This place was great and Antonio was a pleasure to work with. We weren t supposed to get the car until Monday and he was able to fit us in the next day! Called with recommendations and did a phenomenal job. I would definitely recommend Dream Automotive!

The best in the U.S.Dream Auto is everything I could ask for in auto repair. I travel full time, coast to coast, north to south, east to west, on and off road, throughout the U.S. in a 2005 Pacifica. My car requires consistent maintenance due to the wear and tear of extreme use.I happened across Dream Auto five years ago when I was outfitting my vehicle for full time travel. They removed all but the driver's seat to accommodate the interior, camper-like build. They also performed a few engine repairs.There were some wiring repairs they couldn't make, but they correctly diagnosed the problem, which I had fixed at another shop.While visiting family in Connecticut I returned to Dream Auto to have my vehicle checked out for some whining noises it was making. I always get a second opinion when major repairs are required, which was the case this time.The Dream Auto mechanics correctly diagnosed drive shaft, sway bar, and shocks issues, which they repaired. I ordered the parts through Amazon, which saved me about a thousand dollars.Dream Auto doesn't do wheel alignments, which I needed after the drive shaft was installed. So I had that done at another shop. Following that, I heard another unfamiliar noise. I returned to Dream Auto where they diagnosed wheel bearing and axle damage, confirmed once again with a second opinion.As before, I ordered the parts, had them sent directly to the shop, and Dream Auto performed the labor. Now my old car drives like she's just off the assembly line. I couldn't be more pleased with her performance.The owner/manager, Antonio, and his brother, a top notch mechanic, one of at least two others, provide a family-like atmosphere, excellent communication, and quality diagnostics and repairs. Whenever I'm in Connecticut, Dream Auto is where I go for the best of the best in car repairs.

Dream is the bomb!!! Straight forward and honest evaluation of your problem. The work is performed in a timely manner and well. The hourly rate is reasonable. I will not hesitate to return or recommend to family and friends!! They also allow you to supply parts. Honest, fair, trustworthy what can you say this is the best you can find in a mechanic.

Best of the best right here! I REALLY needed some brake work done so I asked around, and of course my mom knew the best guy right here. Antonio & the crew got my car in & repaired same day! This repair definitely could ve cost me upwards of a grand, but everyone at Dream is honest & professional. Cannot recommend them enough!

Thought my ac/heat blower fan was badMy ac fan stopped working suddenly. I brought my car to Dream expecting to have the blower motor replaced. A couple hrs later Antonio called me to say while they were looking under the hood the fan unexpectedly started up again, so he didn't charge me anything since they didn't actually fix anything. I so much appreciate his honesty and transparency! He could've told me he fixed it and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Dream has my business for life now and I'll recommend them to anyone needing a car mechanic!

Been gettin my oil changed and anything i dont have to do at the dealer here at dream auto. Just got all my brakes and rotors done for a unbeatable price on short notice. Im coming all the way from Hartford to Norwich because of the phenomenal job they continue to do

Antonio and his crew are top notch! Tried everything they could to free my caliper slide pin but it wouldn't budge! After 2 quick calls to O'Reilly's they had me up and out in no time. Would have been done in an hour if not for the pin! Great service and great price!

After goin thru NUMEROUS body shops, i will NEVER go anywhere else again bc there prices are unbeatable, tha work is undeniably good, and tha best part is u DONT HAVE ANOTHER/MORE ISSUE(S) 2/3 WEEKS AFTER GETTIN WORK DONE LIKE MOST OTHER PLACES- 10/10, i most DEF would reccomend to any and everyone looking to get ANY work done on ur car to switch ur primary "car" doctor to DREAM AUTO bc u will not be dissapointed! First time getting my oil changed at Dream Automotive LLC. Last Tuesday!Great service and friendly and professional staff, especially the owner, Antonio. They were very thorough with the safety inspection after the oil change. I was surprised the first place I went didn't inspect the serpentine belt, which was found to be cracked. I'm getting it replaced and fixed today. This will be the only place I go to from now on for service. Safety inspection is important, and I take it very seriously. Thank you, Dream!

getting your car serviced can definitely be a nerve-wracking experience, but Antonio and his team will quickly resolve any of your worries. they are extremely approachable, kind, honest, and address any concern you have in a way even a non-mechanic will understand. i can t emphasize enough that Antonio truly understands how important your vehicle is to you and will communicate the entire repair process down to what s truly necessary, he won t talk you into or charge you for unnecessary repairs. I walked over from the laundromat next door one day just looking to get a quick oil change and have not brought my car anywhere else since. whether its routine oil changes or bigger work you need done, you can trust they will give you the best value, quality and efficiency compared to any shop in the area. i could not recommend them more, you will not regret bringing your car here. thank you for keeping me on the road!

