What a great experience. Friendly check-in. Kyle was so helpful. Spacious and comfortable customer lounge with free coffee and tea, spotlessly clean customer restrooms, well-stocked vending machines. Handicap accessible.I would recommend Charles Toyota to anyone.

I worked with Rick Radlow on the purchase of our new Tundra and he made the experience very enjoyable and relaxing. We had been to every Toyota dealer in the area and chose to buy there because of the sales team. Keith and Dan were also very helpful as we had started this journey looking for a Tacoma. Staff has been friendly and promptly ensuring the vehicle is provided maintenance requested. However, they are unable to address issues when they cannot duplicate the problem the consumer brings to their attention. Toyota has yet to fix a fuel tank issue during the year of ownership. 4 Star review is for the Service Department, should be a 3.5. If I was to rate Toyota it truly would be a solid 1.

My car was recalled because the paint was peeling,the body shop did a fantastic job on painting the car,better than factory, and they painted almost the entire car. Great job Joe and Sam!

This place is terrible in regards of service and the wait time was about 2 hour. Everyone is just walking around looking at you like a bunch of zombies, no respect at all
