I had the best experience!!! Your employee Brandon is the best. I'm so grateful for him. I had a flat on my run-flat tire, he was extremely helpful. He made a stressful situation easy. He was so pleasant that I ordered a tire for my front. He called me when it came! I was treated as a valued customer. I will always do busy here and refer my friends here as well.Thank you Brandon!

Brandon and the whole crew at Town Fair Tires were awesome! They knew their stuff, got me set up with the perfect tires, and made the whole process easy. Super friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Plus, Brandon didn't just help me with one car, he helped me with 3 of my cars. Definitely five stars from me!

My experience from start to finish with Town Fair was smooth, efficient and quick. I don t know much about cars nor tires but feel confident that I made the right choice with the help of Brandon. The store did not have the tires I wanted during my original call. However, the person I spoke to was able to order them and have me come in the following day for service. When I went in to drop off my car, I expressed some concerns to Brandon and he was knowledgeable and personable enough to explain the information so that I could understand and help me feel confident in my decision. He also gave me a great deal on the tires which really helped too.

These guys saved us!! We damaged our tire driving through NYC and it was losing pressure pretty quickly. We stopped here and they were able to get us back on the road with another tire very fast. It was the end of their day and they squeezed us in - much appreciated!

Chris at the front desk sold me tires. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything i needed to know about the 16 different types of tires they had for my car. I will definitely bring my truck in asap to get new tires from Chris. All the guys there are great and overhearing them speak to other customers they all know their stuff!Thanks Chris, I appreciate your time and knowledge.

The customer service was excellent. The men in the back were efficient and worked in a timely manner. Brandon was able to help me find the right tires and squeeze me in for an appointment within the same day. He was very kind and knowledgeable, as someone who doesn t know too much about cars, he was able to breakdown the car terminology and confirmed I had a complete understanding of everything. I definitely appreciate his help.

Great experience at Town Fair tire in Norwalk / Wilton today on main avenue. I worked with Brandon. He was very good about explaining everything and very honest about his opinion about tires and still listened to the suggestions I had about what I wanted. Service was great, I found a better internet deal with she honored. I will definitely be a long time customer and thank you Brandon

The sale member who helped me was very supportive and patient in helping me getting the best tire for my vehicle. Norwalk Town Fair Tire is the place to bring your vehicle if you would like top notch service, nice friendly faces, a respectable encounter and peace of mind knowing your car is in great, knowledgeable hands. Amazing service!! Was able to have a new rim installed free of charge!! Just paid for the tire. All I had to do was make an appointment and the rest was taken care of!! They will do what they can to help you. Very informative employees. Just absolutely lovely experience!!

I had the best experience at the 580 Main Ave, Norwalk location. I normally go to Stamford location but my dad needed an alignment with new tires. One stop shop. Branden was amazing and so helpful! Answered all my questions and made sure he provided the best customer service. Dave was also great. Thanks guys! Will definitely recommend to others.

I m a high school student who discovered a nail in my tire at around 2:30 on a Saturday. I immediately called and spoke to Brandon who told me to come over as soon as possible and he fit me right in. The whole thing took less than an hour and was surprisingly inexpensive. I highly recommend this service.

Went to Townsfair to get my wheel and tires looked at cause my vehicle was shaking. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Malik. He listen to my problem, looked at the car and got me set up. Once the repairs were done he had one of the alignment technicians, named Carlos speak to me to tell me everything that they did on the vehicle. It was a stress free and informative experience.

Great service, got me in and out very quickly. Staff was nice and knowledgeable, found the nail in my tire and patched it up without selling me a new one. I will be coming back here every time! Very reasonably priced too.

Town Fair tire on Main Avenue are the absolute BEST!!! They always go above & beyond to help me with ALL my tire needs. I own 2 vehicles and it was like the curse of something sticking into my tire for both vehicles in a matter of months. Drove right over every time to get help, because I knew the kind of TOP NOTCH customer service from Chris and the team there!!! If you need tires this is where you go!!

Always a positive experience, and top notch customer service. They even went out of their way recently to help me mount some lawnmower tires that I was struggling with. I wouldn t go anywhere else for tires.
