tried to order a performance kit advertised on their website, available at a certain price. i hopped on ordering, PAID, got email confirmation of the order at the price advertised. following day the order was cancelled and money refunded with NO EXPLANATION whatsoever. i wrote and asked what happened. NEVER corresponded. unless you're down there with money in Tom's face - he dont care about you. terrible customer service. his website is dated and i can only figure he cancelled the order because he wanted more for the kit than he was advertising it for! if you dont update your stock + prices on your website, that's on you and you should honor what you advertise!

The increasingly complicated electronics in modern, high end cars pose problems for many shops. Tom is extremely skilled at the mechanical side and also software and electronics. Additionally he is such an honest and diligent professional. He has been working on my Ferraris for 20 years now and I would not go elsewhere. I highly recommend him to anyone with a high end sports car.

Took car to adjust ride height and alignment. It is a 2001 996 Turbo. The alignment was off and the car tracked left when steering wheel was straight. Took it back he said he tried again. It was worse when I got it the 2nd time. I told him to please test drive it before telling me it was ready. Said he didn't when I got there. It was worse and I called to ask to fix again. Got ignored. Called and left multiple messages and was left without a callback. Had to take to a different shop to fix. Lost money and never a call or offer to give money back for not fixing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Contacted the owner to set up a tune for my car. In the beginning no one was picking up the phone.. I called a fair share of times. After a few days the owner finally picked up but quickly told me he was busy and to e-mail them and they will get back me in an hr or so. As of today it will be 3 weeks I have been waiting for a response (I sent a follow-up e-mail).Customer service is not there...
