The mechanic replaced my starter when I came originally I had an intermittent no start and when I would bang on starter it would start right up so I assumed that s what was wrong. I bought the part so my buddy could replace it that is if that s what it was but he was not available. I then noticed thatDiamond Auto was closer to where I was so I decided to trust them with my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car it would not start so mechanic comes out and says oh yeah I forgot to tell you but there was nothing wrong with the starter but I replaced it anyways.! Huh! I said. Then he shook my shifter and the vehicle started. I paid him and left alone. I had imagined that this man wouldn t of had put in a unnecessary part in my car instead he should had troubleshooted the vehicle before anything. However 2 months later I start to have a very loud and rough starting noise so I had my buddy check it out and he says come here and look at your starter and when I looked it was coming apart. I brought it back to that man at Diamond since he installed it and he charged me again! What nerve then tells me that he didn t notice but there were no screws holding this starter (2 pieces) together and that someone took them out. Then I said ok yeah someone went into my vehicle and unscrewed my starter??? Just doesn t make sense. Terrible service.

I just bought my 2nd car from Diamond Auto. They do what they say they'll do and are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner treated me fairly on the price and Steve in service really knows his stuff!! He fixed what needed fixing and explained things clearly to me. I would definitely recommend Diamond Auto!!

Got a Mazda CX-7 they replaced it and Warentee went bad. They set up the car to pass emissions and nothing but issues since I got it. Now I am shopping elsewhere and getting rid of that lemon. I like the secretary other than that I wouldn't recommend it. Ever!!!

Brought my Lincoln navigator in for a brake issue and they found that it had a frozen caliper they fixed it quickly and professionally would recommend this shop to everyone.

He comprado mi coche hace un par de semanas y estoy muy contenta con el trato recibido por parte de todos los trabajadores y del due�o. El coche est� en muy buenas condiciones y el precio muy asequible. Sin duda si necesito otro coche volver�.I bought my car a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy with the treatment received from all the workers and the owner. The car is in very good condition and the price is very affordable. I will definitely come back if I need another car.
