I scheduled an oil change, part of the lease service, especially mentioned that I needed to wait because I had children with me, when I got there they tried to tell me my appointment was a drop off. The first time they tried totell me the same thing. This is unacceptable, manager tried to offer me an Uber ride, really, I had children with me. It s their mistake, it s their responsibility to honor what s promised to clients. When you make an appointment make sure to double confirm what you wish to do, because they will try to pull a fast on you. They are also unfriendly and rude. I unfortunately have to use them. They need to have better training for costumer service, no wonder this place never has people buying cars. Very empty.

They are good with repairs but getting an appointment is always a problem. They are booked until March for my needed repair.

Getting appointment was fast and easy - next day appointment. The Service Department took care of us and then some with the recall notice we had on our Jeep. Also, see and talking to my favorite sales person Ann Granchelli was great. She is always eager to help out even when I know she has a lot on her plate. She doesn't make it feel like that I am disrupting her.
