It would be great if this location had a sign for the waiting line. The driver in the picture below cut in line, causing me to wait an additional 25 minutes. I honked my horn, but the driver ignored me, and the staff didn't address the issue. This kind of rude behavior should not be tolerated.

I was pleased with the service that Noelle provided and explained to me what he was doing and how it may benefit the issue I had. Luckily the transmission oil change helped a lot. Thank you so much!

Rob was absolutely spectacular at this location. My Genesis is new and unique with parts. He was so professional and so helpful. Valvoline has a spectacular member of their team.

Helpful, prices aren't as affordable like they used to be. Been using various locations in CT since 1990.Associates are knowledgeable, caring, and well trained in customer service.Friendly and efficient associates. Missed the light check but that's ok.Caring and knowledgeable associates. With one quart of oil stabilzer - full service Conventional Oil change cost $77 today ( $85 less $7 online coupon ).

I go here for most of my oil changes. Service is always great and friendly. I find that they don't really upcharge me - sometimes I get more than an oil change but they are also good with me but wanting anything extra. No pressure.

Stopped here for an oil change today and had the pleasure of meeting " Terrance" he was extremely professional and made our visit smooth and simple.We had a great experience at this location and would definitely return when due for an oil change if ever in this area again.Thank you Terrance for the awesome service If you are looking to have your oil changed I would definitely recommend you stop by this location and see for yourself how good the service is. No appointment needed here just pull up and wait until one of the bays are available someone will instruct you when it's a good time to pull in and guide you in.Thanks for reading my review and have an amazing day

I am very disappointed with the service I received. The staff was friendly but the experience was not great. I had several things that needed to be fixed, reviewed those things with the person working on my car, and was told everything was complete at the end. I happened to be watching and didn't see them replace my windshield wiper blades or change my front blinker. When I asked about it, they said they forgot and finished the job. Had I not noticed, I would have been charged for services they "forgot" to do.To make matters worse, I left for a very long drive 2 days later and one hour into the trip, the new passenger side wiper blade broke off. The metal hook where the blade attaches proceeded to scratch and damage my windshield. In 17 years of driving I have never had this happen and assume that the person changing it put it on incorrectly. Please think twice before giving this place your business, unless you want to spend even more money fixing their mistakes.

I had a wonderful experience today at Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk. From start to finish this was a 5 STAR experience. Winfred and Kenny, the assistant manager were knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and helpful. Kenny and his staff went above and beyond my expectations. Overpriced...but quick service. Did not have to leave the car. The Norwalk manager was hands on and oversees his workers. Great customer service from manager and employees..so I bump them to 4 stars. .

My favorite place for oil change and maintenance of my vehicles. Excellent service, very good work team, they make the necessary changes to your vehicle instantly, good price, they send discount coupons to your email and best of all they have a discount for Uber drivers, a great option, I recommend it.

Paid almost $100 for an oil change to have the wrong oil filter put in and torqued so tight that it took hours to remove. I will no longer use them for my oil changes.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I would highly advice you not going here. I really wish I could say otherwise. The staff here is friendly and all, but the service perform to my sprinter van was badly done. I came here after I got back from picking up the Van in FL and stopped in for an oil change. My van was not leaking anything. While they were changing the oil the oil filter cap broke. I had to pay out of pocket to get it replaced. I got the new one and they were kind enough to replace it for me. I noticed after they swapped them that it started to leak a lot of oil. I brought it back and they cleaned it and checked it out and was told it was all good. I told them to please make sure I was okay to go because I was going to take a trip to Mass. I went to Mass and noticed it was still leaking brought it back and asked what was going on. Was told they were not sure where the leak was coming from. Told me at this point I need to bring it to a shop to look at it. I asked who's dime that was on and was told it was on my dime. I asked to see if they could replace the oils filter gasket and they did. That didn't stop the leak and they told me that they could not help anymore after talking to their manager. I asked for a refund and haven't heard back. Haven't been able to find someone to replace the oil filter housing that they damaged while changing the oil and now my van has leaked out so much oil that it has cause my belt to stop working and start to slip. My van is now broken down and they are not owning up to what they have done. Who knows how much damaged they have caused and now I'm out my Van. Run for the hills. Everyone that has given it a one star was spot on to what they have said. I know it's easy and convenient but it's not cheap and it will definitely cost you more. Take your business elsewhere trust me. Not worth the the hassle and headache.Service: Oil change

