Super happy to be writing a review for this shop! I live in MA and had to drive 4 hours to help my daughter who was having problems with her CR-V that was losing coolant badly. I only arrived late at night so I topped it off enough to get to a hotel. Safe Line opened at 7:30AM and I was there to meet the owner. I explained our situation and he was extremely understanding and said if I could get the car there, they would look at as soon as a Mechanic got in. We had the car there by 8:00 and a diagnosis by 8:10. I do a lot of my own car work and while certainly not as skilled or experienced as the guy who looked at the car, I had real confidence in the diagnosis as they took the time to actually show me the issue. Being from out of town, the owner said they'd order the part (radiator) and work on the repair as quickly as they could. My daughter and I killed some time and the car was ready by 3:30 that very same day!!!Holy Smokes!!!! Well Done!! The fact they even looked at it as quickly as they did was amazing, but to get the repair done and get us back on the road was unbelievable. For anyone looking for car service or tires, I can tell you with confidence you will be treated fairly and service provided among the best you'll ever find. This is how to run a service business. Thank you once again Ray, you restore faith in humanity!!!

I was recommended Safe Line from a family friend and I couldn't be happier. Ray and his crew were extremely professional from start to finish. Honest, trustworthy, timely and high quality work with extremely fair prices! I wont be bringing any vehicle anywhere else.

Guy in the office thought I didn t know what it sounded like when I need my brakes and rotors done. I didn t need that. My shield was bent and he insisted it was my brakes/rotors. Didn t even want to see what I was explaining. Told me to leave my car and they ll get to it at some time .

My car battery died at 4PM today and this amazing crew had it delivered and installed within 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. This team is incredibly professional and kind. I highly recommend them.

My father and I were impressed with Safe Line Tire Repair. This was an awesome and professional tire shop. I never felt that I was being taken advantage of and was quoted with the work that was need. No fluff. They were able to accommodate my work schedule and repaired my car in a timely manner.

I was told about Safe Line Tire in November by Croce's Transmission (which is right up the street) because I needed to double check that a spring on my car was still in tact. Ray made it clear that it was, but told me that my tires were nearly bald and should be replaced, especially since winter was right around the corner. I had recently replaced one tire due to a flat, so I went ahead and replaced the other 3. Ray was kind enough to give me the 4 tire discount even though I had only purchased 3 tires. He and his team installed them the next day within an hour and also did a wheel alignment. I definitely felt the difference in my car right away while driving. I was thankful that I was told about Ray and Safe Line Tire; look no further than this shop for your tire needs.

After purchasing new tires from Tire Rack I drove around to three different tire shops who didn't want to mount and balance them or told me they can do it another day. I continued driving around to find an installer I came across Safe Line and met with the owner Ray and he helped me right away. I appreciate that he took the time to talk with me and give me good advice on a few things. His prices are fair and I'm glad I pulled into the right place! Thanks Ray

Took my 2001 Ford Escape to Ray for much needed work on brakes and axles. He carefully explained all the work that need to be done and provided reasonable pricing. Great experience with Ray and very pleased with the fixes that were made.

These guys helped me when no one else could! I had a temporary spare that needed to be mounted, and three other places said they couldn t do it. Safe Line came through for me and I didn t have to go the dealer. Thanks guys!

I've dealt with many auto repair shops through the years; some good, some bad, some should not be in business. Ray and his crew are legitimate professionals and know what they are doing. Prices are fair and repairs are done in a timely manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Dave particularly! Needed a specific tire to replace a flat, which was challenging because of Covid-related supply chain issues. When none of Safe-Line's normal distributors had the necessary tire, Dave went out of his way to find a tire from a different store for me to buy (even though he wouldn't make any money off the transaction) and then installed it himself for a very reasonable price.

Great place. Came in for a quick fix to a slow leak in my tire. Took 15 minutes, no pressure from them and no grumbling about a small cheap job. The only place I've ever been that actually charged less than they quoted over the phone.

Ray is a trusted source for all of my tire needs. He is priced fair, he is honest, and he never sells me anything I don't need. He and his staff are courteous and professional. I don't go anywhere else.

I got honest advice about what needed to be done and what didn't for a service appointment, fair pricing, and superb communication about timing all the way through. The car was done exactly when promised! I would not hesitate to recommend a visit here.

I called for a tire fix, they usually work on appointments but were so gracious to let me come in. They fit me in and quickly fixed my problem. The work was efficient and fairly priced. Definitely good work!

Ray goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service at excellent prices. Without question one of the best shops I have come across. Ray and his staff stayed late and were able to obtain a part at the end of the day to get me back on the road. Very grateful customer!

This shop is a rip off charged me $30 for a tire patch and I could get a used tire at that price
