new Jeep Wrangler!

Great experience! Greg the sales manager was very fair, we went in and knew what we wanted and he even matched what another dealer offered us for our trade. Rich Burdick assisted us with the paperwork and showing us all the options of our new Jeep. Rich is the guy you want see, very knowledgeable with the jeep Wrangler and I know he won't mind a phone call if we ever have any questions. A very good buying experience! Thank you Falvey's!

You can't beat Falvey's. I drove past two other Jeep dealers to get my new Grand Cherokee. Chuck was my salesman and he did a fantastic job understanding my needs and finding the perfect car. Matt the GM took it from there and came up with a financing plan to get the deal done. The price was right, they had a huge selection, and the staff was incredible in how they treat customers. I'll be back!

Very easy working with the team at Falvey's. Had the pleasure of working with "Crazy" Eddie on the sales side along with the sales manager Greg. Both extremely friendly and the deal was done very quickly. Eddie took the time to make sure I was fully familiar with my new Grand Cherokee during the delivery. Happy to recommend this dealership to anyone. If you go, definitely ask for Eddie...you won't be disappointed.