Honestly, I don t know anything about cars. But, I came here for a routine oil change and everyone who worked on my car (that you get to sit in while it s being completed) was so friendly, funny and helpful. Vinny and his team were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and safe. They have an excellent process and discipline. I highly recommend and will be back.Long version: My 2012 Jeep is manual transmission with select 4 wheel drive and a 3.6 L engine. Bad things happen when fluids get too old to do their jobs. I went in to Valvoline for a simple oil change but was so impressed with their knowledge of my vehicle that I got fluids changed for all transfer cases and transmission.No hard-sell to me, instead Vinny discussed pros and cons of each option clearly and transparently. I m an experienced mechanic and the fact Camilo called the tech support line to confirm proper fluid types was a very good sign these guys knew what they were doing and wanted to get it right.They checked belts, air filter, battery and radiator. The tech actually doing the under-car work (Jeffrey) verbally confirmed all steps to another team member and showed me the sludge that confirmed my decision to change all fluids. The team was military in their precision and process. Another very positive sign. They had the right tools at hand and appropriate safety gear. Shop was clean, well laid out and orderly.They even did an after-change double check on tightness of all plugs and filters. (Anyone who has done their own oil change and had a drain plug magically work loose on the highway appreciates that). The team was almost military in their precision and process, well managed and seamless, constructive and supportive.I ve never been to an instant oil change place before but if the rest of Valvoline s shops are this good I ve been wrong not to do so.Again: I highly recommend.

The staff was friendly enough but the level of care given to my car was unacceptable. I was at Valvoline to get my oil change. I will give it to the brand - it s a quick oil change and you don t have to spend all day waiting. Which is nice, but just because you re racing against a clock does not mean that quality should be sacrificed. The day after my oil change, I realized that the team did not reinsert the parts necessary to properly reattach my skid plate. I only realized because it fell off while driving. In the days that followed, I noticed my power steering sounded off so I popped the hood to check. There was little fluid remaining. I found this to be quite interesting since the service team member that assisted me said that they had topped off all of my fluids. The windshield washer fluid was just about empty as well. I would say thanks for trying but I don t even think that is deserved. I don t appreciate being lied to when it comes to service of my vehicle. I utilize my car all day, everyday and businesses like this make me fear for my life on the road because of your careless employees!

Five star review is really just for Ray who worked on my car. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can t speak for the rest of the crew, they seemed a little slow. (Had to wait for 25 minutes before entering) All that said... Ray is the best.

Terrence did an amazing job of helping me out. He explained everything that was going on and checked on some extra questions I had. Very knowledgeable and got things done quickly and efficiently. Car is running smoothly now. I got my oil and transmission changed.

Fine except they sold me an air filter for 4x the standard cost. Five little kids in the car with me had me saying yes to just hurry things along before I realized I had been taken for a ride on price not the workers fault but the pricing is certainly not even remotely competitive

I will only go to this Valvoline on Connecticut Blvd in Norwalk. I have always dealt with the manager Vinny. He is always nothing but honest with me. He tells me when i need something to be done and i trust him 100%, unlike most other mechanics I've met that are dishonest.The staff seems very nice and everyone is very professional. Vinny is always easy to work with and extremely funny, he makes it an enjoyable experience start to finish.I have also told all my family, friends and co-workers and they all switched to that store also.Couldn't be happier.Thanks for all you do for your customers Vinny and staff.

Extremely professional and quick! Worked with Terrance and Vinny who were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I recommend this location over the Stamford location if you truly value the best work to your vehicle.

My husband needed to get his oil changed we live in Stamford have one right down the block can u believe we went all the way to norwalk to get a better service these guys were on point they helped us out let us know everything that was wrong with the car didn't joke around or anything they were VERY PROFESSIONAL us and service was amazing we even told the guy who helped us it was an amazing service