Very nice guy in front desk but their technician didn't how to change low profile tires they scratch badly rims and brake tires and they didn't admit it .. never again

Went to Dream Auto absolutely thinking I needed a new alternator or starter and they were completely honest and found out it was only the battery terminal needing some tightening done, only got charged $85 compared to what could have been $1000 somewhere else! Antonio and crew have my business forever!!!

The last fully trustworthy, knowledgeable, auto repair shop left on the planet!!!Antonio, the owner, (and his friendly/helpful mechanic Abel ) will be there for you and your automobile, when you need it.Trustworthy Mechanic !I have been searching for a trustworthy mechanic for years and I finally found the last one I will ever need. I even bring cars here I want to buy for him to look at to see if it s a lemon or deal?Expert Advice !Excellent quality work !Fair Price every time ! (Antonio is a mechanic you can trust and that is rare find these days)Quick completion ! (For those who need their car every day: Isn t that just about EVERYONE!?!)At Dream Automotive, they want your business for the long term, so they will not take advantage of you non mechanically inclined people out there, (again, which is MOST OF US). They get to know you, your car/ truck etc and have suggestions to save you money and get the most out of your vehicle.I won t send my little old grandmother anywhere else because I know at Dream Automotive, she will be taken care of fairly, timely, and with a smile. Then, (Antonio blows my mind by how much he trully cares about his customers); he suggests one (favored) solution that takes into consideration several facets of my situation that he took the time to listen to and to then do whatever he could to help me get to the best place I could possibly be. Antonio s advice and suggested solution specifically reflected my situation:A. My budgetB. My immediate need for my car on the roadC. My lack of auto knowledge andD. My difficulty in ever trusting any mechanic after being burned so many timesSo now every time I return to Dream Automotive for my auto needs, I talk to Antonio about the issue, i tell him if I need anything special, he listens, and he gives me a solution I know I can Trust!!!!My own medical doctor doesn t put in as much effort into the care given to me as Antonio does at Dream Automotive. They want me to be happy and safely/ reliably on the road, and to return again with my auto repair needs every time and they sure earn it!!!With that reliable peace of mind, on every visit, that I am sure I am receiving a fair deal, I won t go anywhere else!!!! Dream Automotive LLC is one of the most outstanding automotive companies I have ever dealt with, it s true to its name. Customers are being treated as family. The quality of work is undeniably phenomenal and the price is unbeatable. This company is not motivated by profitability but the happiness of its consumers. It is great to know that such a company still exists. I highly recommend this company.

Best shop ever .. real honest shop .. I once ran out of gas but didn t know what was wrong and instead of taking advantage of me like other shops they put gas in the car and didn t even charge me . Best shop in town

Highly recommend! Antonio is knowledgeable,very honest, accommodating & work is done timely or earlier than expected! He does not overcharge , in fact, his prices are beyond amazing! My friend Kym got a ridiculous estimate in Brooklyn New York for her SUV & she needed work done right away and couldn t afford it. She drove down and Antonio got the work done quickly saved her money and a few things the other repair shop said needed to be done didn t need to be done!! There are very few honest people interested world today! #DreamAutomotive Gets my vote!!

Very polite Pleased with their work they knew everything I needed for my vehicle I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here .the best dealership in Norwich. I came in one time and needed an oil cap as an emergency and they provided me with one free of charge.

Today was my first time going to Dream Automotive LLC. I can honestlyI say they are the best by far , i have had cars in the past that i have had to have a lot of work done on and i wish i knew about this place a long time ago. When I have called a couple other placesThey gave me some outrageous pricing and told me That it would take a few hours or possibly overnight.When I got there they took my car in right away and the work was done within 20 minutes. The pricingIs reasonable, and the work they did on my car is amazing. If in the future i ever need anything fixed again i will go NO WHERE ELSE but to DREAM AUTOMOTIVE I can honestly say they are by far the best Automotive repair shop around . Thank you guy's at Dream Automotive I appreciate all your help and your hard work in helping me get my car back on the road again. Thank you so much.

They did fantastic body work on my Volvo then I took it in for brakes, it cost me half of the quote I got from another repair shopAntonio is the bestVery honest !!!!!
