TL;DR - Great place to get tires, competitively priced, with relatively quick service.I had tires replaced at a Town Fair many years ago near Branford, CT. I had a great experience there. This time around I had a damaged tire and wanted to replace all four anyway. After ordering them from Sam's Club, I couldn't get them installed for 2 weeks, but I was going on a long roadtrip. So I turned back to Town Fair Tire.Town Fair was able to get the tires from the warehouse in about 2 business days after I made the order on their website. They called to confirm that they were in and my appointment time.Upon arrival I was greeted quickly. The staff was friendly. When I mentioned the story about Sam's Club to the representative, he asked what price I got at Sam's Club. I told him (it was about $2 per tire cheaper than Town Fair).. and he went ahead and not only MATCHED Sam's Club's price, but he actually BEAT it by almost $10 per tire. I really appreciated this!They placed a number on my car and had me move it to the correct area of the lot. I was given a 2:00-2:30 time estimate for four tires, balance and alignment. The job was done in about 2 hours flat.One of my favorite parts of the waiting area was the large video screens where you can see the work bays and a digital screen that shows where you are in the order, with an estimated time to completion. This helps you keep tabs on where you are in the order and how much time you can expect to be waiting.Overall I had a great experience at Town Fair Tire and I do highly recommend them for tires, rotations, alignments, etc.

Came to the shop to buy new tires, but I left with the tires and also one of the best customer service experiences. Leighton (front desk) was more than helpful. He had great attitude towards his job and helped me find the best possible deal. In other words, he demonstrated genuine care for me as a customers in need. What a great way to represent the company, Leighton! Thanks a lot!

Just visited Town Tire Center and the staff here are really professional friendly courteous and polite. I was greeted with a smile and speedy service. Best Tire Store in town. Many thanks to Supv Rich and Supv Leighton for your expeditious service. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The worker Leighton made the whole process fast and easy. He went in detail on everything that I needed, the hub caps, the lug nuts. I 100 percent recommend this town fair tires, especially if the worker you re talking too is Leighton. All my 4 tires and wheels are in perfect condition! They handled with care!

The customer service here is phenomenal. A gentleman by the name of Rich attended to me from the very first time a spoke to over the phone. His patience his knowledge his experience allowed me to make the best decision in purchasing my tires. Very professional atmosphere very customer friendly. Alex at townfair tire was super helpful in helping me buy four new tires for my car. The process was quick and painless. I went in not knowing much about what I wanted, he helped find me the best option for me at low at the lowest cost. From the time I got there to the time my car had all tires put on it was only 2 hours. Will definitely be back for alignments and future tire needs.

Came here to get my tire replaced but after the crew checked on it, I don t need a new tire. They just need to patch/fix the tire correctly. Leighton was the front desk person who helped me and he was very helpful. They re not there to rip people off but to do the right things. First time there from and will definitely be back.

Great, prompt service. Alex, my front desk contact at this Town Fair Tire, helped save me money but hunting down my previous purchase from this store, noticing that I purchased insurance when I bought my tires. I ll be back for all my tire needs. Would recommend Alex and Town Fair Tire to anyone!

I have been coming to this Town Fair Tire location for many years! I love that I can schedule an appointment online, check my car in at the counter and walk back to work. Layton who assisted me, was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this Town Fair Tire location.

Highly recommend this location of Town Fair Tire! We always receive excellent service, they are accommodating and flexible on appointment times, and they are competitively priced. We have been going to this location for years and the assistant manager, Leighton, truly values return customers and always goes out of his way to be helpful regardless of the situation. We tried Costco tires once, but will always stick with Town Fair because of the personal service we receive.

Had a wonderful experience with the staff here. They managed to replace all four tires in about an hour and a half. Stefan (sorry if I spelled that wrong) did a great job at the front desk of taking care of our needs and recommended a quality tire that wasn't outside our price range. 5/5

Leighton, Rich and team went above and beyond to help repair my tire before the storm. I was given misinformation from customer service about coming in for a walk in repair but they saved the day and squeezed me in. Grateful for their client service and flexibility. I ve come here a few times and have always gotten great service from them!

My experience was perfect! I was a walk-in and they told me it would take 1 1/2 hours or so and like clock work I receive a call and my office was one block away and I returned to a professional Associate named Alex!He reviewed the service and their findings and handed me my keys and said have a great day! I will return to the Norwalk, CT Avenue store. My go to for all tire and service needs!Dan Mulhern

Steven is a Life Saver, he helped me when my tire was splitting!! It was almost closing time and he went above and beyond to help me! Given the fact I don t have a spare, my car didn t come with one. He understood how important the safety of my car is to me for my wife to drive it. I highly recommend to go see Steven at the Town Fair Tire in Norwalk!-Danny
